Mr. Joyce leads the organization. He has over 25 years experience as a senior executive working with international utilities and financial industries. Mr. Joyce has held senior positions with companies such as ABB, Price Waterhouse and Citicorp. He has extensive international experience in business development, consulting and financial markets. From November 2000 through August 2001, Mr. Joyce was the Chief Operating Officer of the Company. In September 2001, Mr. Joyce assumed the leadership of the Company. Mr Burruss came to Ambient from Siemens, where he served as Vice-president, Solutions Management for Chantry Networks, a provider of manageable WiFi access products acquired by Siemens in 2005; before the acquisition, Mr Burruss served as Chantry's Vice-president, Operations. Mr Burruss has held positions in customer support and engineering management at a variety of New England-area start-ups, including Gotham Networks, IronBridge Networks, and Wellfleet Communications. Mr. Quarella came to Ambient from Verso Technologies, formerly MCK Communications and has led a long distinguished career in start-up/development stage operations and manufacturing. Tim Quigley is Vice President of Ambient and oversees the Company's Marketing and Finance initiatives. Upon graduating from the University of Rhode Island, Tim spent several years teaching high school English. This experience has proved invaluable for Tim as he focuses a great deal of time and attention on making sure that Ambient's complex technologies and solutions are explained and marketed in terms that are easy to understand among Ambient's customers, partners and non-technical personnel. An accomplished musician, Tim knows what its like to be on both sides of the stage and draws upon this mindset when recommending options for event production to Ambient's customers. Outside of Ambient, Tim plays guitar with Erik Narwhal and the Manatees and has worked with such notable acts as Cheap Trick, Tower of Power, Sammy Hagar, and Spin Doctors. Mr. Dunleavy is an advisor and consultant to the Company. Former Commisioner Dunleavy has had a long and distinguished career in both the public and private sectors, in both energy and telecommunications. Mr. Dunleavy most recently served as a Commissioner for the state of New Yorka s Public Service Commission. While a Commissioner, Mr. Dunleavy championed causes through the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) including regulatory and broadband issues. Mr. Dunleavy is also the former Vice Chairman of the Telecommunications Committee, State Chairman of the FCC/State Universal Service Join Board and both New York and NARUCa s representative on the North American Numbering Council (NANC as it is known, is responsible for the assignment of telephone numbers throughout North America). He remains active in NARUC. Prior to his appointment as a Commissioner, Mr. Dunleavy served as Deputy Commissioner of New York Citya s Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications, formerly known as the Office of Energy and Telecommunications. In this capacity, former Commissioner Dunleavy managed telecommunications administration for all Mayoral agencies, supervised New York City's five channel cable television network and administered New York City's cable television and telecommunications franchises. Mr. Dunleavy also started and co-chaired the Mayora s Task Force on Network Reliability and founded the Mutual Aid and Restoration Consortium (MARC), made up of operating telecommunications companies and government entities. Tim Yuettner is the Secretary / Treasurer of Ambient and oversees the Company's Operations. Tim's vast prior experience in installing and servicing security, fire alarm, access control and closed circuit television systems has played a tremendous role in the development of Ambient's installation expertise and techniques. A born manager, Tim dedicates a significant amount of his time and attention to ensuring that all Ambient customers receive the highest levels of quality and service. Although Tim relies heavily on his experience as a systems installer and audio technician, he credits his ability to "trust his senses over gauges and meters" with providing him an edge. A musician for over twenty years, Tim has contributed his vocal and bass guitar playing talents to several bands and has performed at venues including Foxwoods Casino and The Providence Performing Arts Center.

Senator Johnston, chairman of Ambient's Advisory Board since 2000, began his political career in the Louisiana Legislature, where he spent eight years. He then served 24 years in the United States Senate. As a member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources from its creation, and as its Chairman and Ranking Member for much of that time, Senator Johnston was either directly or indirectly responsible for all energy legislation considered by the Congress between 1973 and 1996. He led the effort to pass the first electricity restructuring legislation as part of the Energy Policy Act of 1992; which also contained extensive provisions regarding natural gas and overhauled the nuclear licensing provisions of federal law. Senator Johnston was the principal sponsor of natural gas deregulation as well as the Royalty Relief Act. He was the floor manager of hundreds of bills, including California Central Valley water reform and Tongass timber reform. In addition to energy policy, his position on this committee provided Senator Johnston with an oversight role on the operations of federal lands and the territories of the United States, including in 1983 Compact of Free Association between the United States and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. In January 2001, President George W. Bush offered him the role of Secretary of Energy, a position Johnston declined. Led by Senator J. Mr. George Jee is the Director of Resource Planning with Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. Mr. Jee has been on Ambient's Advisory Board since 2000. He has over 25 years of utility experience. Among his other responsibilities, Mr. Jee is leading a team at Con Edison in the evaluation and possible implementation of power line carrier access technology. Prior to his present position, Mr. Jee was a Director in Con Edison's Corporate Planning Department. He was also the Manager of Energy Strategy Development and was active in shaping Con Edison's business strategy in a deregulated energy market and was the project manager in the Company's divestiture of its electric generating assets. Mr. Jee has an extensive background in transmission and distribution systems and also held the position of Manager of System Performance in the Company's Transmission Planning Department. He has authored papers in the area of power system optimization and generator prime mover modeling and served as an Industry Advisor to the Electric Power Research Institute in the application of optimization techniques in power flow simulations. Most recently, Mr. Jee co-authored with Mr. Ram Rao, Ambient's Chief Network Architect, and Dr. Yehuda Cern, Chief Engineer of Ambient, an IEEE paper (May 2003) entitled "Demonstration of the Technical Viability of PLC Systems on Medium and Low Voltage Lines in the United States."

Howard Pierce joined the Ambient Board of Directors in November of 2004. Mr. Pierce brings a wealth of experience to Ambienta s Board. Until his retirement in June 2001, he served as President and CEO of ABB, Inc., the $5 billion US subsidiary of global industrial, energy and automation provider, ABB. Prior to his assuming leadership of ABB, he also served in a number of key executive positions, including President of ABBa s Steam Power Plants and Environmental Systems and President of ABB China Ltd. In this latter position he led ABBa s establishment in the Chinese market, creating 14 majority owned joint ventures and securing contracts valued at $700 million.
