Chris LeBlanc chris@leblancfamilyinsurance.com - Manager - grew up in the Edmond Community. He went to school at Edmond Memorial High School and graduated in 1992. He was a standout basketball player that eventually landed a scholarship to attend Texas A&M University. After finishing his basketball career, he came back to the University of Central Oklahoma to complete his degree in Business Management. He married his high school sweetheart Jeannie Alexander and now they have two beautiful children: Kamber and Korbyn. Upon graduating, Chris started an insurance agency in Norman. He was a captive agent with Farmers Insurance Group. After working with Farmers for 5 years, Chris decided to sell his agency in Norman and start an independant agency in Edmond. He was given a chance to be back home, in the communicaty he grew up in. Chris has had his independent agency since 2002. One of the main reasons Chris left Farmers was not having the best rates possible for his clients. As an independent agent, Chris is able to move clients to different companies if one becomes uncompetitive or experiences a rate increase. This is what created the slogan "We'll Shop The Best Rate For You." This is what gives independent agents a competitive advantage over the competition (Farmers, State Farm, Allstate, & others). Joseph A. Reyes, Chairman Emeritus, Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. Joseph A. Reyes is one of the founders of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. and currently President of Orion Enterprises. Instrumental in securing the funds for Reyes Holdings' early acquisitions, Joe Reyes contributed to building a foundation for what is today one of the foremost names in the distribution of beverage and foodservice products. Joe Reyes has driven the creation of successful service-oriented organizations for over 40 years, consulting for both government and private businesses. He served in the U.S. Navy as an Electronic Technician and as a Naval Aviator on active duty. He served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years. Twice named Hispanic Businessman of the year, Joe Reyes received the prestigious Image Award as Hispanic Entrepreneur in 1985. The Presidential Advisory Committee for Small Business, Presidential Advisory Council on Taxation for Small Business and the Congressional Advisory Council on Minority Business Enterprises have all recognized his leadership with honors. "Don Civgin is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Allstate Insurance Company. He is also a member of the Allstate senior management team.
As CFO, Civgin is responsible for aligning Allstate's finance and capital structures to the corporation's business strategies.
Civgin was previously at OfficeMax, where he had been executive vice president and chief financial officer since 2005.
Civgin began his career in 1986 at Itel Corporation, where he eventually became vice president and treasurer. He was responsible for capital structure activities for the corporation's multibillion dollar balance sheet. In 1995, he joined Alliant Foodservice as vice president and treasurer when the company was acquired from Kraft by Clayton, Dublier and Rice.
In 1997, Civgin was named senior vice president, finance, of Montgomery Ward as part of a new management team brought in by GE Capital Corporation, the majority owner. Later he was promoted to senior vice president, merchandise operations. Civgin served as senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer of General Binding Corporation from early 2002 to 2005, as that company went through a successful transformation and turnaround, culminating in a merger in 2005 with Acco Brands.
Civgin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Illinois in Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Varich was appointed to the Board in May of 2004 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Frances Amlin, retired Moreland teacher. Mr. Varich, a Moreland alumnus, was elected in November 2004. Prior to Mr. Varich's appointment he had served as Chair of the Personnel Commission on which he was a member for 2 1/2 years. Mr. Varich also has served on the City of San Jose's Megan Law Task Force and Appeals Hearing Board. He was a high school football coach as well. Robert is a very involved parent in the Country Lane community where his daughter and son attend. Craig James received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Psychology at the University of Madison-Wisconsin. Jennifer Turner joined the YOVASO team in 2006. She has been involved with YOVASO at Northside High School since the 2004-2005 school year when her school's YOVASO club began. She has served as YOVASO club President and recently became a special projects intern at YOVASO headquarters. In addition to working at YOVASO, Jennifer serves on the Allstate Teen Advisory Panel for Allstate Foundation's Teen Safe Driving Program. As a part of this panel, Jennifer and other teenagers work with Allstate to determine how to teach teens to become safer drivers. Jennifer has become active in these two organizations in order to spread the word about safe driving. Jennifer will graduate from Northside High School in June of 2007. Larry Reeder is a Senior Procurement Consultant, Procurement Governance, Allstate Insurance and is a member of the Enterprise Storage Team for the development and installation of SAN and NAS technology within four data centers over the last 3 1/2 years. The data centers store over a Petabyte of data on tape and disk. Larry had over 12 years experience in the telecommunications industry with SBC/Ameritech in computer related asset, vendor, and contract management areas. Prior experience was as a Materials Manager in manufacturing.
Mark Hershman has over 20 years of experience in a variety of industries within the corporate arena and has served in multiple leadership roles including senior executive roles. His corporate experience includes: Adminiserve, Inc, Gateway 2000, VASA North America, Inc., Allstate Insurance and Irwin Union Bank and Trust. Mark began his coaching career in 1996 as a Senior Coach with Career Consultants/OI Partners, Inc. He was President of the JWC Group, Inc. (executive coaching) based out of Lee's Summit Missouri before founding his own coaching company, Hershman Associates in 2001. Only within the last 10 years has Mark heard the Lord speak to him. He has joined a church where the purpose statement is: "Strangers become friends, friends become disciples and disciples change the world." Isn't that powerful? Paul was responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of this 1600 person claims organization. Additional experience includes management of large regional structures at C N A Insurance and Allstate Insurance including Total Quality Management. Most recently, Paul has proven experience in the establishment and direct oversight of 3 large TPA operations in the Southeastern United States. Paul is based in Orlando, Florida.

Thomas J. Wilson is the president and chief executive officer of The Allstate Corporation and Allstate Insurance Company. Mr. Wilson is also a member of The Allstate Corporation board of directors. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Wilson was president and chief operating officer of The Allstate Corporation, and from 2002 to 2006 he was also president of Allstate Protection. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Wilson was chairman and president of Allstate Financial. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Wilson served as Allstate's chief financial officer. He joined Allstate in 1995 from Sears, Roebuck and Co., where he was vice president of strategy and analysis. Prior to Sears, he was managing director of mergers and acquisitions at Dean Witter Reynolds from 1986 to 1993. He has also held various financial positions at Amoco Corporation, where he worked from 1980 to 1986. Mr. Wilson is a board member of Rush University Medical Center and the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, the Financial Services Forum and The Business Roundtable. Mr. Wilson has been appointed to serve as a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, effective January 1, 2008. A native of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Mr. Wilson holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
