Incorporated as a Minnesota corporation on May 27, 1994, we operate as a Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") and are engaged in the business of making mortgage loans to churches and other non-profit religious organizations throughout the United States. The principal amount of loans we offer ranges from $100,000 to $2,000,000. We may also invest up to 30% of our Average Invested Assets in mortgage secured debt securities (bonds) issued by churches and other non-profit religious organizations. Between the date upon which we began active business operations (April 15, 1996), and February 28, 2005, we have made 117 loans to 106 churches in the aggregate amount of $49,927,061, with the average principal amount of such loans being $426,727. Of the 117 loans we have made, 25 loans totaling $11,756,350 have been repaid early by the borrowing churches. We also own, as of February 28, 2005, $9,093,790 principal amount of Church Bonds, which we purchased at a price of par value ($1,000) or less.

Charles J. Zeman, CFP has been a registered representative with American Investors Group Inc., since January 1996. Prior to his affiliation with American, Mr. Zeman was employed by A.B. Culbertson. Mr. Zeman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in both accounting and marketing from the University of Illinois in 1964. Mr. Zeman is a Vietnam Era Veteran of the US Army serving overseas from 1965 through 1967. He was employed as a Regional Manager for Ethicon, a division of Johnson & Johnson, from 1968 to 1976. Mr. Zeman obtained the designation as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) through the College of Financial Planning in 1985 along with his securities license. Mr. Zeman has syndicated real estate properties as a real estate broker in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Mr. Zeman holds a Series 7, 63, 22 and a 65 securities license. Mr Zeman's primary focus is the offering of American Investors' current church bond offerings and American Church Mortgage Corporation (ACMC) notes and equity shares. As a Certified Financial Planner he also provides advice with Retirement Planning (IRA's and Roth IRA's), Estate Planning (Life Insurance and Life Insurance Trusts), other investment products including all listed stocks on major exchanges, bonds and mutual funds and tax planning.
