Robert A. Bienvenu, III joined AmCOMP in 2002 as director of claims for the Texas region. He was promoted to vice president of claims in 2005, to branch manager in 2006 and to vice president of the Texas region in 2008. From 1994 through 2001, Mr. Bienvenu worked at the Texas Mutual Fund (formerly the Texas Workers' Compensation Insurance Fund). Initially, he was responsible for the creation of a statewide response team for catastrophic losses. In 1996, he was promoted to special service manager with responsibility for the catastrophic, longshore, employers' liability teams and the statewide hearings and dispute resolution process. In 2001, Mr. Bienvenu served as an executive with Association Causality Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Atlantic American, where he contributed to the Company's transition from a workers' compensation only carrier to a multi-line carrier. Mr. Bienvenu began his career in 1988 with Employers Causality as a multi-line adjuster and was promoted to claims coordinator in 1990. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.

Fred R. Lowe has served as chairman of AmCOMP since September 2005 and has been AmCOMP's president, chief executive officer and a director of AmCOMP since February 1997. He is the chairman of each of AmCOMP's subsidiaries. Mr. Lowe co-founded Florida Administrators, Inc.
