Bonnie L. Herron is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Intelligent Systems Corporation with responsibility for financial and SEC reporting, legal and contract matters, strategic planning, corporate governance and due diligence. Ms. Herron is also Executive Director of the Gwinnett Innovation Park, the company's incubator facility.
In April 2005, Ms. Herron was named "Woman of the Year in Technology" for businesses under $500 million by the Woman in Technology Association in Georgia, in recognition of her many years of leadership in and contribution to the technology industry and its entrepreneurs.
Ms. Herron is past chair and a two term member of the board of directors of the National Business Incubation Association. She sits on the board of the Atlanta Venture Forum, the Steering Committee of the Gwinnett Technology Forum and on the board of directors of several of the Company’s private ventures. She is a past director of the American Electronics Association (Southeast chapter), the Technology Association of Georgia and the Advisory Council of Georgia's Intellectual Capital Partnership Program and past chair of the Growth Capital SIG and Entrepreneurial SIG.
Prior to her present position, Ms. Herron was the General Manager of Datavue Corporation, Director of Planning at Quadram Corporation and Director of Planning at Intelligent Systems Corporation.
Ms. Herron spent 10 years as a Director of Athletics at several secondary schools in Ontario, Canada.
Ms. Herron received a B.A. in education and a B.A. in physical education from the University of Toronto and a M.B.A. from Mercer University.

Deirdre Hanford is Senior Vice President, Global Technical Services at Synopsys, Inc. Jacqui Chew is director of marketing for the Americas at Stonesoft, a global provider of innovative network security and business continuity solutions. She has spent the last 14 years developing marketing communications and brand-building strategies for companies in the technology, financial services, electronic payments and consumer products and services industries. A winner of several awards for excellence in the public relations and business communications arenas, Chew has been an active Atlanta Press Club member since arriving in Atlanta in 1997. He co-founded and served as president of Sterling Semiconductor, a producer of silicon carbide substrates, and sold the business within four years achieving an eight-fold return for early stage investors. Mr. LeMunyon's business ventures have also included managing outsourced R&D programs for Duracell, GE, Kodak, Dow, Sumitomo, Toyota and other companies in a variety of technologies ranging from plastics, electronics materials, and software. He has recently served on the board of Directors of the American Electronics Association. In government, Jim served President George H.W. Bush as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Export Administration at the Department of Commerce from 1989-1993, where he was a senior official responsible for restricting U.S. commercial sales to adversary countries of technology with potential military or terrorist uses. Early in his career, he served as chief-of-staff to Congressman Ed Zschau from California's Silicon Valley. Jim earned a B.S. in physics and mathematics, and a computer science minor, cum laude, from Valparaiso University. He earned a M.S. in meteorology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

As CFO of Acculynk, Judi Vitale brings over 25 years of experience in financial and operational leadership to the company. In October 2005, Judi joined, as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, Indus International, now known as Ventyx, Inc., a service delivery management software company. She managed the accounting and finance departments for Indus, including revenue recognition, SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, SOx compliance, and cash management. Prior to Indus, she was with Firstwave Technologies, a customer relationship management software solutions provider, since March of 1985. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September of 1996, and held various financial positions before that, including Vice President and Director of Finance and Administration, and Corporate Controller. Judi had been involved in the financial progress of Firstwave since its inception, including the initial public offering process, the acquisition of three companies, various bank lines of credit and preferred and private stock offerings, and SEC reporting. Judi continues to provide financial consulting to Firstwave and serves on Firstwave's Board of Directors.

Dr. Sophie Vandebroek is Xerox's Chief Technology Officer and the President of the Xerox Innovation Group. She was named to this position January 2006, and became a Corporate Vice President in February 2006.
Vandebroek is responsible for overseeing Xerox's worldwide research centers and for maximizing the company's returns on investment in research and technology.
Previously, she was Chief Engineer of Xerox Corporation and Vice President of the Xerox Engineering Center. As Chief Engineer, a position she assumed in 2002, Vandebroek was responsible for coordinating Xerox's engineering efficiency and effectiveness, a period during which Xerox refreshed more than 95 percent of its product line and launched its flagship iGen3™ Digital Production Press. Prior to that, she served as Chief Technology Officer at Carrier Corp. From 1991 until 2000, Vandebroek held a number of increasingly responsible roles at Xerox including technical advisor to Xerox's chief operating officer and director of the Xerox Research Centre of Canada.
Vandebroek is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers and served as an elected member on the IEEE Electron Devices Society Administrative Committee. She is also a Fulbright Fellow and a Fellow of the Belgian-American Educational Foundation. She holds 12 US patents.
Vandebroek has received awards from Xerox, IBM, HP, Monsanto, the Belgium National Science Foundation, Semiconductor Research Corporation, IEEE, and Cornell University. Vandebroek served as a judge for MIT's Technology Review Young Innovators awards, the Wall Street Journal Innovation awards and the FIRST Lego and Robotics competition regional awards. Vandebroek is a member of the Board of Directors of PARC Inc., and currently serves on several university and professional advisory boards.
Vandebroek was born in Leuven, Belgium. She earned a master's degree in electro-mechanical engineering from Katholieke Universiteit, Leuven, Belgium, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Cornell University.

Bob Brilon is the chief executive officer, president and chief financial officer for InPlay Technologies, a licensor of proprietary, emerging technologies. Bob has been on the Board of Directors since January 2001 and served as chairman until April 2005. He has been with the company since its inception 1997 as a consultant. Bob joined as the President/CFO in November 1998 to take the company public on the American Stock Exchange, and ultimately NASDAQ. Bob leads the management team in determining and executing on its direction and goals. Bob brings 23 years of financial acumen to his leadership. Before beginning his corporate career, Bob accumulated four years of experience with public accounting firms in Iowa and Arizona, including McGladrey Pullen, Ernst and Young (formerly Arthur Young) and Deloitte and Touche (formerly Touche Ross). Brilon began his corporate career at Go-Video in July 1986, at the time of its initial public offering, until April 1993. During his tenure, four public offerings and several private offerings were successfully completed to finance the development of the company's patented dual-deck VCR technology and rapid growth of its marketing and sales efforts. Following, Bob took the position of chief financial officer and vice president of operations and administration at DataHand Systems, Inc., a development-stage ergonomic keyboard developer until April 1995. For the next two years, he served as the Corporate Controller for Rental Service Corp., relocating the company headquarters from Irvine, Calif. To Scottsdale, Ariz. During his tenure RSC completed an initial stock offering in September 1996 for $100 million and grew RSC through mergers and acquisition to over $100 million in revenues and over $200 million in total assets. In 1997, Bob joined Gary Gietz Master Builder, a luxury custom homebuilder in Scottsdale, Ariz., as head of business operations and chief financial officer. Here he incorporated systems to handle the custom and fast-paced nature of the company, achieving a turn around with efficiencies to create substantial returns for the shareholders of the closely held company. Bob graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Iowa and is a non-practicing certified public accountant. Bob is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for the Ira A. Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University, Chair of the AeA (American Electronics Association) Arizona council and an active member of the Arizona Technology Council.
