Norm Bolen is the Executive Vice President, Content for Alliance Atlantis Communications. He has overall programming responsibility for thirteen Canadian specialty networks: Showcase, History Television, Life Network, HGTV, Food Network Canada, BBC Canada, BBC Kids, Discovery Health Channel, National Geographic Channel, Independent Film Channel, Showcase Action, Showcase Diva and Fine Living Television. Norm is also responsible for Alliance Atlantis' web based and emerging new media content and all Broadcast Operations. Norm started his career at Alliance Atlantis in 1997 as the Vice President of Programming for History Television. Prior to joining Alliance Atlantis Norm spent more than 20 years as a journalist and executive at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. Senior positions there included Area Head of TV Network Current Affairs and Regional Director of Ontario. Norm has had a long-standing interest in television program development internationally. He has been a moderator at the Toronto and Amsterdam Documentary Forums. He also served as International President of INPUT, an organization that presents major screening conferences for TV producers from around the world. He is a past board member for the Canadian Television Fund and currently serves on the boards of the National Screen Institute, the Banff Television Foundation, the Hot Docs International Documentary Festival and several corporate boards.

Michael Kot is the Director of Original Content for History Television at Alliance Atlantis Communications. He is responsible for over 100 hours of original award winning programming per year and multi-platform History content. Michael has been with History TV since its 1997 launch by Alliance Atlantis, which owns and is a partner in 17 cable and digital channels seen across Canada. Among his many multi-media lives, he was on the launch team of "CBC Newsworld" where he became a Series Producer working on talk shows, magazine shows and network news specials. In 1992-1994 he created and produced the now-premiere documentary strand, "Passionate Eye." Michael independently co-produced the award winning feature documentary "Aftermath: The Remnants of War", and more recently, "Shipbreakers", an award winning feature HD documentary shot in Alang, India.

Allan has worked in the advertising industry for over 25 years and was a former part time Instructor at both Seneca and Sheridan College. Since 2000, he has been working for Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. as a National Account Manger for HGTV, Food Network and Life to name a few. Allan joined the board in 2003 and currently serves as Vice President and Chair of the Communications Committee.
