CHRISTOPHER H. ATAYAN has served as the Company's Chairman of the Board since January 2008, its Chief Executive Officer since October 2006, and has been a director of the Company since 2004. From March 2006 to October 2006, Mr. Atayan served the Company in various capacities including Vice Chairman and Chief Corporate Officer. Mr. Atayan is also a consultant to Draupnir LLC (the parent of Draupnir Capital, LLC.), a director of AMCON Corporation, and a director of Hotlink Incorporated. He has also served as the Senior Managing Director of Slusser Associates, a New York investment banking firm, since 1988.

Philip Campbell, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), oversees Hotlink's financial activities, encompassing finance, accounting, administration, and operations functions. Philip is a CPA with over 20 years of accounting, finance, and senior management experience including an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange. Throughout his career he has successfully identified strategies and implemented processes to increase revenue, reduce costs, and position companies to grow and prosper. He has worked in both small and large organizations, including Franchise Concepts, Inc. and Fleetwood Retail Corp.

Prior to co-founding Draupnir LLC, Allen Petersen was Chairman and CEO of American Tool Companies, Inc., the largest privately held, global manufacturer of hand tools and power tool accessories in the world. Throughout his career, Mr. Petersen has held board positions with private and public companies in the healthcare, distribution and financial services industries. He currently serves on the boards of directors of AMCON Distributing, Gold Bank Corporation, Health Hero Network, Inc., Eastek International Inc., and Slide Sledge LLC. He holds a B.A. from Colorado College and did Graduate Studies at Northwestern University.
