"Thomas J. Wilson, 51, is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of The Allstate Corporation and Allstate Insurance Company. Wilson has served as president and CEO of Allstate since 2007. He became chairman of The Allstate Corporation's Board of Directors in May 2008. From 2002 to 2006, Wilson was president of Allstate Protection, responsible for the company's property-casualty insurance operations. In 2005 and 2006, he also served as president and chief operating officer of The Allstate Corporation. From 1999 to 2002, Wilson was chairman and president of Allstate Financial, which provides life insurance, supplemental accident and health insurance, annuity, banking and retirement products. From 1995 to 1998, Wilson served as Allstate's chief financial officer. He joined Allstate in 1995 from Sears, Roebuck and Co., where he was vice president of strategy and analysis. Prior to Sears, he was managing director of mergers and acquisitions at Dean Witter Reynolds from 1986 to 1993. He has also held various financial positions at the Amoco Corporation, where he worked from 1980 to 1986. Wilson is a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He is a board member of Rush University Medical Center, the Museum of Science and Industry and Catalyst, the leading non-profit organization working to advance women in business. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, the Financial Services Forum, The Business Roundtable and the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago. A native of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Wilson holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. "

"Don Civgin is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Allstate Insurance Company. He is also a member of the Allstate senior management team. As CFO, Civgin is responsible for aligning Allstate's finance and capital structures to the corporation's business strategies. Civgin was previously at OfficeMax, where he had been executive vice president and chief financial officer since 2005. Civgin began his career in 1986 at Itel Corporation, where he eventually became vice president and treasurer. He was responsible for capital structure activities for the corporation's multibillion dollar balance sheet. In 1995, he joined Alliant Foodservice as vice president and treasurer when the company was acquired from Kraft by Clayton, Dublier and Rice. In 1997, Civgin was named senior vice president, finance, of Montgomery Ward as part of a new management team brought in by GE Capital Corporation, the majority owner. Later he was promoted to senior vice president, merchandise operations. Civgin served as senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer of General Binding Corporation from early 2002 to 2005, as that company went through a successful transformation and turnaround, culminating in a merger in 2005 with Acco Brands. Civgin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago. "

Robert W. Pike, Esq, is former executive vice president and chief administrative officer of the Allstate Corporation, where he also served on the company's three-member Executive Committee and as a member of the Allstate Insurance Company's Board of Directors. He is former chairman of the Board of Governors of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America, was a member of the Executive Committee and former chairman of the Association of California Insurance Companies, and served on the RAND Corporation's Board of Overseers of the Institute for Civil Justice. Mr. Pike is the recipient of a lifetime achievement award from the Insurance Education Foundation, Inc., and has testified as an industry spokesman before federal and state legislative bodies on the issues of insurance and tort reform.

Mr. Ellsworth is the former Chief Executive Officer of several life insurance companies and former Executive Vice President of Dean Witter and Allstate. Jim has served on numerous boards, civic boards and life insurance companies, and currently serves as the CEO of TecServ, Inc. Jim has been with TecServ from the inception. During his career, Jim has been involved in over twenty acquisitions, mostly in the insurance industry, and has participated in a roll-up of firms in both the insurance and technology services industries. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Utah and graduated from Purdue University, Life Insurance Marketing Institute.

"Frederick F. Cripe is executive vice president, Allstate Financial and a member of the Allstate Senior Management Team. In this role, Cripe oversees the three critical areas of product development, customer service and information technology within Allstate Financial. Before taking on this role, Cripe was senior vice president of Product Operations, responsible for Allstate's pricing, product management, underwriting and research and development. Cripe joined Allstate in 1979 as a senior analyst in property pricing, progressing through a number of actuarial assignments in home office before joining the underwriting department in 1987. He returned to auto pricing in 1988 to lead the research division and in 1990 was promoted to assistant vice president of Auto Pricing Research. His other leadership assignments included: assistant vice president in Marketing, assistant vice president Urban and Ethnic Markets and general manager of Specialty Lines. He was promoted to vice president, Policy and Pricing in 2000 and in 2003 to vice president, Product Operations where he led the management of the pricing, policy and forms, risk management, compliance, shared markets, R&D and technology/data areas for Allstate's personal lines business. Cripe is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has served as Chairman of the CAS Committee on Risk Classification and the CAS Committee on Research Policy and Management, and as a member of the Actuarial Standards Board Casualty Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Highway Loss Data Institute. Cripe holds a B.S. in mathematics from Manchester College. "

"Michele Coleman Mayes has been named vice president and general counsel of The Allstate Corporation and senior vice president and general counsel for Allstate Insurance Company, effective November 12, 2007. She will also be a member of the Allstate senior management team. As Allstate's chief legal officer, Mayes will be responsible for guiding Allstate's strategy to ensure sound compliance of governance practices, fostering a healthy legal, legislative and regulatory environment. Mayes brings extensive legal, corporate and government experience to Allstate. From 1976 through 1982, Mayes served in the United States Department of Justice as Assistant United States Attorney in Detroit and Brooklyn, eventually assuming the role of Chief of the Civil Division in Detroit. In 1982, she entered the corporate sector as managing attorney of Burroughs Corporation. Her career continued to evolve as Burroughs and Sperry Corporation merged, creating Unisys Corporation, for which she was appointed staff vice president and associate general counsel for Worldwide Litigation. In February 1992, she joined Colgate-Palmolive Company as vice president and associate general counsel U.S. In 1993, she was promoted to vice president of Human Resources and Legal for North America. She next became vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary, and effective May 2001, she was promoted to vice president, legal and assistant secretary, and elected a corporate officer. In 2003, she assumed her most recent position of senior vice president and general counsel at Pitney Bowes. Mayes has received many awards and accolades, including the Margaret Brent Award from the American Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession and the Trailblazer Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. She has also been identified as one of America's top African-American lawyers. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her JD from the University of Michigan Law School. "

Mr. Varich was appointed to the Board in May of 2004 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Frances Amlin, retired Moreland teacher. Mr. Varich, a Moreland alumnus, was elected in November 2004. Prior to Mr. Varich's appointment he had served as Chair of the Personnel Commission on which he was a member for 2 1/2 years. Mr. Varich also has served on the City of San Jose's Megan Law Task Force and Appeals Hearing Board. He was a high school football coach as well. Robert is a very involved parent in the Country Lane community where his daughter and son attend. Mr. Varich is the owner of the Robert Varich Insurance Agency, Allstate Insurance on Saratoga Avenue in the Moreland attendance area as well as an agency in Milpitas.

Mr. DaRe is the owner and Agency Principal of an Allstate Insurance agency in Catonsville. His practice provides insurance and financial services to individuals and businesses in Maryland and Virginia. In addition, Mr. DaRe is a consultant with OPEN MINDS, providing financial and management consulting to health and human services companies. Prior to his current role, Mr. DaRe served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of American Psych Systems, where he had responsibility for all financial and administrative aspects of the organization. He has also served as Senior Vice President of Finance Public Sector at Magellan Health Services, where he directed all finance activities for the public sector division. Mr. DaRe was also Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis at Principal Health Care. He began his career with MAMSI Life and Health where he served as an Underwriter and Financial Analyst. Prior to his business career Mr. DaRe served as a musician in the United States Navy Band. Mr. DaRe earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Baltimore and his Master's degree in business administration from Loyola College. He is a resident of Millersville, married and has two children. Mr. DaRe coaches soccer, basketball and baseball for the Severna Park Green Hornets. His interests include martial arts, music and golf.

Craig James received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Psychology at the University of Madison-Wisconsin. In his position as Human Resources Senior Manager at Allstate, Dr. James manages the Allstate Survey Protocol process, providing consulting support for the design, administration, and reporting/analysis of employee surveys. He also conducts research and analysis on workforce issues such as diversity, employee retention, and the link between human capital metrics and business outcomes. Dr. James has published research in the journal Human Factors, and has presented at the following conferences: Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Factors & Ergonomics Society, and Organizational Design and Management.

Brian Burke, of New York, is an Automobile Claims Adjuster for Allstate Insurance. He is a long-time member of The Classic Car Club and The Packard Club where he is currently serving as a Trustee on its National Board. He owns 4 Packards, ranging from a 1917 Twin Six to a 1955 Caribbean.

Joseph J. Richardson, Jr. is senior vice president, Protection Distribution, for the Allstate Insurance Company and a member of Allstate's senior management team. Richardson is responsible for Allstate's multi-access distribution platform of exclusive agencies, independent agencies and direct. Richardson joined Allstate in 1977 and has held key leadership roles within Allstate's Distribution, Claims and Underwriting organizations. Most recently, he was vice president, Eastern Market Operating Committee, where he co-led the entire field operation across 14 regions countrywide. He also served as chief executive officer for Allstate Floridian and chairman, Allstate New Jersey and was a board member of the Allstate Bank and ALLPAC. A Pennsylvania native, Richardson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University. He is an active contributor and volunteer in the communities where he has worked and lived, including being a board member and treasurer for the National Adoption Center in Philadelphia, and is an active member of several insurance industry trade organizations.

Larry Reeder is a Senior Procurement Consultant, Procurement Governance, Allstate Insurance and is a member of the Enterprise Storage Team for the development and installation of SAN and NAS technology within four data centers over the last 3 1/2 years. The data centers store over a Petabyte of data on tape and disk. Larry had over 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry with SBC/Ameritech in computer related asset, vendor, and contract management areas. Prior experience was as a Materials Manager in manufacturing.

Joseph A. Reyes, Chairman Emeritus, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. Joseph A. Reyes is one of the founders of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. and currently President of Orion Enterprises. Instrumental in securing the funds for Reyes Holdings' early acquisitions, Joe Reyes contributed to building a foundation for what is today one of the foremost names in the distribution of beverage and foodservice products. Joe Reyes has driven the creation of successful service-oriented organizations for over 40 years, consulting for both government and private businesses. He served in the U.S. Navy as an Electronic Technician and as a Naval Aviator on active duty. He served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years. Twice named Hispanic Businessman of the year, Joe Reyes received the prestigious Image Award as Hispanic Entrepreneur in 1985. The Presidential Advisory Committee for Small Business, Presidential Advisory Council on Taxation for Small Business and the Congressional Advisory Council on Minority Business Enterprises have all recognized his leadership with honors. Joe Reyes is on the Board of Directors for the National Park Commission, the Wolftrap Foundation and the University of Maryland, Engineering College as well as the Incarnate Word University. He is a trustee for the Montgomery College Board in addition to being a member of the Washington Board of Trade, the National Association of Tail Hookers (Navy Fighter Pilots) and the National Association of Hispanic Naval Officers. He is also a member of the Montgomery County Police Foundation, the National Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic Alliance for Free Trade, and the Sovereign Order of Military Knights of Malta. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is married to Frances M. Collins Reyes, and the proud father of one daughter and seven sons.

Jack M. Greenberg was chairman (from May 1999) and chief executive officer (from August 1998) of McDonald's Corporation until December 2002. Greenberg joined McDonald's Corporation as executive vice president and chief financial officer and as a member of the board of directors in 1982. He served as a director of First Data Corporation from 2003 to 2006. Greenberg is a director of The Allstate Corporation, Hasbro, Inc., Innerworkings, Inc. and Manpower Inc.

Ronald T. LeMay, age 59, is an Industrial Partner of Ripplewood Holdings, LLC and is also Chairman of October Capital, a family investment company. He is the CEO and President of Last Mile Connections, the leading broadband bandwidth exchange. Mr. LeMay served as Representative Executive Officer of Japan Telecom (a telecommunications company) from November 2003 until the sale of the company in July 2004. Mr. LeMay served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Corporation (a telecommunications company) from October 1997 until April 2003. From July 1997 to October 1997, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. (a provider of waste management services). From February 1996 to July 1997, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint. From March 1995 to September 1996, Mr. LeMay served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sprint Spectrum, a partnership among Sprint Telecommunications, Inc., Comcast Corporation and Cox Communications. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. LeMay served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Sprint Long Distance. Mr. LeMay has been a director of the Company since July 1996 (except for the period from August 5, 1997 to December 31, 1997) and is also a director of Allstate Corporation, Ceridian Corporation and Imation Corporation.
