Mr. Zimmer serves as Chief Financial Officer for Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for the firm's corporate and brokerage services operations as well as all mergers and acquisitions activity. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Alliant Insurance Services and serves as President of Alliant Risk Services, the company's underwriting and business services operation. Prior to joining Alliant Insurance Services, Mr. Zimmer, along with his partners, built a significant financial services firm that ultimately was sold to a subsidiary of GMAC; he served as Senior Vice President while with that subsidiary. Prior to that, Mr. Zimmer was a Vice President with Security Pacific Venture Capital Group. Mr. Zimmer holds a bachelor's degree in economics/systems science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and a master's degree from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA

Mr. DesCombes has worked for Alliant Insurance Services for the last 20 years. Alliant is the 10th largest insurance brokerage firm in the nation, headquartered out of Newport Beach, CA. He specializes in placing property and casualty insurance coverages for public agencies across the United States. Prior to working at Alliant, Gordon spent over a year working in London for a local broker.

Dr. Rosenthal has been a director since June 21, 2002. He is also currently President of Norman L. Rosenthal & Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm which specializes in the property and casualty insurance industry. Previously, Dr. Rosenthal was a managing director and senior equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley & Co. following the property and casualty insurance industry. He joined Morgan Stanley's equity research department covering the insurance sector in 1981 and remained there until 1996. Dr. Rosenthal also currently serves on the boards of directors of The Plymouth Rock Company, Alliant Resources, Securis Investment Partners & Funds, Palisades Safety and Insurance Management Corporation and the High Point Safety and Insurance Management Company. Dr. Rosenthal previously served on the boards of directors of Mutual Risk Management Ltd. from 1997 to 2002, and Vesta Insurance Group from 1996 to 1999.

Mr.A Lindsay Co-Founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. A In 1991, he joined Bessemer Holdings and, over the past decade, played a central role in building the firma s highly successful global private equity business, most recently serving as its Managing General Partner. Prior to Bessemer Holdings, Mr. Lindsay was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, where he played an integral role in founding the business in 1984. A Mr. Lindsay received his B.A. in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard College and earned his M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. A He is President and CEO of Bessemer Securities LLC as well as a Director of The Bessemer Group, Incorporated and its subsidiary banks, including Bessemer Trust Company, N.A. Mr. Lindsay serves as a Director of Ambulatory Services of America, Inc., Bell Nursery Holdings LLC, Brightstar Corporation, Brock Group, Continental Energy Systems, Crane & Co., Inc., FAPS Holdings, Inc., FSB Global Holdings, Inc., Intermex Holdings, Inc., Keystone Foods Holdings LLC, Maine Beverage Company, LLC, Pike Electric Corporation, PL Olefins LLC, PL Propylene LLC, Rosetta LLC and Scandza AS. A He also serves as a Trustee of the Cold Spring Harbor Biological Laboratory and St. Paula s School in Concord, New Hampshire.
