Anthony Lochtefeld directs the AmberWave Systems research team in development of materials science technology solutions for the semiconductor industry. He joined the company after receiving his doctorate in electrical engineering from MIT. At MIT's Microsystems Technology Laboratory his work focused on understanding carrier transport in deeply-scaled MOSFETs, and on scaling and process integration of multi-gate and ultra-thin-body MOSFETs. Lochtefeld earned his master's of science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, investigating the potential of non-stoichiometric gallium arsenide for optoelectronic applications. He earned his bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering from Ohio Northern University. Lochtefeld is the author or co-author of more than 40 technical articles in the field of semiconductor materials and devices.

Clinton Bybee is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of ARCH Venture Partners, which he joined in 1988. Prior to joining ARCH, he held a variety of operating roles with Amoco Corporation. Mr. Bybee concentrates primarily in the areas of information technology and physical sciences, including advanced materials, optoelectronics, semiconductors, and infrastructure businesses. He has played key roles in ARCH's founding investments in numerous companies. He is on the Board of Directors of Nanosys, Cambrios Technologies, Nitronex, Aveso, and other private companies. Mr. Bybee also co-founded and serves as the President of the Texas Venture Capital Association. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago.

David Mooring serves as an independent director of venture backed semiconductor companies. Mooring's 25 years of operating experience includes serving as president and board member of Rambus; vice president of marketing and sales at Vitesse Semiconductor; as well as nearly a decade of various sales and marketing management positions at Intel Corporation. Mooring holds a bachelor's of science degree in economics from Santa Clara University, an MBA from Pepperdine University and a master's of science degree in computer engineering from the University of Southern California.

Tyson joined the Board of Directors of AmberWave in December 2002. For the past 15 years, Tyson held positions of increasing management responsibility at PRI Automation and served as its CEO from 1998-2002. While at PRI, he led its transformation from a small robot manufacturer to the world's leading supplier of semi-fab materials handling systems, with revenues of more than $300 million. He guided its IPO, two secondary offerings, six acquisitions and established PRI operations in more than 14 countries. Prior to joining PRI, he worked at GCA Corporation and served as science advisor to U.S. Senator Paul Tsongas. He is currently a member of SEMI's North American Advisory Board and the chair of its Public Policy Committee. Tyson has a bachelor's of science in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master's of science in nuclear engineering and political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Frezza joined Adams Capital Management in 1997 as a general partner. He is currently responsible for identifying, leading and managing investments in his area of domain expertise. Frezza, prior to Adams Capital, was Founder and president of Wireless Computing Associates, providing technology strategy and consulting services to major vendors in the telecommunications industry. He has also served as the director of marketing and business development for Ericsson, Inc.'s wireless data division and has extensive engineering and product management experience from General Instrument Corp. and Bell Laboratories. Frezza has also been involved in several start-up ventures, holds seven patents, and was a columnist for Internet Week. His domain expertise includes the following: broadband communications, local access networks, semiconductors & applied materials, and wireless communications. Frezza holds a master's of science in electrical engineering, a bachelor's of science in both biology and electrical engineering; all from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
