Mr. Jerome is the Senior Vice President and Large Cap Growth Portfolio Manager at Alliance Capital. Before joining Alliance's Cleveland office in 1986, Mr. Jerome was affiliated for three years with William M. Mercer, Inc., with responsibility for marketing and delivery of employee benefit and investment consulting services. Prior to his experience with Mercer, Mr. Jerome was a Vice President with Huntington Banks, where he was Manager of Institutional Trust Administration and Investment Management Marketing. Mr. Jerome holds a B.A. in Economics from Denison University and received his M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.

Ann has lived in the building just over one year; however she has lived in the neighborhood her entire life. As of this last annual meeting she was elected onto the Board. She joined the Board deciding it was the best way to stay involved, contribute, and help make the right decisions to protect her investment. Ann works for Alliance Capital as an analyst.

Steven Chrust is founder and a Senior Principal, Member of Centripetal Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm and has decades of investing experience. He is also a board member and a partner in Alpha Financial Technologies, LLC and EAM Partners L.P., the general partner of both the General Partner and the Management Company. He is also Founder and President of SGC Advisory Services, Inc. a financial services company. In addition, he co-founded WinStar Communications in 1994 and served as its Vice Chairman. Chrust began his career in 1970 at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., a financial institution that handled more than $100 billion in client assets at its peak and is currently a part of Alliance Capital, an AXA company. He became a partner in 1976 and served as its Director of Technology Research. While at Bernstein, he ranked in the top tier of analysts each year for more than a decade (including a first-place ranking in his sector for five consecutive years), as ranked by Institutional Investor. He has testified before Congress on various regulatory matters. He has been on the Board of Directors of a number of private and public companies. He also served as Chairman of ALTS, the industry association of local carriers. He also has been a featured lecturer at the Harvard Business School. Chrust is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Mr. William Lin, is an American citizen of Chinese descent. He has lived in the United States of America for 17 years. At the current age of 38, he has earned his B.A. degree in marketing from the University of Columbus. Mr. Lin has experiences in Project Finance, Corporate Management, Micro Payment Processing, IT, B2B E-Commerce, Import and Export, and Distribution industry segments has provided an in depth understanding of the driving factor of success. Mr. William Lin serves as Executive Board member of Alliance Capital Holding Limited provides private funding investment management and has more than 6 years experiences specializing in financial consultations for complex project finances, project funding as well as investment consultations serve worldwide. Mr. Lin was also a member of the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the Board of Advisors for the Taiwan-American Small Business Association in Miami. In addition, Mr. Lin also served as Director of the Doheny Health Research Foundation (DHRF) an international Non-Governmental, 501@3 foundation and the General President of Taiwan Region for World Peace Foundation for Humanitarian relates projects Preventive Medical Care, Nutrition, Green Energy Projects, Treatments of TB, Leprosy, Malaria and HIV.
