Thomas (Tom) J. Vacchiano Jr., President and CEO, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors, joined X-Rite as part of the July 2006 Amazys acquisition. Tom served since January 2001 as President and CEO for Amazys Holding AG. Amazys was a publicly traded color technology company headquartered in Switzerland and holding company of GretagMacbeth. Tom built his career in a number of large multinational technology companies including NCR, AT&T, DEC, and Xerox.
Before joining Amazys as its’ CEO, Tom was President and CEO of Xerox Engineering Systems (XES). XES was a $400 million subsidiary of Xerox and a part of Xerox New Enterprises. Tom joined Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in 1994 where he was given an increasing range of responsibilities over his 4 years in the $6 billion Systems Business Unit. He held the position of Vice President of Sales Operations and Planning, and reported to the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the division.
Prior to joining DEC, Tom spent 17 years with NCR during its time as an independent company and after its acquisition by AT&T. Starting his career with NCR in 1977, Tom held a series of increasingly responsible positions in finance, sales, marketing and general management. Before departing the company in 1994, Tom held the position of Vice President of Marketing for NCR’s $2 billion Personal Computer Business.
Tom is a graduate of Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and MBA with a concentration in finance.

Bradley (Brad) J. Freiburger – Chief Financial Officer (Interim), has served as X-Rite’s Vice President and Controller since March 2008, where he has been responsible for the oversight of the SEC and financial reporting, global general accounting, tax, global credit, and global budgeting and analysis functions. Prior to his position with X-Rite, he held management positions with Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Brad is a CPA and earned a master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University.

Dr. Francis Lamy, Chief Technology Officer, joined X-Rite as part of the July 2006 Amazys acquisition. Francis served as Executive VP and Chief Technology Officer for GretagMacbeth AG (Amazys Holding AG) from 2002-2006, covering strategy, innovation, and business development functions. Amazys was a publicly traded color technology company headquartered in Switzerland.
Francis joined GretagMacbeth in 1999, leading the Digital Imaging division at GretagMacbeth, where he architected and executed GretagMacbeth's transformation from an instrument manufacturer to a solution provider. Prior to joining GretagMacbeth, Francis was the founder and president of Dalim, a workflow software company for the graphic arts markets, which he conducted from inception to world scale deployment.
Earlier in his career, in his post-doc days, Francis was assistant professor of Solid State Physics at the University of Strasbourg, and consultant to the French Ministry of Industry in innovation matters. Francis holds a PhD in physics from the University of Strasbourg, France.

Randy Francisco, Worldwide Director for Graphic Arts at X-Rite Inc., has been with the company since 1999. He has held a variety of roles at X-Rite, including Director of Strategic Planning, Director of Business Operations for Coherix - an X-Rite subsidiary, and Director of Business Development. James Vogh received his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering form the University of Tulsa in 1990 and a Ph.D. in Cognitive and Neural Systems from Boston University in 1998. During his Ph.D. he developed a neural network architecture for recognizing 3D objects. At Monaco Systems he developed ICC based calibration technologies. Since 2004, he is a principle engineer at X-Rite where he continues to develop calibration technology as conducts advanced research in color science.

Gideon Argov is President and Chief Executive Officer of Entegris, taking the helm of the company immediately after its merger with Mykrolis finalized on August 5, 2005 - he had served as CEO of Mykrolis since November 2004. Prior to joining Mykrolis, Mr. Argov was managing director of Parthenon Capital, a Boston-based private equity partnership, since 2001. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Argov led Kollmorgen Corporation as chairman, CEO and president. He served as CEO of High Voltage Engineering Corporation from 1988 to 1991.
