Thomas A. Young, Jr., with the Bank since its inception, Tom first served as a Senior Vice President and Lender before being named President & CEO in December of 2000. Prior to joining Alliance he worked at First Union after its acquisition of Signet in November 1997. From October 1983 to November 1997, he served as a Vice President/Commercial Lender for Signet Bank. Mr. Young, who has over 30 years of banking experience, also serves on the board of directors of Columbia Equity Trust, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based real estate investment trust (REIT).

George S. Webb, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, is the owner and President of the Airston Group, a home building company dedicated to construction of quality homes and personal attention to their homeowners in Fairfax and Prince William Counties and the City of Alexandria. The Airston Group, which he started in 1976, has won several awards for quality, design, and innovation. Mr. Webb is very active in Northern Virginia real estate and is a member of the Northern Virginia Building Association and the National Association of Home Builders.

John B. McKenny, III, has been with the Bank since 2003 and serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Jack brings over 26 years of corporate banking experience to Alliance.

Paul M. Harbolick, Jr., CPA, has been with the Bank as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since October 1999. Mr. Harbolick has 20 years of financial management experience.

Craig W. Sacknoff, has been with the Bank as Senior Vice President and Lender since July 1998. He served as Vice President/Commercial Lending of Patriot National Bank from 1991 to 1998. Mr. Sacknoff has over 30 years experience in banking including commercial, construction, mortgage and retail positions.

Michael C. O'Grady, Michael O'Grady is senior vice president and director, commerical banking for Alliance Bank. O'Grady joined Alliance Bank in September, 2005 after serving as a Senior Vice President in the Technology & Government Group of SunTrust Bank. Prior to joining SunTrust in 1998, O'Grady worked in several positions of increasing responsibility within the commercial lending group at Signet Bank over an 18 year period. O'Grady began his career in retail branch management and operations management at First Virginia Bank. A long-term resident of Northern Virginia, O'Grady attended George Mason University and the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at the University of Virginia. He is active in the Association for Corporate Growth, and is a member of the Distinguished Advisory Board of the National Kidney Foundation of the National Capital Area where he is a former chairman; he also serves as a member of the national Finance Committee of the National Kidney Foundation. O'Grady serves in several ministries at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Vienna, VA. O'Grady is also a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.

Dr. Fisher has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Medical Group Association ( AMGA ) since October 1980. Dr. Fisher also serves as Chairman of the Board of AMGA s subsidiary Anceta, LLC. Dr. Fisher s other AMGA-related offices include Secretary/Treasurer of the American Medical Group Foundation, Treasurer of the American Medical Group Association Political Action Committee, and President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Medical Group Corporation. Prior to joining the AMGA, Dr. Fisher served as the Executive Director of the American Academy of Physician Assistants in Alexandria, Virginia. Dr. Fisher serves on the Boards of Directors for the Disease Management Association of America, the Council of Accountable Physician Practices and the American International Health Alliance. Dr. Fisher earned a BS degree from Millsaps College, MS and PhD degrees from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, and completed the Group Practice Executive Manager s Institute at the Wharton School of Business. Dr. Fisher resides in Alexandria, Virginia.

Harvey E. Johnson, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors, is a Certified Public Accountant and has been in public accounting for 35 years. He currently owns his own CPA practice in Arlington, Virginia.

Robert G. Weyers, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, is the owner and President of KBR Corporation, a commercial and industrial renovation company doing business in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area for the past 26 years.
