Allied Purchasing is a member owned not-for-profit buying organization established in 1937. We are able to negotiate favorable purchasing programs in part because we offer quantity purchases and prompt payment to suppliers. We currently purchase equipment, supplies, ingredients, and services for the following industries: Dairy, Soft Drink, Bottled Water, Water Treatment and Brewery. Orders are placed through our office and suppliers ship directly to the member. Allied Purchasing helps stabilize business structures formed to create economies of scale for independent businesses. Joining a cooperative provides an independent business with the chance to lower its costs, gain buying power, and compete as a part of a larger entity. Allied Purchasing's CEO reports to a Board of Directors who are members and leaders in their respective industries. Allied Purchasing holds an annual Stockholder/Board Meeting in February of each year.
