Joined Amcor in July 2002 following Amcor's acquisition of Schmalbach-Lubeca's global PET and Closures businesses. Mr Long held various positions within Schmalbach-Lubeca, including President & CEO of Plastic Containers Americas and was previously Vice President and General Manager for Latin America at Johnson Controls Inc prior to its sale to Schmalbach Lubeca in 1997. At Johnson Controls he was also Vice President of Sales and Marketing USA PET and Director of Operations PET Europe, responsible for the start-up of JCI's PET business in the early 1990's. Prior to this, he held various regional and plant management positions in various cities across the businesses bought and merged into the Johnson Control Inc Group. BSc Business Administration

Ken MacKenzie was appointed as Managing Director and CEO of Amcor in 2005. He has spent sixteen years with Amcor, with extensive experience across all of Amcor’s major packaging business segments in the Americas, Australia, Asia and Europe. Since taking on the role of CEO, Ken has implemented a company turnaround program named The Way Forward. This is an aggressive get-fit program for the company with an objective for all Amcor businesses to have strong positions in their markets. Those businesses in weak positions are being fixed, sold or closed. The program is also driving accelerated growth initiatives in attractive market segments from both a product and geographic perspective. Two years into ‘The Way Forward’ program, the turnaround is happening, with Amcor’s businesses better positioned, the company has a strong balance sheet, strong growth opportunities and a clear focus on improvement. Prior to joining Amcor, Mr MacKenzie was the Manager of Manufacturing Strategy Practice with Accenture from 1987 to 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from McGill University in Canada. Throughout his career he has lived and worked in the Americas, Europe and Australasia and now lives in Melbourne, Australia with his wife and two children.

Kim Houchens, Ph.D., Dr. Houchens brings more than 16 years experience managing new product development with a focus on growth strategies, innovation through rapid commercialization and team development. She has become an expert in the Stage-Gate product development process and in the project and portfolio management techniques that support this process. She is currently Vice President of New Products at Amcor, the largest bottling company in the world. Prior posts include Kimberly-Clark, Nano-Tex, Dow Chemical Company, and she served as a consultant to the military at Arthur D. Little, focusing in the area of advanced protective clothing. While with ILC Dover, she had the opportunity to develop parts of the spacesuits for the International Space Station and also develop advanced spacesuit concepts for the Men-to-Mars initiative.

Joined Amcor in April 1999 after three years as Investor Relations Manager with National Mutual Holdings and eight years as an Analyst for National Mutual Funds Management. Previous positions include eight years as a Chemical Engineer with Alfa-Laval and 18 months as an institutional dealer for stockbroker AC Goode. Joined Amcor in 2007 from GM Holden Ltd in Melbourne where she worked as CFO and Executive Director Finance, responsible for all GM Holden financial activities. Immediately prior to this Mrs. Desjardins was Controller and Executive Director for GM North America in Detroit, Michigan. Mrs. Desjardins joined GM Canada in 1978 and held various positions within the GM organisation in Canada and the Unites States before moving to Australia in 2005. MSc Management, BIA Finance

Joined Amcor in present role, September 2005. Previously, Mr. Delia spent five years (2000-2005) with McKinsey & Company based in New York, most recently serving as an Associate Principal. At McKinsey, Mr. Delia worked extensively with global manufacturing clients in the packaging, paper and chemicals industries. Prior to joining McKinsey and earning an MBA from Harvard Business School (1998-2000), held a senior sales and marketing role in a North American plastic packaging business that is now part of Alcan Packaging (1994-1998).

Joined Amcor in January 2006. Previously held a number senior HR management roles within BHP Billiton, the world’s largest diversified resources company. During his career with BHP Billiton, Mr Keogh worked in Australia and the US in senior Human Resources positions in the minerals and steel businesses and was appointed Vice President HR for BHP Minerals in 2000. Following the merger of BHP and Billiton in 2001, Mr Keogh held HR responsibilities for significant parts of that organisation, including senior executive resourcing projects and executive remuneration for the BHP Billiton Group. Mr Roberts has substantial knowledge of fast to moving consumer products, where the packaging component is significant, gained through executive roles in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Indonesia.
