Josh was born & raised in the Washington, DC area & graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. After working in marketing for some time, he headed to Atlanta in 1999 & began working with mortgages due to his attraction to the growing Atlanta market. 5 years later, he decided to take on both sides of the process & obtained his real estate license, realizing the invaluable service he could provide to his clients. Josh is most knowledgeable with the in-town neighborhoods, but is excited to work anywhere within the metro area. He has a particular personal interest in the tremendous character possessed by the homes in each of the unique Atlanta neighborhoods. He enjoys helping people feel good about the return on their investment, as well as improving people's lives by helping them find the perfect home. Josh is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS . Currently, Josh keeps up his busy lifestyle as the Branch Manager at American Equity Mortgage Inc., where he manages a team of Loan Officers that specialize in residential mortgage lending.
