Guy Dubois brings to MACH a wealth of knowledge and experience built from more than two decades spent developing and leading large, multi-national software companies, helping them to derive value from IT in complex markets. Guy was previously the Executive Vice President of Amdocs, where he oversaw the global strategy, development and operations of the company?s application software and services business spanning both customer-and network-facing solutions. Prior to that and until its acquisition by Amdocs in 2006, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cramer Systems, a leading provider of Operations Support Software (OSS) to the telecommunications industry. During his tenure, Cramer experienced record growth with respect to customers, revenue, employees, partners and product development. Before joining Cramer, Guy held senior executive positions at PeopleSoft, Vantive, Sybase and Digital. Guy holds an Engineering Diploma and is a graduate of Lille Graduate School of Business Management in France.

Michael Matthews is Chief Marketing Officer of Amdocs Inc. and is an industry veteran and expert in positioning high technology companies for growth in evolving markets.

Jim is currently Director of Product Marketing for Search and Digital Advertising at Amdocs, an industry leader in customer experience systems innovation for telecommunications and cable organizations worldwide. Jim has extensive knowledge of interactive technologies and digital marketing within consumer and business-to-business markets. Jim was formerly at DoubleClick where he was part of the management team responsible for launching DoubleClick's Advertising Exchange, an impression-by-impression auction designed to monetize remnant inventory for premium publishers. His previous background includes over twenty years of marketing and advertising for global brands including a ten-year association with IBM that included senior responsibilities on IBM Servers, IBM Global Services and IBM Personal Systems Group. His advertising experience includes senior management roles at worldwide advertising agencies including EURO RSCG, Wells Rich Greene BDDP, Hakuhodo, Interpublic and the MacManus Group.

Stoyan Kenderov is the Director of Business Development for Amdocs' next-generation solutions and a Technology Evangelist for Amdocs portfolio, both internally and externally, worldwide. In this position, he is responsible for communicating the values of the Amdocs technology portfolio to the market and for building profitable relationships with customers and technology leaders across the industry. Previously, upon joining Amdocs in 2002, he was Director of Product Marketing for Amdocs' wireless products. Prior to Amdocs, Stoyan served as the Director of Product Marketing and Wireless Solutions with XACCT Technologies Inc., which was acquired by Amdocs in February 2004. Formerly, he was Director of Information Technology at KPN Qwest B.V., a leading multinational optical carrier based in The Netherlands, and has also worked with leading Internet Service Providers in Germany and Austria. Stoyan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Frederitiana University in Karlsruhe, Germany, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Engineering, also from Frederitiana. He is fluent in five languages: English, German, Spanish, Russian and Bulgarian.

As an Applications Engineer, Tara will be developing new functionality on the Partner Platform. Tara did her undergraduate work in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in India, and then moved to South Carolina for a Masters Degree program in Computer Engineering. After finishing her course work at University of South Carolina, she started her first job at Fidelity Investments in Boston. She then went back to South Carolina to complete her thesis. Then, after graduating, she moved to Connecticut to work for LifeRe. She then moved to the Bay Area in 1999, and has been working for Amdocs as a Software engineer for the past few years. Outside of work, Tara enjoys reading fiction and non-fiction books, magazines, and newspapers basically anything she can get her hands on. She also loves traveling and spending time with her family (two young boys!).

BRUCE K. ANDERSON has served as a director since August 1996. He co-founded the investment firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, or WCAS, and has been a general partner of WCAS since March 1979. Prior to that, he served for nine years with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., or ADP, where, as executive vice president and a director of ADP, and president of ADP International, he was active in corporate development and general management. Before joining ADP, Mr. Anderson spent four years in computer marketing with International Business Machines Corporation, or IBM. Mr. Anderson is currently the chairman of the board of directors of Amdocs Limited and serves as a director of a number of private companies held within the partnership of WCAS. He holds a Bachelor s degree from the University of Minnesota.

Adrian Gardner has been a director of Amdocs since April 1998 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Since November 2007, Mr. Gardner has been Chief Financial Officer of PA Consulting Group, a London-based business consulting firm. From April until November 2007, Mr. Gardner was a private investor. Mr. Gardner was Chief Financial Officer of ProStrakan Group plc, a pharmaceuticals company based in the United Kingdom and listed on the London Stock Exchange, from 2002 until April 2007 and a director from 2002 until June 2007. Prior to joining ProStrakan, he was a Managing Director of Lazard LLC, based in London, where he worked with technology- and telecommunications-related companies. Prior to joining Lazard in 1989, Mr. Gardner qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). Mr. Gardner is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
