Mr. Ratner is Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Forest City Enterprises, a position he has held for more than the past five years. Mr. Ratner also serves on the board of directors of RPM International, Inc. (specialty coatings manufacturer). Mr. Ratner serves as a director or trustee of a number of civic and non-profit organizations including the Mandel Associated Foundations, David and Inez Myers Foundation, University Hospital, The Musical Arts Association, Greater Cleveland Partnership, the National Association of Real Estate Trusts, United Way Services and Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland.

Dr. Cowen is President and Seymour S. Goodman Professor of Management and Professor of Economics, Tulane University, a position he has held since 1998. Prior to that Dr. Cowen served as Dean and Albert J. Weatherhead, III Professor of Management, Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Cowen serves as a director of Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. (specialty store retailer), Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (conglomerate corporation engaged in real estate development, sales, investment and construction) and Newell Rubbermaid Inc. (consumer home products). Dr. Cowen is also a Commissioner of the New Orleans Business Council, New Orleans Regional Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Greater New Orleans and Committee for a Better New Orleans.

Mr. Keiser was recently promoted to the role of Vice President of Strategic Relationships for OneCoast. In this role, Mr. Keiser will be responsible for developing strong supplier relationships with new and existing partners for OneCoast. Prior to this role, he was responsible for OneCoast's Midwest Sales Region for 2 1/2 years. Mr. Keiser has over 20 years of industry experience, working for both American Greetings and Enesco prior to joining OneCoast in 2003.

Katherine Stack is the Director of Human Resources and Recruiting and has 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She possesses a solid Human Resources generalist background with in-depth experience in talent acquisition, retention, performance management, career development and employee relations. Her industry experience includes working for Fortune 500 companies such as Rockwell Automation, Arrow Electronics and American Greetings as well other medium size growing businesses. Katie earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Psychology from Miami University, Oxford Ohio and her Master's Degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Cleveland State University. She is SPHR Certified, a member of the Society of Human Resources Management since 1991, a member of the Cleveland Coaching Federation, North Coast Entrepreneur Group and a recent Redroom Revolution participant.

Michelle "Shelly" Rankins is the author of the poetry book, I Am One Blessed Poet (September 2005), and president of pear five publishing and creative services. In July 2007, Ms. Rankins lectured on Langston Hughes and recited her own poetry at the International Conference on 20th Century American Poetry in Wuhan, China. Ms. Rankins was a featured poet at the 2006 Harlem Book Fair in Buffalo, NY; Notre Dame College, OH; and the 2005 Sankofa Fine Arts Expo in Cleveland. Ms. Rankins has guest lectured for the "Meet The Authors" program at Cuyahoga Community College Western & Eastern Campuses, Kent State University Alumni Association, and has performed at various venues in Cleveland, Washington DC, and in area public schools. In 2006, the Poets' and Writers' League of Cleveland selected her poem, "Girlfriend Haiku" for the 2006 07 Cleveland RTA "Moving Minds" Bus Card Project. Her poem was displayed in over 750 buses in the regional transit system. You can also find her poetry featured on Fresh Flames, a CD anthology (recorded in 2004) of local African American poets, and SLAM IT! recorded live at the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in 2005. Ms. Rankins holds a Master of Arts in English degree from Cleveland State University, and a bachelor degree from Kent State University. Currently, Ms. Rankins is employed as an editor for American Greetings, Inc.

Mr. MacDonald was Vice Chairman and member of the Office of the Chairman of National City Corporation (a financial holding company) from 2001 until his retirement on December 31, 2006. Prior to that, Mr. MacDonald held various management positions within National City over more than 35 years. Mr. MacDonald is a member of the board of directors of Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. (manufacturer and reseller of welding and cutting products). Mr. MacDonald participates as a board member of a number of civic, health care and non-profit organizations including The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Great Lakes Theater Festival, Leadership Cleveland Class of 1987 and is Trustee Emeritus of The Diversity Center and ideastream WVIZ and 90.3.

Harriet has won industry-wide recognition for her work in communications. She has established herself as a trusted advisor to heads of government, senior government ministers, and CEO's of Fortune 500 companies, providing them with guidance and vision in communications management. She has earned a reputation as a bold thinker, astute strategist, and firm believer in communications programs that incorporate a component of social responsibility. Acting as an advisor and consultant to multi-national companies in China since 1992, she has pioneered in bringing Western communications concepts to this emerging economic powerhouse. Harriet has a BA degree from Muhlenberg University and a MA in psychology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is on the Board of American Greetings (NYSE) and Viisage (NASDAQ) and serves on the Executive Committee of UJA Federation of New York, in addition to being on the Board of the New Israel Fund, the Abraham Fund, the Israel Policy Forum and Chairing the Israel Anti Drug Campaign. She is a member of the Committee of 200, the leading women's organization in the United States.

Joseph S. Hardin , Jr., age 61, has been a Director of PetSmart since September 2005. From 1997 until his retirement in 2001, Mr. Hardin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Kinko s, Inc. From 1986 to April 1997 he served in several executive positions in increasing responsibility at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., ultimately as Executive Vice President and as President and Chief Executive Officer of SAM s Club, the wholesale division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Mr. Hardin serves on the boards of American Greetings Corporation and Dean Foods Company.

Mr. Merriman has been an operating advisor with Resilience Capital Partners, LLC, since July 1, 2008. From November 2006 until its sale in November 2007, Mr. Merriman served as Chief Executive Officer of The Lamson & Sessions Co. (a manufacturer of thermoplastic conduit, fittings and electrical switch and outlet boxes). Prior to joining Lamson & Sessions, Mr. Merriman served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Greetings from September 2005 until November 2006. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Appliance Mfg. Co. (a publicly-held manufacturer and marketer of Dirt Devil vacuum cleaners) from 1995 until April 2004 and was its Chief Financial Officer from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Merriman is a director of RC2 Corporation (a manufacturer of pre-school toys and infant products), Nordson Corporation (manufacturer of equipment used for precision dispensing, testing and inspection, surface preparation and curing) and OMNOVA Solutions Inc. (an innovator of emulsion polymers, specialty chemicals, and decorative and functional surfaces). Mr. Merriman is also a director of Students in Free Enterprise and True Hero, Inc., non-profit organizations.
