Matt earned his B.A. in International Studies at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business in 1996.

Gina R. DiGioia joined Alloy in April 2001 as Vice-President, General Counsel. In 2004, she was recognized by the Board of Directors as Chief Legal Officer and was appointed as Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Alloy, Ms. DiGioia was a senior associate of the law firm Grant, Herrmann, Schwartz & Klinger, LLP. She received a B.A. in International Studies from American University in 1991 and a J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1996.

Joseph Frehe was appointed to Chief Financial Officer in July 2007. Mr. Frehe joined Alloy in 2000 and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance managing all corporate finance functions, including SEC reporting. In his dual roles as Executive Vice President of Alloy Media + Marketing and President of AMP Agency, Gary guides the strategic development of all sales and marketing initiatives for both the media and agency divisions. He is the driving force of the agency, responsible for longstanding partnerships with such high profile clients as Simon Properties, Verizon Wireless and Maybelline as well as successful relationships with Burt’s Bees, Helio and Heineken. AMP Agency was named Promo Magazine’s Agency of the Year in 2004 and has been recognized for several other industry awards, including the Pro Awards, the OMMAs and the Reggies for stellar campaign work. Prior to joining Alloy, Gary founded Triple Dot Communications and its consumer research division, Y-Access, where he remained a partner until they were acquired by Alloy in 2000. Gary also held positions in advertising and public relations, with senior roles at Clark & Co, Collegiate Advantage and Cone, Inc. Gary is on the board of Road to College, a leading company providing counsel and services to students entering college, and he devotes time, energy and passion to the Triangle Down Syndrome Network. The TSDN is an organization that helps people with Down syndrome providing education, financial assistance and a variety of other services. Gary received his BS in Mass Communications from Boston University.

As Executive Vice President and National Sales Manager of Alloy Media + Marketing, Gary Thomas oversees the company's national sales organization and is responsible for the strategic development of all media and marketing solutions. He guides the creation of Alloy's custom media and marketing solutions and manages the sales staff in providing its clients nontraditional media and marketing programs designed to reach and connect with their target audiences. Prior to Alloy, Gary was head of sales for CASS Communications, a recognized marketing firm, later acquired by Alloy, where he worked closely with such clients as McDonald's, Sprint, Target, and MasterCard. Walter Killough joined Alloy, Inc. in March 2003 as a consultant, and was hired as the Chief Operating Officer of its Retail and Direct Consumer Division in October 2003. Upon completion of the Spinoff, Mr. Killough became our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Alloy, Inc., Mr. Killough was at J.Crew Inc. for 14 years. He was appointed its Chief Operating Officer in 2001, and prior to that served as an executive vice president. As its Chief Operating Officer he was responsible for all sourcing, catalog circulation and production, warehouse and distribution, retail and direct planning and logistics. Mr. Killough graduated from Villanova University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Matthew L. Feshbach was appointed our Chairman of the Board in August 2005. Since 2001 to the present, Mr. Feshbach has served as the Managing Member of MLF Investments, LLC, an investment management company Mr. Feshbach founded in 2001. From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Feshbach was a private investor. Since September 2004, Mr. Feshbach has been a director of Alloy, Inc. Mr. Feshbach is also the sole and managing member of MLF Holdings, LLC ("MLF Holdings"). MLF Holdings is the general partner of MLF Capital Management, L.P. ("MLF Capital"), of which Mr. Feshbach is the managing member. MLF Capital is the sole shareholder of MLF Cayman GP, Ltd. ("MLF Cayman").
