Gerard Moufflet is CEO and Founder of Acceleration International, a Boston-based Private Equity firm specializing in biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare services fields in both Europe and the US . From 1989 to 2001, Mr. Moufflet was a Managing Director at Advent International, one of the world's leading Private Equity Investment firms with funds under management totaling over $6 billion, where he headed the healthcare team and oversaw investments in Europe and in the United States . Mr. Moufflet had a seventeen-year career with healthcare giant Baxter International, where he led various European and African operations and eventually became Head of Worldwide Strategic Planning for the dialysis product line. When he became Corporate Vice President and Vice President of Baxter World Trade, Baxter had grown to $7 billion in sales. Mr. Moufflet currently serves on the board s of several publicly-held and privately-held companies. Mr. Moufflet is Chairman of the Board of Fellows of the Harvard Dental School of Medicine and the Chairman of the French Library and Cultural Center of Boston. Mr. Mouf flet received his undergraduate degree from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in France and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh . He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Kenneally has served as our Senior Vice President Regional Operations since February 2005. Mr. Kenneally has also served as Chief Executive Officer of PDHC, Ltd., one of our subsidiaries, since January 2001. Mr. Kenneally was Chief Operating Officer of PDHC, Ltd. from July 1998 to December 2000, Director of Business Management from 1995 to June 1998, Director of Finance and Information Systems from 1994 to 1995 and Controller from 1988 to 1994.

Mr. Kelly retired in May 2000 as Chairman of the Board of Lincare Holdings Inc., a provider of home respiratory therapy services. Mr. Kelly also serves as Director of HMS Holdings Corp. and Emergency Medical Services Corp. Age 60.

Mr. Reeves is a health care entrepreneur and investor. Mr. Reeves co-founded Surgis, Inc., an ambulatory surgery center company in 2001 and was its Executive Vice President for Development until April 2006 when Surgis was acquired by United Surgical Partners International Inc. Mr. Reeves served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Development Officer for Phycor, Inc. from 1998 until June 2000. On January 31, 2002, Phycor, Inc. filed a voluntary petition for reorganization relief and a pre-negotiated reorganization plan under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. This reorganization plan was approved on July 6, 2002 by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Age 63.
