Blain K. Rethmeier is currently the Senior Vice President for Public Affairs for the American Insurance Association (AIA). Rethmeier joined AIA from the White House where he served as Special Assistant to the President for Communications and directed communications for the National Economic Council and Homeland Security Council. Prior to joining the White House, Rethmeier served as Press Secretary for the Senate Judiciary Committee. Evan G. Greenberg is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACE Limited. He was elected to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2004 and to the additional title of Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2007. Mr. Greenberg joined the ACE Group in November 2001 as Vice Chairman, ACE Limited, and Chief Executive Officer, ACE Tempest Re. In early 2002 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer, ACE Overseas General. Mr. Greenberg was elected to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer, ACE Limited, in June 2003. Over the course of more than 35 years in the insurance industry, Mr. Greenberg has held various underwriting and management positions and gained significant insight in the global property, casualty and life insurance sectors.

Mr. Ritchie has served as director since September 2003 and as chairman of the board since October 2005. As executive chairman of the board, Mr. Ritchie leads the work of the board of directors particularly with respect to our strategy development and monitoring its execution. He has over 28 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industries, particularly in the U.S. and international insurance and reinsurance industries. From February 2001 until May 2003, he served as managing director and chief financial officer of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd.'s OneBeacon Insurance Company, and Mr. Ritchie most recently served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of White Mountains Insurance Group's OneBeacon Insurance Company, and had previously served as a group Chief Financial Officer and as a consultant for White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. Before that, Mr. Ritchie held various positions with CIGNA Corporation, including Chief Financial Officer of the company's international division and head of its internal audit division. Prior to Mr. Ritchie's insurance career, he was a Senior Audit Manager at Price Waterhouse. Mr. Ritchie is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Insurance Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Internal Auditors.
