Scott spent the first 9 years of his career in engineering and marketing in both the aerospace and computer systems industries. In 1991, he shifted over to software where he has worked ever since. At Tivoli Systems from 1991-1996, he led product marketing, the applications management product division, and finally marketing and strategy for the company. During that time, Tivoli grew from $4M in annual revenues to a $250M+ division of IBM. In 1997, Scott co-founded Motive Communications with four others and served as CEO and President through Feb of 2006. During that time, Motive grew from 0 to $80M in annual revenues and 400 employees worldwide and established itself as the market leader for management software for the broadband communications industry. During his 9 year tenure, Scott oversaw the company's growth both through organic product and market development as well as through 3 different strategic acquisitions. Scott holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University.

Bob Berry has more than 25 years in sales and sales infrastructure development with technology companies selling to the Fortune 500. Bob's executive background includes technology companies in network services, web services and enterprise security to the enterprise sector. Previously, he had been Vice President of Vitria's North American Sales Operations; President and CEO of Ponte, an early leader in Enterprise Security Management; and Vice President of World Wide Sales at Inverse Network Technology, where he increased revenues to $20 million in nine quarters before the company's acquisition by Visual Networks. Bob previously served as Region Vice President for Oracle's Wireless and ISP business unit following sales executive positions at Pyramid Technology and Tandem Computers. Bob has a B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University.

With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Marc is a partner at JK&B Capital, a venture capital firm whose concentration is on the software, IT and communications markets. He is a widely recognized authority on Internet and infrastructure technologies and frequently conducts seminars for CIOs to maximize their business value from information technology. Before joining JK&B, Marc was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Marketing at Computer Associates International, Inc.(CA). He successfully managed CA's merger and acquisition activities, including investments in technology ventures.
