Our Business Corporate History In 1994, Advanced Plant Pharmaceutical, Inc., a Delaware corporation, developed an investigational new drug now knows as AMZ 0026. On June 5, 2003, Amazon Biotech, Inc., a Delaware corporation, purchased the assets of Advanced Plant Pharmaceutical, Inc., including its AMZ 0026 drug and all accompanying rights.
