Mike Szymanczyk serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Altria Group, Inc. He was appointed to that position in March 2008. He joined Philip Morris USA in 1990 as Senior Vice President of Sales. He held a number of executive positions at PM USA and was appointed Chairman, President and CEO of that company in 2002. Previously, he had extensive consumer products experience in sales and marketing at Procter & Gamble and Kraft. Mike received a B.S. degree in finance from Indiana University in 1971. Theodor P. Baseler is president and CEO of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates Ltd., one of the top 10 producers of premium wines in the United States. Ted brings extensive experience with both the wine industry as well as consumer packaged goods. He began his career at Ste. Michelle in 1984 as director of marketing and was offered ever-increasing levels of responsibility, eventually becoming chief operating officer before being named president and CEO in 2001. Prior to working at the winery, he had a successful career as a creative marketer of consumer packaged goods at ad agencies J. Walter Thompson, Chiat Day and Cole & Weber (Ogilvy & Mather). He was named one of the top marketing professionals in the country by Advertising Age. Ted has served as the chairman of the Washington Wine Commission, chairman of the Napa-based Wine Market Council, and director of the Washington Wine Institute. He also was appointed by the Governor to the Board of Regents of Washington State University, and has served on the boards of Children's Hospital and Patrons of Northwest Arts.

Craig Johnson serves as Executive Vice President of Altria Group, Inc. and also as President of Philip Morris USA Inc., a wholly-owned operating company of Altria Group, Inc. He's held his PM USA position since August 2008 and is responsible for the Manufacturing and Sales & Brand Management organizations. He was named to his Altria post in January 2009. Craig has extensive experience with consumer packaged goods, brand management and sales as well as significant leadership experience that benefits the company's state-of-the-art Manufacturing operations. Under Craig's leadership, Philip Morris USA build strong relationships with adult tobacco consumers and the trade (wholesalers and retailers) to responsibly and profitably grow market share of our brand portfolio. As part of this effort, Philip Morris USA's field sales force calls on more than 250,000 retail stores monthly to promote Philip Morris USA's brands in a focused and responsible way. Craig has a held a variety of senior leadership positions at Philip Morris USA since joining the company as a Vice President in 1991. Prior to joining the company, he was with Frito-Lay Inc. in Dallas and with Procter & Gamble. Before assuming his current role, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales & Brand Management for Philip Morris USA since June 2005. Active in the community, Craig serves on the boards of directors of St. Christopher's School, the Peter Paul Development Center, and the First Tee of Richmond and Chesterfield in Virginia.

Daniel W. Butler is president, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company (USSTC), the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of smokeless tobacco. He joined the company as executive vice president and general manager in 2004 with responsibility for sales, marketing, strategic analysis and financial planning. Prior to joining USSTC, Dan was executive vice president and general manager of Kraft Foods' $4 billion Nabisco Biscuit Division, responsible for such brands as Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, Ritz, Wheat Thins, and Honey Maid.

John Mulligan serves Altria Group, Inc. as President and Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris Capital Corporation. He has held this position since 2001. As a wholly-owned operating company of Altria Group, Philip Morris Capital Corporation holds investments in leases of certain assets, such as aircraft, power plants, railcars and real estate. John has more than two decades of experience with Philip Morris Capital Corporation in a variety of leadership positions, which included responsibility for new business generation, strategic portfolio initiatives and overseas business development. He currently leads Philip Morris Capital Corporation in its role to responsibly maximize financial contributions to Altria Group from its existing portfolio of leased assets. He joined Philip Morris Capital Corporation in 1986 after working in various marketing and business development functions within the leasing industry.

Dave Beran serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Altria Group, Inc. leading the following groups: * Finance * Information Systems * Investor Relations * Procurement * Treasury Dave also oversees Philip Morris Capital Corporation, an operating company of Altria Group that holds investments in leases of certain assets, such as aircraft, power plants, railcars and real estate. He joined Philip Morris USA Inc. in 1976 in its Finance Group and became chief financial officer for Philip Morris USA in 2007. Over the past three decades with the Altria family of companies, Dave has held senior leadership positions in a variety of functions including: finance, planning, and information; strategy, communications and consumer contact; market research and planning; discount brands; Marlboro promotions; and operations. In the community, he currently serves on the: * Venture Richmond Executive Committee and Board of Directors * Richmond Ballet Board of Directors * Robins School of Business Executive Advisory Council

Jack serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Altria Group, Inc. His role is to lead the creation of products and technologies for Altria Group's operating companies to help them responsibly meet their business goals. In this position, held since August 2008, Jack leads the following groups: * Product Planning & Engineering * Product Development * Product Innovation * Research, Development & Engineering Analytical Sciences & Technical Operations * Health Sciences * Environmental & Safety Compliance * Process Commercialization & Engineering Previously, Jack served as President of Operations & Technology for Philip Morris USA Inc. for a six-year period. In this position, he led a variety of groups including Strategic Product Planning, Manufacturing, Product Development, Product Assessment, Research, Development & Engineering, Research & Technology, Quality and Commercialization & Engineering. Earlier in his career, Jack served as President of Philip Morris USA in New York and President of Philip Morris International in Lausanne, Switzerland. He also has carried out leadership positions in Manufacturing, Research & Development, Planning and Corporate Affairs. Before joining Philip Morris USA in 1982 as a Research Analyst, Jack was Associate Study Director of the National Opinion Research Center at the University of Chicago and a Research Associate for the National Academy of Sciences/National Research Council. He currently serves on the boards of the Greater Richmond Partnership, the Virginia Historical Society and the Virginia Business Council.

Marty Barrington serves Altria Group, Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. In that role, Marty leads the following groups, which provide services to Altria Group and its family of companies: * Compliance & Brand Integrity * Corporate Communications * Corporate Responsibility & Stakeholder Engagement * Government Affairs * Human Resources In addition, Marty is the Chief Compliance Officer for Altria Group. In that capacity, he sets the strategic direction for the Compliance & Integrity programs; monitors the operating companies' adherence to the Altria Group standards for compliance; and reports to the Altria Group Board of Directors on compliance matters. Previously, Marty served in a number of senior management positions for Altria Group and its operating companies. These include serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for both Philip Morris USA Inc. and Philip Morris International, and as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Responsibility for Philip Morris USA. Before joining the Altria family in 1993, Marty practiced law in both the government and private sectors. He currently serves on the Virginia Port Authority Board of Commissioners.

Denise Keane serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Altria Group, Inc. In her role, she leads the company's Law department and is responsible for the corporate secretary's office. From May 1995 to December 1997, Denise served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Philip Morris USA and later Senior Vice President, Worldwide Regulatory Affairs, and Associate General Counsel, Philip Morris Companies, Inc. Denise served as the General Counsel for Philip Morris USA from 2001 until assuming her most recent position with Altria Group. Since joining Philip Morris USA as an attorney in 1977, Denise has been engaged in the successful management of company litigation issues and has experience managing regulatory issues globally. During her career with the Altria family of companies, Denise has held various management and leadership positions across a variety of subsidiaries. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Denise currently serves on the board of the ArtsFund of Central Virginia and the Virginia Opera.

Howard Willard serves as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Altria Group, Inc. with leadership oversight for: * John Middleton Co. - which manufactures and markets machine-made large cigars and pipe tobacco * Philip Morris Duty Free Inc. - which markets cigarettes at duty-free stores (such as duty-free shops in airports) and other duty-free channels in the United States * The Strategy & Business Development group at Altria Client Services Inc. - which provides strategic analysis and merger and acquisition services to Altria Group and its subsidiaries. Howard has held various leadership positions at Philip Morris USA Inc. in Finance, Sales, Information Services and Corporate Responsibility as well as Quality & Compliance, and Youth Smoking Prevention. Before joining the Altria family of companies in 1992, Howard worked at Bain & Company and Salomon Brothers, Inc. He currently serves on the boards of the YMCA of Greater Richmond and Communities in Schools of Virginia.

Murray Garnick is Senior Vice President, Litigation, and Associate General Counsel for Altria Client Services Inc., which provides professional services and support to Altria Group, Inc. and its operating companies. In his role, Murray is responsible for managing smoking and health and other complex litigation brought against Altria Group and its operating companies throughout the country. He brings extensive knowledge of Altria Group and its litigation issues as the result of representing the company and its subsidiaries for more than two decades as a senior partner at the law firm of Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C. While at the firm, Murray represented the company in a broad range of litigation, specializing in product liability and consumer protection litigation with an emphasis on appellate litigation. In 2008, Murray was named to the Best Lawyers in America list for product liability litigation.

Nancy Lund serves as the Senior Vice President, Marketing, Altria Client Services Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group, Inc. Her team currently provides marketing professional services to all of the Altria Group companies in the following areas: * Brand Equity Building * Marketing Compliance * Market Information & Consumer Research At Philip Morris USA Inc., Nancy served as Senior Vice President of Marketing since 1999 and has been engaged continuously with the Marlboro brand since 1986, when she became Brand Manager, Marlboro. Nancy has been the key steward of the Marlboro brand for more than two decades. Throughout her career with Philip Morris USA, she has led the creation of new products, new brands, new promotions and new communications for the company. Prior to joining Philip Morris USA in 1985, Nancy was an executive with Wells Rich Greene, an advertising agency in New York City. Nancy currently serves on the boards of directors of Arts Council of Richmond and The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Foundation. She is a member of Board of Governors of HYDE Schools and is an emeritus member of the Board of Trustees of Lafayette College.

Director since 2004 Birth Year: 1951 Mr. Muñoz is a principal of the Washington, D.C.-based firm of Muñoz Investment Banking Group, LLC. He is also a partner in the Chicago-based law firm of Tobin, Petkus & Muñoz. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation from 1997 to January 2001. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Muñoz was Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of the United States Treasury Department. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Marriott International, Inc. and Anixter International, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Geographic Society. Dr. Sakkab held a variety of positions at Procter & Gamble beginning in 1974. He retired in November 2007 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Research and Development. Dr. Sakkab serves on the board of Givaudan SA. Dr. Sakkab is Chair of the Innovation Committee and a member of the Finance and Nominating, Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committees.

Retired lawyer, educator and businessman Director since 1976 Birth Year: 1929 Mr. Huntley retired as counsel to the law firm of Hunton & Williams LLP in December 1995, a position he had held since December 1988. Previously, Mr. Huntley had served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Best Products Co., Inc., Professor of Law at Washington and Lee School of Law and President of Washington and Lee University. He is the Presiding Director, Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit, Executive, Finance, and Nominating, Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committees.

THOMAS F. FARRELL, II, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Dominion since April 2007. Mr. Farrell served as president and chief executive officer of Dominion from January 2006 to April 2007, and prior to that, president and chief operating officer as well as executive vice president. He is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Virginia Electric and Power Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dominion, and was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Consolidated Natural Gas Company, a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Dominion that merged into Dominion in June 2007. Mr. Farrell is a director of Altria Group, Inc. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia, where he is currently a member of the Board of Visitors. He joined Dominion in 1995 after practicing law with a regional law firm and has held several executive management positions for Dominion and its subsidiaries. Mr. Farrell has been a Director since 2005.
