Allion Healthcare sells HIV/AIDS medications, ancillary drugs and nutritional supplies under the trade name MOMSPharmacy. Allion Healthcare provides services for the intravenous immunoglobulin, Blood Clotting Factor and other therapies through its Biomed America division. Allion Healthcare works closely with physicians, nurses, clinics, AIDS Service Organizations, and with government and private payors to improve clinical outcomes and reduce treatment costs.

Mr. Fleckenstein has served as our Vice President, Pharmacy Operations since December 2003. Mr. Fleckenstein has held positions in pharmacy management for 20 years, with over 10 of those years in specialty pharmacy. In 2003, he served as Account Manager for US Oncology, Inc. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Fleckenstein served as Vice President of Operations for CVS ProCare at its Pittsburgh distribution center. From 1997 to 2000, he served as Director of Pharmacy Services for Stadtlanders Drug Company. Prior to 1997, Mr. Fleckenstein held various management level positions in specialty and hospital pharmacy companies. Mr. Fleckenstein received his B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

Mr. Fichera has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June 2008. Mr. Fichera also served on our Board of Directors as Chairman of the Audit Committee from May 2006 until his appointment as Chief Financial Officer in June 2008. Mr Fichera began his professional career with the public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co and since then has over 23 years of experience in healthcare. From 2003 until 2008, he served as Chief Financial Officer of EnduraCare Therapy Management, a national provider of contract rehabilitation services to skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. Prior to EnduraCare Therapy Management, Mr. Fichera served as a financial executive in both publicly and privately held health care services companies including American Pharmaceutical Services, a national provider of institutional pharmacy services, Prism Health Group, a privately held therapy program management firm and Critical Care America, a publicly held national provider of home infusion therapy. Mr. Fichera is a certified public accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of CPAs. Mr. Luna has served as our Vice President of HIV Sales since January 2007. From November 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Luna was the Director of Sales, Western Region with our Company. Mr. Luna has held positions in the healthcare industry for more than 16 years, with over 12 of those years in specialty pharmacy. From 1996 until 2004, Mr. Luna served in roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Corporate Programs for Modern Healthcare, Inc., a specialty pharmacy. Prior to 1996, Mr. Luna held various positions in patient advocacy and community outreach for various specialty pharmacy and other healthcare companies. Flint D. Besecker was elected to our Board of Directors in August 2008. In May 2008, Mr. Besecker became the owner of Firestone Asset Management. Prior to that, he served as President of CIT Healthcare from November 2004 until May 2008, and as Managing Director of GE Healthcare Financial Services from October 2001 until November 2004. Mr. Carpenter has a diverse background in the health care industry. Prior to joining the firm, he founded his own health care consulting firm. He also was Vice President of Finance at a national health care corporation. He has worked with health care companies throughout the nation in a variety of areas including corporate organizational issues, profit maximization and representation before Medicare and Medicaid government representatives on various reimbursement issues. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in the health care industry and has worked with numerous hospitals on their expansion plans into the home health care industry. He is also a frequent speaker at both local and national health care conferences.

Prior to founding Dauphin Capital Partners in 1998, Mr. Hoover was a General Partner of Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe, (WCAS). WCAS, a management buy-out firm specializing in health care and information services businesses, has raised over $15 billion since the firm was founded in 1979. During his association with WCAS, Mr. Hoover was involved with ten private health care service company investments representing a total capital commitment of nearly $300 million. Prior to joining WCAS in November of 1992, Mr. Hoover was a General Partner of Robertson, Stephens & Co. Robertson, Stephens was a major bracket investment banking firm specializing in the financing of emerging growth companies with a particular emphasis on the health care industry. Mr. Hoover joined Robertson, Stephens in 1984, establishing the firm's New York office, initially serving as the senior research analyst following the medical services industry. In 1987, Mr. Hoover assumed responsibility for the health care corporate finance group. During his association with the firm, Mr. Hoover was involved with 33 health care company public offering transactions that raised an aggregate of $1.4 billion. Mr. Hoover was a Vice President of the Investment Management Group at Citibank N.A. from 1977 until 1984. During his tenure at Citibank he was responsible for health care industry research, for founding and managing two investment funds specializing in public health care stocks and for initiating private health care company investments for institutional investment clients. Mr. Hoover is a director of Quovadx Inc., a publicly traded company, as well as a director of several private health care companies. He is a member of the Special Projects Committee of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center which raises funds and evaluates funding proposals from physicians interested in pursuing cancer research projects. Mr. Hoover received his MBA in Finance from the Graduate School of Business at Indiana University. He holds a BS degree from Elizabethtown College (Pennsylvania) where he presently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees and is responsible for the management of the College's endowment.

John N. Hatsopoulos is chief executive officer of American DG Energy Inc. Headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, American DG Energy is the leading on-site utility offering electricity, heat, hot water and cooling to commercial, institutional and industrial facilities. Mr. Hatsopoulos is also chief executive officer of Tecogen Inc., a leading manufacturer of natural gas, engine-driven commercial and industrial cooling and cogeneration systems. In addition, Mr. Hatsopoulos is chairman of GlenRose Instruments Inc., a company that provides radiological and environmental services, as well as managing partner of Alexandros Partners LLC, a financial advisory firm. John Hatsopoulos is one of the founders of Thermo Electron Corp. (currently Thermo Fisher Scientific) and the retired president and vice chairman of the board of directors. Thermo Fisher Scientific is a leading provider of analytical and monitoring instruments used in a broad range of applications, from life sciences research to telecommunications, food, drug and beverage production. Mr. Hatsopoulos joined Thermo Electron as purchasing agent in 1956; in 1963 he became president of the company’s metals division, and was named vice president in 1970. Seven years later, he was appointed vice president of corporate strategy, handling acquisitions, financial and investor relations, and corporate investments. Mr. Hatsopoulos became senior vice president of Thermo Electron in 1984, and executive vice president of the company in 1986. In 1988, he was appointed chief financial officer and executive vice president of Thermo Electron, and was named president in 1997. Also in 1997, he was elected to the board of directors of Thermo Electron. He served as vice president and chief financial officer for Thermo Electron and all of its public subsidiaries from 1988 until 1998. John Hatsopoulos innovated and implemented numerous financial strategies that became the focus of worldwide interest. His spinout strategy resulted in 24 public companies and Thermo Electron and its subsidiaries were able to raise close to $5 billion of capital. Mr. Hatsopoulos graduated from Athens College in Athens, Greece, in 1953. He holds a BS in history and mathematics from Northeastern University, together with honorary doctorates in business administration from Boston College and Northeastern University. He served on the board of directors of the American Stock Exchange from 1994 through 2000 and the AMEX Nominating Committee from 1990 to 1994.
