Altiris Inc.

Gregory S. Butterfield has served as a director since December 2005. Since February 2000, Mr. Butterfield has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Altiris, Inc., a provider of service-oriented management software products and services. Since 2004, he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Altiris, Inc. Mr. Butterfield has also served as Vice President, Sales for Legato Systems, Inc., a backup software company, Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Vinca, a fault tolerance and high availability company, Regional Director of the Rocky Mountain Region for Novell, Inc., a provider of infrastructure software and services, and Vice President of North American Sales for WordPerfect Corporation, a software company. Mr. Butterfield holds a B.S. in Business Finance from Brigham Young University.

Carine Clark is vice president of marketing for the Altiris business unit and is responsible for global marketing. This includes all aspects of product, corporate, field, and partner activities to promote Altiris products worldwide. Clark is also responsible for Altiris events, including the development of ManageFusion, the industry's leading systems management user conference. Clark joined Symantec through the company's acquisition of Altiris in April 2007. At Altiris, she most recently served as vice president of global marketing. Before joining Altiris in 2002, Clark spent 14 years with Novell. She held numerous director-level positions at Novell where she helped drive sales through successful product launches, global marketing campaigns and strategic event management. She earned both a bachelor of arts in organizational communications and a master of business administration.

Chad Latimer is vice president of global services. He is responsible for raising customer satisfaction levels by delivering world-class support, consulting and education services. Prior to this position, Chad was VP of international operations where he helped Altiris become a global company by establishing subsidiaries in Australia, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, and the UK. Chad has 16 years of experience working as a director and vice president with software companies, including WordPerfect and PowerQuest. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Mr. Christensen joined us in 1998 through the acquisition of our Tetra Tech NUS, Inc. operating unit and was named Vice President in November 2002. Mr. Christensen is responsible for the company’s information services and technologies, including the implementation of our enterprise resource planning system and management of the shared services organization. Previously, Mr. Christensen held positions at the NUS, Brown and Root Services, and Landmark Graphics subsidiaries of Halliburton Company, where his responsibilities included contracts administration, finance, and system development. Prior to his service at Halliburton, Mr. Christensen held positions at Burroughs Corporation and Apple Computer. Mr. Christensen holds B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Brigham Young University.

Ed Reilly, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, is responsible for driving Permabit's sales execution and operations. Reilly has more than 20 years experience and has held executive and managerial positions in the high technology industry. Before joining Permabit, Reilly was vice president of EMEA sales of the Altiris business unit of Symantec. Reilly joined Altiris in November 2003, which was acquired by Symantec in April 2007. At Altiris, he most recently served as General Manager for Altiris' EMEA operations. Prior to joining Altiris, Reilly was vice president of sales for Peregrine Systems, where he was responsible for Eastern Area Sales for the U.S. He has also held positions at Siebel Systems and Oracle. He has driven sales growth at leading technology companies and organizations with more than $1 billion revenue in areas such as infrastructure management, CRM, ERP, and service management. His areas of expertise include sales, sales management, business development, IT operations and finance. Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Hofstra University.

Paul Ahlstrom is a founder and managing director of vSpring Capital. Just prior to founding vSpring Capital, Paul founded and served as CEO of Knowlix, a venture-backed knowledgemanagement software company aimed at the customer support market, which he successfully sold in 1999. Paul understands the process of growing a successful company and has done so several times as an entrepreneur and as an investor/advisor. Paul represents vSpring Capital on the boards of Senforce Technologies, DriveSafety, S5 Wireless, Cogito Inc and MyFamily.com and has also led vSpring's investments in Altiris (NASDAQ:ATRS) and Globalsim. Paul is also a member of the Utah Angels and has also participated in several regional Angel investments including Corda Technologies and Advent Networks. Paul is a regular keynote speaker and an avid supporter of the Utah and New Mexico entrepreneurial communities. Paul serves in the community as a trustee for the Utah Information Technology Association, as an Advisor to the Kevin Rollins Center for E-Business at Brigham Young University and on the Technical advisory boards of Westminster College's business school and Dougway proving ground's Test and Evaluation Initiative. Paul graduated from Brigham Young University with a BA in Communications. He also holds an Honorary Degree from the Netanya Academic College in Israel for his work promoting peace.
