Joe T. Ford is Chairman of the Board of ALLTEL Corporation, a telecommunications company. He was named President of ALLTEL upon its formation in 1983 from a merger between Allied Telephone Company and Mid-Continent Telephone Corporation, became Chief Executive Officer in 1987, assumed the title of Chairman in 1991 and retired as the Chief Executive Officer in July 2002. Kevin L. Beebe (47) has been a director since January 2004. He has been Group President of Operations at ALLTEL Corporation, a telecommunications services company, since 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Beebe served as Executive Vice President of Operations for 360"Corporation, a wireless communication company. He has held a variety of executive and senior management positions at several divisions of Sprint, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Marketing and Administration for Sprint Cellular, Director of Marketing for Sprint North Central Division, Director of Engineering and Operations Staff and Director of Product Management and Business Development for Sprint Southeast Division, as well as Staff Director of Product Services at Sprint Corporation. Richard N. Massey is executive vice president, corporate secretary and general counsel for Alltel. Prior to joining Alltel, Massey was a managing director at Stephens Inc. of Little Rock. As head of the information and communications practice for Stephens, Massey has led several large and complex transactions in the software, information technology and telecommunications industries. In 2005, he has played a key role in Alltel's transactions with Western Wireless Corp., Midwest Wireless and the spin-off of Alltel's wireline business and its merger with VALOR. From 1998-2000, Massey was a partner with Kutak Rock, where he led the national mergers and acquisition practice for the firm. Under Massey, the Kutak team completed several billion dollars in mergers and capital markets transactions. He graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
John Ebner is Alltel's senior vice president of investor relations and treasurer and is responsible for the investor relations, capital markets, cash management, pension and risk management activities at Alltel. Ebner joined Alltel in 1996 as assistant to the president of the former Alltel Information Services. He later served as vice president of pricing and product management for Alltel and as assistant to the president of Alltel, where for several years he was primarily focused on merger and acquisition activities. Ebner also has served as vice president of finance for Alltel's wireless operations, regional vice president of finance and as vice president of industry relations based in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Alltel, Ebner worked in investment banking with JPMorgan and Stephens Inc. of Little Rock. He has a degree in business and accounting from Washington and Lee University and a graduate degree in business administration from the University of Virginia.

Elected to the Board in December 2002, Mr. Tiedemann is an investment executive with more than three decades of business experience. He is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Tiedemann Investment Group (TIG), a privately held investment partnership with assets in excess of $2 billion. Prior to founding TIG in 1980, he was one of the initial founders of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and served as President and Chairman of DLJ Securities, subsequently served as President of DLJ Inc., and remained as a Director of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette until 1985. Mr. Tiedemann has served on a number of Boards, including the Board of Governors of the American Stock Exchange; Lexington Management Corporation, a mutual fund management company; Piedmont Management Company, a publicly traded reinsurance company; Kleinwort Benson Mutual Funds, a London-based asset management firm; Curtice Burns, a large food processing company; National Medical Care, a U.S. kidney dialysis company; Alltel, a communications company with more than 12 million customers; and Nikko Securities International, a Japanese investment banking firm. Mr. Tiedemann is currently on the Advisory Board of the Harvard Medical School.
Gerald B. Alt is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of LOGS Network. He manages the national operations division of LOGS, which includes its legal, human resources, and IT departments, in addition to his vital role in client relations and technical marketing. Mr. Alt has been with LOGS since 1988. A licensed attorney, he has significant experience in handling complex real estate and title matters, having handled or supervised more than 15,000 residential foreclosures while practicing in the state of Michigan before assuming his current position. He has a broad bankruptcy background, as well, having represented lenders, bankruptcy trustees, creditor committees, and other creditors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases. His practice included residential and commercial evictions; land contracts; eminent domain; boundary dispute; title and survey cases affecting residential and commercial real estate; and commercial litigation with state, U.S. District Court and U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals appellate work. From March 1993 until mid-1996, Mr. Alt served as Director of Legal Services for the HUD Section 312 servicing vendor, CDSI. He worked closely with members of HUD's Washington staff, and he coordinated field counsel from that servicer's offices in Rosslyn, Virginia. His experience in that position included dealing with congressional inquiries. Mr. Alt is also experienced in and helps develop various proprietary technical and software systems that have been released by LOGS. He is an acknowledged expert on default management and asset recovery risks, and he has spoken at conferences and participated on panels for the Mortgage Bankers Association, Fiserv, Alltel Mortgage PhD, and industry roundtables. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and a law degree from Wayne State Law School.
With over 39 years in the Telecommunications Construction industry, there is not much John Reilly has not had hands-on experience. In 1965, he began in the industry installing copper cable as a lineman, then as cable splicer. His experience has lead him to leadership positions on crews and eventually over all outside plant construction activities. For the past 26 years, he has worked as an Estimator and Construction Manager. John's Customer experience includes Ameritech (SBC), Verizon, GTE, Sprint, MCI, Alltel, Level 3, Williams Communications as well as various RUS projects.

Mr. Belk has been our President and Chief Merchandising Officer since May 2004 and is an officer and Director of various Belk subsidiaries. He served as President, Merchandising, Marketing and Merchandise Planning from May 1998 until May 2004. He served as an officer and Director of most of the separate predecessor Belk Companies (the Belk Companies ) until May 1998 and has been employed in the Belk retail organization in various positions since June 1979. Mr. Belk is currently a Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Compensation Committee of Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated and a past Director of the North Carolina Chamber of Commerce.
