Larry Graham is the President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Amedisys. Previously, he was Vice President of Operations and has served as Vice President of Finance. Michael Fleming, M.D., joined Amedisys as Chief Medical Officer in 2009. Dr. Fleming brings more than 39 years of medical field experience to his new position. He is past President of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians; and is founding President of the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum, a partnership with the State of Louisiana aiming to provide high-quality health care to the state. Dr. Fleming has served as Speaker of the Congress of Delegates of the AAFP and as Board Chair of the AAFP Board of Directors. As an active member of the medical quality field, he serves on various boards and panels to the health information technology industry. Scott Ginn is the Senior Vice President and Controller. He brings more than 15 years of public accounting experience to the position.
