Hamid Moghadam is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of AMB Property Corporation®. Mr. Moghadam cofounded AMB in 1983 and led the company through its initial public offering in 1997 (NYSE: AMB). Mr. Moghadam has held a number of strategic roles within the real estate industry. He has served as the Chairman of National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and the Real Estate Investment Trust Political Action Committee (REITPAC), a director of Plum Creek Timber Company (NYSE: PCL), and a founding member of the Real Estate Roundtable. Mr. Moghadam is a Trustee of Stanford University and currently chairs the Stanford Management Company. As an active participant in the San Francisco Bay area community, he has served on various philanthropic and community boards including the California Academy of Sciences, Town School for Boys, and as Chairman of Young Presidents Organization’s (YPO) Northern California Chapter. He is a past winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and has been named CEO of the Year on eight different occasions by four separate industry publications. He received the Wisconsin Alumni Center’s Vision Setter Award and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Lifetime of Building Award in 2007 and NAREIT’s Industry Leadership Award in 2005. Mr. Moghadam received SB and SM degrees in engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Eugene Reilly is President, the Americas for AMB Property Corporation. In this capacity, he is responsible for AMB’s business in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Mr. Reilly joined AMB in 2003 and has 25 years of experience in the development, acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of industrial properties throughout the Americas. Prior to joining AMB, he was Chief Investment Officer of Cabot Properties, Inc., a private equity industrial real estate firm in which he served as a founding partner and member of its Investment Committee and Board of Directors. Mr. Reilly served with Cabot and its predecessor companies, including the NYSE-traded Cabot Industrial Trust, for 11 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of Grupo Acción, S.A. de C.V., a leading development company in Mexico. Mr. Reilly is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) where he has served on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts chapter, the National Industrial Education Committee and currently serves on the NAIOP National Board of Directors. He holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.

Guy Jaquier is President, Europe & Asia for AMB Property Corporation, responsible for the establishment and expansion of the company in Europe and Asia. He serves as an officer or director of a number of its subsidiaries, including AMB European Investments LLC. and AMB China Ltd. Prior to joining AMB in 2000, Mr. Jaquier served as Senior Investment Officer for real estate at the California Public Employees’ Retirement System where his responsibilities included managing a $12 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and its predecessor, Equitable Real Estate, where he held various transactions and management positions. Mr. Jaquier holds a Bachelor Degree in Building Construction Management from University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

John Roberts is President, AMB Capital Partners, LLC, responsible for directing the formation, structuring and capital raising for AMB’s private capital ventures around the world. Prior to his current position, he Mr. Roberts was AMB’s Senior Vice President, Capital Markets. Roberts joined AMB in 1997 after spending six years at Ameritech Pension Trust, where he held the position of Director, Real Estate Investments. His responsibilities included managing a $1.6 billion real estate portfolio and developing and implementing the trust’s real estate program. Previously, he worked for Richard Ellis, Inc. focusing on leasing and sales. Mr. Roberts received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and a Master of Business Administration degree in finance and accounting from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Tom Olinger is CFO for AMB Property Corporation, responsible for global financial operations, including treasury, cash management, financial planning, financial reporting, accounting, tax, investor relations, risk management and information technology. Prior to joining AMB in February 2007, Mr. Olinger served as Vice President Corporate Controller at Oracle Corporation, where he was responsible for global accounting, external reporting, technical accounting, global revenue recognition, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and finance merger and acquisition integration. He was also responsible for Oracle’s controllership operations in Bangalore, India; Dublin, Ireland; Sydney, Australia and Rocklin, California. Mr. Olinger spent 14 years at Arthur Andersen, the last three as an audit partner in its U.S. real estate and technology groups. Mr. Olinger received a Bachelor of Science with distinction, in Finance, from Indiana University

Thomas W. Tusher is a director of AMB Property Corporation. He was President and Chief Operating Officer of Levi Strauss & Co. from 1984 through 1996, when he retired. Previously, he was President of Levi Strauss International from 1976 to 1984. Mr. Tusher began his career at Levi Strauss in 1969. He was a director of the publicly-held Levi Strauss & Co. from 1978 to 1985, and was named a director of the privately-controlled Levi Strauss & Co. in 1989, a position he held until his retirement at the end of 1996. Prior to joining Levi Strauss & Co., Mr. Tusher was with Colgate Palmolive from 1965 to 1969. Mr. Tusher has a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. degree from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He is a director of Cakebread Cellars and Dash America (Pearl Izumi). He is a former director of Great Western Financial Corporation and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. He is also Chairman Emeritus and a member of the advisory board of the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Tusher is also a director of the World Wildlife Fund and a member of the Advisory Council of Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
