Dave Marshall is Vice-President of the Board of Directors and serves as the Chairman of the Buildings and Grounds Committee. Dave grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and eventually received his Bachelors degree in Business at Shippenburg State College. He later graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Masters in Business Administration. Dave currently lives in Davenport, Iowa with his wife, Sally. Sally is a High School Math Teacher at Davenport Central High School. They have two children, Brian and Colleen. Brian is a theater electrician and Colleen is working towards a degree in Equine Science at Colorado State University. Both Brian and Colleen attended summer camp at Camp Wyoming when they were growing up. Dave is the General Manager of IEI Services, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy. He loves all outdoor camping activities such as canoeing, rock climbing, and backpacking. He also works with the Boy Scouts and still plays the trumpet. Dave's favorite food is anything cooked over an open fire. Dave enjoys coming out to Family Camp weekends each summer. He enjoys the calming effect that he experiences as he enters Camp Wyoming. The Camp setting forces you to get away from the busy activity of your everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of God's World. Dave looks forward to the increasing use of the Camp during its Summer Camp and Retreat season. He has also been impressed with the recent improvements made to the Camp facilities and site.

Presenter Dave Webb is the Manager of the Office of Project Management at member Alliant Energy. He has more than twenty years of experience in managing construction, business, and IT projects. Dave has an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison, is a registered professional engineer in the State of Wisconsin, and has a Project Management Professional certificate from the Project Management Institute.

Darryl B. Hazel was appointed senior vice president of Ford Motor Company and president, Ford Customer Service Division March 2006. In this position, he will be responsible for customer service, parts sales, distribution and logistics in North America, vehicle service and technical support operations. Previously, Hazel was vice president of Marketing, Ford Motor Company, and was responsible for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury Marketing, with responsibilities for Revenue and Retail Management as well as Global Marketing Services, a position he held since September 2005. Hazel joined Ford Motor Company in 1972 as an analyst in Lincoln Mercury’s New York District Sales Office. During his six years in New York, he served in various capacities, including marketing manager, business management manager and field manager. He also had managerial assignments in Washington, Philadelphia, D.C., Cleveland and Boston. He held several staff positions in North American Automotive Operations Marketing, including marketing programs and strategy manager, education and training manager, and marketing research director. He also worked in product development, serving as business planning manager for North American Car Product Development. In April 1997, Hazel was appointed general marketing manager for Ford Division, a position he held until he joined Ford Customer Service Division in 1999 as executive director. Prior to that, he was general sales manager for Lincoln Mercury Division. In August 2002, he served as president, Lincoln Mercury Division, and in April 2005, he became president of Ford Division. Hazel earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Wesleyan University and his master's in Economics from Northwestern University. In addition to his duties at Ford, Hazel serves as a board member of Think Detroit/Police Athletic League, Alliant Energy, Oakland Family Services and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.

He joined Pioneer in 1974 as a corn breeder. Mr. Oestreich held positions in Information Management between 1980 and 1990. He became director of Worldwide Parent Seed in 1990. After three years in this role, Mr. Oestreich was named Supply Management director responsible for seed production operations in Latin America, Africa, Asia, Middle East, and Pacific. He was named vice president for the Africa, Middle East, Asia and Pacific business in 1999. He became vice president of global production operations in 2001 and was named vice president and business director, North America Operations in 2002. In January 2004, Mr. Oestreich became president of Pioneer. He was named to his current position in November 2007. He is a director-at-large for the American Seed Trade Association, and a director for the Chinese Cultural Center of America, and an advisor to the Iowa State University chairperson for Sustainable Agriculture. He is a member of the Iowa Business Council and serves on the executive committee of the Biosciences Alliance of Iowa, as well as the board of trustees for the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines. He received a degree in agronomy from the University of Minnesota.
