"Thomas J. Wilson, 51, is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of The Allstate Corporation and Allstate Insurance Company.
Wilson has served as president and CEO of Allstate since 2007. He became chairman of The Allstate Corporation's Board of Directors in May 2008.
From 2002 to 2006, Wilson was president of Allstate Protection, responsible for the company's property-casualty insurance operations. In 2005 and 2006, he also served as president and chief operating officer of The Allstate Corporation.
From 1999 to 2002, Wilson was chairman and president of Allstate Financial, which provides life insurance, supplemental accident and health insurance, annuity, banking and retirement products. From 1995 to 1998, Wilson served as Allstate's chief financial officer. He joined Allstate in 1995 from Sears, Roebuck and Co., where he was vice president of strategy and analysis.
Prior to Sears, he was managing director of mergers and acquisitions at Dean Witter Reynolds from 1986 to 1993. He has also held various financial positions at the Amoco Corporation, where he worked from 1980 to 1986.
Wilson is a director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. He is a board member of Rush University Medical Center, the Museum of Science and Industry and Catalyst, the leading non-profit organization working to advance women in business. He is also a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, the Financial Services Forum, The Business Roundtable and the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago.
A native of St. Clair Shores, Michigan, Wilson holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

"Don Civgin is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Allstate Insurance Company. He is also a member of the Allstate senior management team.
As CFO, Civgin is responsible for aligning Allstate's finance and capital structures to the corporation's business strategies.
Civgin was previously at OfficeMax, where he had been executive vice president and chief financial officer since 2005.
Civgin began his career in 1986 at Itel Corporation, where he eventually became vice president and treasurer. He was responsible for capital structure activities for the corporation's multibillion dollar balance sheet. In 1995, he joined Alliant Foodservice as vice president and treasurer when the company was acquired from Kraft by Clayton, Dublier and Rice.
In 1997, Civgin was named senior vice president, finance, of Montgomery Ward as part of a new management team brought in by GE Capital Corporation, the majority owner. Later he was promoted to senior vice president, merchandise operations. Civgin served as senior vice president, finance and chief financial officer of General Binding Corporation from early 2002 to 2005, as that company went through a successful transformation and turnaround, culminating in a merger in 2005 with Acco Brands.

"Frederick F. Cripe is executive vice president, Allstate Financial and a member of the Allstate Senior Management Team. In this role, Cripe oversees the three critical areas of product development, customer service and information technology within Allstate Financial. Before taking on this role, Cripe was senior vice president of Product Operations, responsible for Allstate's pricing, product management, underwriting and research and development.
Cripe joined Allstate in 1979 as a senior analyst in property pricing, progressing through a number of actuarial assignments in home office before joining the underwriting department in 1987. He returned to auto pricing in 1988 to lead the research division and in 1990 was promoted to assistant vice president of Auto Pricing Research. His other leadership assignments included: assistant vice president in Marketing, assistant vice president Urban and Ethnic Markets and general manager of Specialty Lines. He was promoted to vice president, Policy and Pricing in 2000 and in 2003 to vice president, Product Operations where he led the management of the pricing, policy and forms, risk management, compliance, shared markets, R&D and technology/data areas for Allstate's personal lines business.
Cripe is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He has served as Chairman of the CAS Committee on Risk Classification and the CAS Committee on Research Policy and Management, and as a member of the Actuarial Standards Board Casualty Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Highway Loss Data Institute.
Cripe holds a B.S. in mathematics from Manchester College.

"Michele Coleman Mayes has been named vice president and general counsel of The Allstate Corporation and senior vice president and general counsel for Allstate Insurance Company, effective November 12, 2007. She will also be a member of the Allstate senior management team.
As Allstate's chief legal officer, Mayes will be responsible for guiding Allstate's strategy to ensure sound compliance of governance practices, fostering a healthy legal, legislative and regulatory environment.
Mayes brings extensive legal, corporate and government experience to Allstate. From 1976 through 1982, Mayes served in the United States Department of Justice as Assistant United States Attorney in Detroit and Brooklyn, eventually assuming the role of Chief of the Civil Division in Detroit.
In 1982, she entered the corporate sector as managing attorney of Burroughs Corporation. Her career continued to evolve as Burroughs and Sperry Corporation merged, creating Unisys Corporation, for which she was appointed staff vice president and associate general counsel for Worldwide Litigation. In February 1992, she joined Colgate-Palmolive Company as vice president and associate general counsel U.S. In 1993, she was promoted to vice president of Human Resources and Legal for North America. She next became vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary, and effective May 2001, she was promoted to vice president, legal and assistant secretary, and elected a corporate officer. In 2003, she assumed her most recent position of senior vice president and general counsel at Pitney Bowes.
Mayes has received many awards and accolades, including the Margaret Brent Award from the American Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession and the Trailblazer Award from the Minority Corporate Counsel Association. She has also been identified as one of America's top African-American lawyers.
She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her JD from the University of Michigan Law School.

Mr. Varich was appointed to the Board in May of 2004 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Frances Amlin, retired Moreland teacher. Mr. Varich, a Moreland alumnus, was elected in November 2004. Prior to Mr. Varich's appointment he had served as Chair of the Personnel Commission on which he was a member for 2 1/2 years. Mr. Varich also has served on the City of San Jose's Megan Law Task Force and Appeals Hearing Board. He was a high school football coach as well. Chris LeBlanc chris@leblancfamilyinsurance.com - Manager - grew up in the Edmond Community. He went to school at Edmond Memorial High School and graduated in 1992. He was a standout basketball player that eventually landed a scholarship to attend Texas A&M University. After finishing his basketball career, he came back to the University of Central Oklahoma to complete his degree in Business Management. He married his high school sweetheart Jeannie Alexander and now they have two beautiful children: Kamber and Korbyn. Upon graduating, Chris started an insurance agency in Norman. He was a captive agent with Farmers Insurance Group. After working with Farmers for 5 years, Chris decided to sell his agency in Norman and start an independant agency in Edmond. He was given a chance to be back home, in the communicaty he grew up in. Chris has had his independent agency since 2002. One of the main reasons Chris left Farmers was not having the best rates possible for his clients. As an independent agent, Chris is able to move clients to different companies if one becomes uncompetitive or experiences a rate increase. She has served as YOVASO club President and recently became a special projects intern at YOVASO headquarters. In addition to working at YOVASO, Jennifer serves on the Allstate Teen Advisory Panel for Allstate Foundation's Teen Safe Driving Program. As a part of this panel, Jennifer and other teenagers work with Allstate to determine how to teach teens to become safer drivers. Jennifer has become active in these two organizations in order to spread the word about safe driving. Jennifer will graduate from Northside High School in June of 2007. In her free time, she likes to play soccer and hang out with friends.

Joseph J. Richardson, Jr. is senior vice president, Protection Distribution, for the Allstate Insurance Company and a member of Allstate's senior management team. Richardson is responsible for Allstate's multi-access distribution platform of exclusive agencies, independent agencies and direct.
Richardson joined Allstate in 1977 and has held key leadership roles within Allstate's Distribution, Claims and Underwriting organizations. Most recently, he was vice president, Eastern Market Operating Committee, where he co-led the entire field operation across 14 regions countrywide. He also served as chief executive officer for Allstate Floridian and chairman, Allstate New Jersey and was a board member of the Allstate Bank and ALLPAC.
A Pennsylvania native, Richardson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University. He is an active contributor and volunteer in the communities where he has worked and lived, including being a board member and treasurer for the National Adoption Center in Philadelphia, and is an active member of several insurance industry trade organizations.

Wayne Wudyka is president of Huntington Cleaners & Shirt Laundry in Huntington Woods, Michigan. Prior to that he managed a highly successful real estate development and brokerage business. He also founded and operated a campus restaurant while in college. Wayne attended Michigan State University from 1982-86, majoring in Business Administration :Marketing/Advertising. He is a former President of the Berkley Chamber of Commerce and former candidate for the Michigan House of Representatives. He served for two years on the Berkley Community Schools Advisory Committee and is a member of the Berkley Downtown Development Authority.
