Dave Marshall is Vice-President of the Board of Directors and serves as the Chairman of the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Dave grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and eventually received his Bachelors degree in Business at Shippenburg State College. He later graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Masters in Business Administration. Dave currently lives in Davenport, Iowa with his wife, Sally. Sally is a High School Math Teacher at Davenport Central High School. They have two children, Brian and Colleen. Brian is a theater electrician and Colleen is working towards a degree in Equine Science at Colorado State University. Both Brian and Colleen attended summer camp at Camp Wyoming when they were growing up. Dave is the General Manager of IEI Services, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy. He loves all outdoor camping activities such as canoeing, rock climbing, and backpacking. He also works with the Boy Scouts and still plays the trumpet. Dave's favorite food is anything cooked over an open fire. Dave enjoys coming out to Family Camp weekends each summer. He enjoys the calming effect that he experiences as he enters Camp Wyoming. The Camp setting forces you to get away from the busy activity of your everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of God's World. Dave looks forward to the increasing use of the Camp during its Summer Camp and Retreat season. He has also been impressed with the recent improvements made to the Camp facilities and site.

Presenter Dave Webb is the Manager of the Office of Project Management at member Alliant Energy. He has more than twenty years of experience in managing construction, business, and IT projects. Dave has an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison, is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin, and has a Project Management Professional certificate from the Project Management Institute.

Diane joined Alliant Energy in 1995 and has held management positions in strategic accounts and corporate communications. She was responsible for community and large customer relationships and issue management, providing value-added products and services, and developing and directing formal communications strategies and programs for Alliant Energy and its subsidiaries.

Ken Black serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs. As Deputy Secretary he serves under the direction of Secretary John A. Scocos. In this capacity he assists in developing and implementing polices and procedures to facilitate the vision, mission and management objectives of the department. He is also responsible for providing administrative guidance to the executive staff and program managers of the department. Previously Ken was the Division Administrator for the Division of Veterans Benefits. He joined the Wisconsin Department Veterans Affairs from Alliant Energy where he served as a project and operations manager for the dispatch centers in Janesville, WI and Cedar Rapids, IA, as well as a marketing manager for several Alliant Energy products. Prior to working for Alliant Energy Ken served twenty-two years on active duty with the United States Army. Ken has served around the world in many different leadership capacities from platoon to the division level. He served in many locations as well and those areas include, but not limited to twice in the 82d ABN DIV (Ft Bragg), 1st Armored DIV (Germany), 2 Infantry DIV (Korea) and the National Training Center (Ft Irwin). Ken finished out his military career as the Professor of Military Science for the Army Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) program at UW-Madison and UW-Whitewater. He has completed Ranger and Airborne School and is a Master Parachutist. He also completed the Army Command and General Staff College at Leavenworth, Kansas. Ken received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio in 1979 and a Masters Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University in 1993. He has four children and lives in Fitchburg, Wisconsin with his wife Lisa.

Ms. Sanders is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, a nationwide insurer that specializes in protecting jewelers and personal jewelry. Ms. Sanders joined Jewelers Mutual Insurance in 2004 after serving as Controller and Assistant Treasurer of Sentry Insurance, Vice President and Treasurer of American Medical Security, Inc., and Treasurer of Secura Insurance. She also previously worked in the public accounting field. Ms. Sanders has served as a Director of Interstate Power and Light Co., Wisconsin Power and Light Co. and Alliant Energy Resources since 2005. Ms. Sanders is Chairperson of the Audit Committee.

He joined Pioneer in 1974 as a corn breeder. Mr. Oestreich held positions in Information Management between 1980 and 1990. He became director of Worldwide Parent Seed in 1990. After three years in this role, Mr. Oestreich was named Supply Management director responsible for seed production operations in Latin America, Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Pacific. He was named vice president for the Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific business in 1999. He became vice president of global production operations in 2001 and was named vice president and business director, North America Operations in 2002. In January 2004, Mr. Oestreich became president of Pioneer. He was named to his current position in November 2007. He is a director-at-large for the American Seed Trade Association, and a director for the Chinese Cultural Center of America, and an advisor to the Iowa State University chairperson for Sustainable Agriculture. He is a member of the Iowa Business Council and serves on the executive committee of the Biosciences Alliance of Iowa, as well as the board of trustees for the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines. He received a degree in agronomy from the University of Minnesota.
