As Senior Vice President of Product Management for Goldleaf's Enterprise Payments Division, Amar Verma is responsible for global product strategy, product management and product marketing. Mr. Verma joined Alogent at its inception in January of 1995 prior to its acquisition by Goldleaf and spearheaded the development of Sierra Clearing. Mr. Verma assumed responsibility for product management in January of 1999. Before joining Alogent, Mr. Verma was a software consultant to Unisys. He was responsible for system design, development, and testing for document processing and retail banking software products. He has been working in the document processing industry since January of 1990. Mr. Verma has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, India.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development for Goldleaf's Enterprise Payments Division, Charles Potts develops and manages the company's strategic alliances and partnerships. Mr. Potts has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Goldleaf, Mr. Potts founded and served as president and CEO of Beacon Software, Inc., a provider of electronic banking solutions for community-based financial institutions. There he drove the company's overall strategy, business development and corporate growth efforts. Mr. Potts was also co-founder and president and CEO of iBank, LLC, a provider of electronic bill presentment and payment solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. Before founding iBank, Mr. Potts served as vice president of business development for nFront (now Digital Insight), a developer of Internet banking solutions for community banks, and held the position of global accounts manager at Interactive Planning Systems or IPS-Sendero (now a Fiserv company). As a veteran in the banking industry, Mr. Potts has extensive management experience with financial services companies including Citizens & Southern (now Bank of America), Mortgage First and HomeBanc. Working with technology and service providers such as First Financial Management Corporation (FFMC) and Fiserv, has provided Mr. Potts with knowledge and experience in delivery systems, self-help automation and back-office technologies. In addition to being a frequent industry speaker and author, Mr. Potts is the past-president of The Association for Financial Technology Providers (AFT), and former director for The Financial Managers Society. Mr. Potts attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Georgia State University where he received a master's degree in Business Information Systems.

As Senior Vice President of Product Development for Goldleaf's Enterprise Payments Division, William Randlett is responsible for technology research, product design and end-to-end product delivery utilizing Scrum and Extreme Programming development techniques to deliver features on an iterative basis. Mr. Randlett joined Alogent soon after its inception in 1995 prior to its acquisition by Goldleaf and defined much of the architecture for the company's Sierra Xchange and Sierra Xpedite product lines.
