Larry Graham is the President, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Amedisys. Michael Fleming, M.D., joined Amedisys as Chief Medical Officer in 2009. Dr. Fleming brings more than 39 years of medical field experience to his new position. He is past President of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians; and is founding President of the Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum, a partnership with the State of Louisiana aiming to provide high-quality health care to the state. Dr. Fleming has served as Speaker of the Congress of Delegates of the AAFP and as Board Chair of the AAFP Board of Directors. Mr. Fisher has consulted with companies such as Bellsouth, Monsanto, GeorgiaPacific, Pfizer, Bank of America, Coca-Cola Company, Ryder Logistics, Turner Broadcasting and CNNfn. In June 2003, he was named as one of "The 25 Most Influential Executives in the Consumer Goods Industry" by Consumer Goods Technology magazine. He has completed the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Fisher is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Business Law; a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers; and a member of the Microsoft Executive Circle.

Edna Fannin is the Vice President of Operations for the Hospice Division of Amedisys. She joined Amedisys in 2005 in the role of Hospice Regional Administrator and was appointed Vice President of Operations in late 2005. Fannin has over 18 years of experience in health care management including hospice, home care, long-term care, and rehab. She has more than 13 years of experience in hospice with extensive background in start-ups, business development, and senior operations management. Ms. Fannin served on the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners for six years and on numerous task forces for the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.

Judy T. Postle is the Vice President of Arete Medical Services, LLC, a division of Amedisys. Ms. Postle joined Amedisys in 2005 to develop a new division for the Company providing management's collaborative medical housecall program in conjunction with Amedisys' home health agencies throughout the Southeast. Ms. Postle is currently operating a collaborative medical housecall practice in North Carolina and Tennessee. Prior to joining Amedisys, Ms. Postle was Vice President of Operations for CareLink Physician Housecalls Inc., where she developed and operated the company's collaborative medical housecall practices in Nashville, TN and Dallas, TX. Ms. Postle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph College in Windham, ME. Patti Waller is one of two Senior Vice Presidents of Operations over several states throughout Amedisys' 19 state coverage area. She joined Amedisys in 1998 in the role of New Business Development for the state of Georgia and was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations in 1999. Waller has over 22 years of home care operations experience with Amedisys, Central Home Health Care and Healthfield Inc. She holds Nursing degrees from Crawford Long/Emory School of Nursing as well as Brenau University in Gainesville, GA. Ms. Waller also serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association of Home Health.

Henry Murphy III is the father of two children, ages 9 and 11, and the proud coach of his son's soccer team. He has spent the last 12 years developing employee benefits programs for companies such as Allstate Insurance, United Airlines, and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and is currently a strategic sourcing manager for Amedisys, one of the nation's leading home health care services corporations. Scott Ginn is the Senior Vice President and Controller. He brings more than 15 years of public accounting experience to the position.
