In addition, in January of 2007, Caravan Ingredients acquired the Specialty Bakery Ingredients Business from Archers Daniels Midland (ADM). Caravan Ingredients extensive line of products for a variety of breads include versatile sours, bread emulsifiers, stabilizers, shelf life extenders, dough improvers, dough strengtheners, and variety bread mixes. All complemented by our gourmet sweet line of cake mixes and icings.
