William L. Pollak has served as Chief Executive Officer North America for Incisive Media since the company's acquisition of ALM in 2007. He is also a member of Incisive Media's board of directors. Previously, Mr. Pollak had served as ALM's President, CEO and a member of ALM's board of directors since the company's formation in 1998. Mr. Pollak joined ALM after 16 years with The New York Times. During his tenure at The Times, he held a variety of senior marketing, advertising and circulation positions. From 1994 to 1998, he served as Executive Vice President, Circulation, reporting to the President of the newspaper. Previously, he had served as Executive Vice President of Sales with responsibility for the advertising, circulation and marketing departments; Senior Vice President of Circulation for the New York, Northeast and National editions of the paper; and Director of Marketing Planning. Mr. Pollak is a Director of ProBono.Net, a non-profit organization that utilizes information technology to expand delivery of legal services to low-income individuals and communities by public interest and pro bono lawyers. He is also a Director of the American Business Media (ABM) trade association and of BPA Worldwide, the industry media auditing association. Mr. Pollak graduated, cum laude, from Harvard College, earning an A.B. degree and received an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Johnson is a former President and COO of American Lawyer Media (Court TV), an international multimedia and information services company which was acquired by TimeWarner. She is the former founding CEO of Streetmail.com, a venture-backed email publisher, and former COO of Yoyodyne Entertainment, Inc., an Internet-based direct marketing company which was acquired by Yahoo. Ms. Johnson has served on the Board of Directors of The Vermont Teddy Bear Co. (NSDQ: BEAR) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Automated Resources Group, Inc. and Career Camp, Inc. She received a BA with honors from the University of Michigan.

Jamie qualified as a Chartered Accountant in September 1992 (PricewaterhouseCoopers). After joining Saatchi & Saatchi in April 1994 working in the treasury department, he transferred to the Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising subsidiary in April 1996 as European Financial Controller. Joining City Financial Communications in October 1998 as Financial Controller, Jamie was appointed Finance Director of Incisive Media in May 1999.

Geoff Lee has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in advertising and professional services. He served as Advertising Director for Skiing Utah magazine (Utah Holiday Publishing) from 1986 to 1988. In 1988 Geoff joined American Lawyer Media in Dallas, Texas. AmLaw is the world's foremost legal media giant, whose myriad holdings included Court TV and American Lawyer Magazine. In less than two years, Geoff was responsible for doubling advertising revenue for AmLaw's Texas region. In 1990 he joined Fox-Morris, a large, national recruiting firm to establish the company's legal search division. He consistently ranked among the company's top producers nationally. Geoff founded Counsel Source, Inc., a full service attorney search firm in 1995. In a few short years, he built the company from ground zero to a multi-million dollar business. A key part of his success in growing this business was Geoff's commitment to Internet marketing. Geoff received a B.S. degree in Political Science from the University of Utah in 1986.

Ms. Pender practised law with Debevoise & Plimpton before joining American Lawyer Media in 1985 as editor-in-chief of Corporate Control Alert., which she headed for ten years. She was also the founding editor of American Lawyer's European Dealmaker before joining The M&A Journal.
