Ron Jordan joined PharmasMarket.Com in March of 2000 and serves as Senior Vice President Global Strategies. Jordan is a registered pharmacist, Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and President of HCaliber Consulting Corporation, an international health care systems-consulting firm organized to provide strategic systems and product management consulting services to the health care industry. Formerly Jordan was Senior Vice President of Information Systems - Chief Information Officer of Excelle Rx LLC. of Philadelphia, (a company he co-founded) that specializes in advanced pharmaceutical care delivery to hospice and chronic pain patients. Jordan is also a former President of the American Pharmaceutical Association. From 1980 to 1989 Jordan held various management positions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Jordan has advised numerous state and national government departments on prescription drug industry and electronic health care standardization issues. Jordan is currently one of only two pharmacists serving on the Medicare Coverage Advisory Council Panel on Drugs, Biologics and Therapeutics. Jordan graduated from the University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy in 1976.

Bruce A. Fredrickson has been a member of the firm's Litigation Department since 1986. Mr. Fredrickson is admitted to practice law in Montana and North Dakota. He is also a pharmacist licensed in North Dakota and South Dakota. His practice focuses primarily on the areas of commercial contract and tort litigation, chemical product liability cases, including drug products and agricultural chemicals, pharmacy law issues and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Fredrickson is a member of the Commission on Practice of the Supreme Court of the State of Montana, the American Bar Association, the bar associations of Montana and North Dakota, the pharmaceutical associations of Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota, the American Pharmaceutical Association and the American Society for Pharmacy Law. Mr. Fredrickson practices out of the firm's Williston office.
Christine Dube, Pharm.D., PAHM, Vice President and General Manager, Managed Care Network (MCN), oversees the national operations of the Managed Care Network and provides consultative support to Lash Group. As a consultant to Lash Group, Dr. Dube provides support to payer policy research, strategic planning, and payer advocacy efforts to address private payer reimbursement and managed care challenges for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device products. As Vice President and General Manager of the MCN, she leads a group of experts in the managed care arena including pharmacy directors and medical directors from health plans and representatives from key market segments including pharmacy benefit managers, Medicaid, Medicare, and the employer group arena. MCN members provide consultative feedback as well as information and ideas that might be of interest to sponsors related to the managed markets segment, the Company and/or its products. Before joining Lash Group, Dr. Dube gained more than 18 years of experience in managed care and the pharmaceutical industry with large, significant health plans and payers and in such roles as vice president of clinical services, assistant director of clinical pharmacy, manager of pharmacy, and pharmacy director, as well as regional clinical manager in the managed markets division of a large pharmaceutical company. She has also worked in the medical affairs department of a pharmaceutical company as a senior scientific information scientist. As a managed care professional, Dr. Dube directed the pharmacy operations related to prior authorization, drug formulary development, Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee management, step-therapy development, benefit analysis, specialty pharmacy program development, and pharmaceutical rebate contracting. She also managed the medical quality program at the nation's leading integrated health plan including NCQA and HEDIS compliance. In addition, Dr. Dube was director of pharmacy at a medical center, a clinical manager for a health care company, and a hospital staff pharmacist. She has been a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) since 1990 and has served as Diplomat, Ambassador, and Advocate, as well as a past member of the Special Projects, Membership, and Schools of Pharmacy Relations Committees. Dr. Dube is also a member of the American Pharmaceutical Association, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. She also holds the designation of Professional in the Academy of Healthcare Management (PAHM). Dr. Dube received a B.S. in pharmacy from Ferris State University and a Pharm.D. from the University of Kentucky.

Mr. Loeber joined ACM as Executive Vice President of Business Development in 2002. His leadership was instrumental in the expansion of ACM's client base and program offerings during the opening of ACM's Minnesota office. Mr. Loeber's responsibilities now include oversight of Marketing, Network Management, and Clinical and Product Development. Mr. Loeber has over ten years of extensive experience in pharmacy benefit management, including the strategic development and management of pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting and pharmacy network development, as well as overseeing information technology. He brings extensive experience in manufacturer contracting and network development to this role. Prior to joining ACM, Mr. Loeber was COO at Prime Therapeutics. He also has held executive and management positions with Diversified Pharmaceutical Services, Express Scripts/Value Rx and Reliable Drug Stores. Mr. Loeber received his bachelor's degree from Butler University College of Pharmacy. Betty H. Dennis is a graduate of the UNC School of Pharmacy (BS, MS, and PharmD degrees). She practices as Senior Clinical Specialist in Ambulatory Care and Coordinator of the Primary Care Residency at UNC Hospitals' Department of Pharmacy, and Clinical Associate Professor at the UNC School of Pharmacy. Betty is a Certified Diabetes Educator and Fellow of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She completed an ASHP Hospital Pharmacy Residency at N.C Memorial Hospital and has served as Pharmacy Supervisor for Medicine at the University of Kentucky Medical Center; Director of Pharmacy, UNC Student Health Services; and Director of Continuing Education and Associate Director of Pharmacy Area Health Education Centers, UNC School of Pharmacy. Betty is a Life Member of the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists and is a member of the American Pharmaceutical Association and the ASHP. She has served in elected and appointed positions in state and national organizations including President of NCAP, Board of Directors of NCSHP, APhA delegate and Member-at-Large of the Section on Administrative Practice, and Chair of the ASHP Infectious Diseases Fellowship Selection Panel. Committee activities have focused on practice, education and legal/regulatory issues. She has received the UNC School of Pharmacy Alumni Award for Distinguished Service, NCAP Presidential Award, NCSHP President's Award, and the UNC School of Pharmacy's Best Instructor Award. Betty was a founding member of the North Carolina Cancer Pain Initiative, co-founder of the UNC-CH interdisciplinary campus course on AIDS Awareness, Faculty Advisor for Lambda Chapter, Kappa Epsilon, and chairman of the Protection of Human Subjects Committee at Family Health International. Betty's civic activities have included Vice President for the Durham-Orange Chapter of Zonta International, Marching Mother for the March of Dimes, volunteer lecturer for the South Orange Rescue Squad EMT Program, and volunteer pharmacist for the Homeless Shelter Clinic.
Ms. McColl received a B.S. in Pharmacy cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 1976. She practiced pharmacy in Tennessee and South Carolina until 1984, when she earned a law degree from the University of South Carolina. Ms. McColl was a member of the Order of Wig and Robe and associate editor-in-chief of the South Carolina Law Review. Ms. McColl began her legal career at Baker & Botts in Houston, Texas, and subsequently practiced food and drug law at the Washington office of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius. She joined Hyman, Phelps & McNamara in 1989. Ms. McColl is admitted to the bars of Texas and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Pharmaceutical Association, Society for Biomaterials, Pharmacy Law Association, European Food Law Association, and International Society of Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, and has published in the Food Drug Cosmetic Law Journal and European Food Law Review.
Eural Viers, Pharm.D. is a native of Buchanan County. Mr. Viers received his Bachelor Degree of Science in Chemistry from the University of Virginia's College at Wise. Mr. Viers was employed as a school teacher with the Buchanan County School System from 1991 until 2005 as a high school chemistry teacher and bus driver. In 2005, Mr. Viers enrolled at the University of Appalachia College of Pharmacy as part of its inaugural class where he served as president of his class for three years and was awarded the UACP Leadership and Dean's Awards. Mr. Viers was awarded his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2008 from the University of Appalachia College of Pharmacy. Mr. Viers is currently employed as a pharmacist with Wal-Mart in Pikeville, Kentucky. Mr. Viers is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacist, National Community Pharmacists Association, and American Pharmaceutical Association. Mr. Viers also serves as UACP's first Alumni Association President. Mr. Viers resides in the Prater area of Buchanan County with his wife, Samantha Taylor Viers.

Congratualtions to Leif Holm, who graduated in May with a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy in Winchester, Virginia. Upon completion of his State Board Exams, he will be a fulltime pharmacist at North Pole Prescription Laboratory, specializing in compounding and nutrition. He has been an intern at North Pole Prescription Laboratory since 2002, and was a pharmacy technician from 1999-2001. Leif is a student member of the American Pharmaceutical Association (APhA), the International Association of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP), and the National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA).
Mark Phillips earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Southern California in 1985, concurrent with serving in all operational capacities of homeopathic pharmaceutical production in the company. As a principal owner of the company, Mark serves as President and COO with oversight responsibilities for operations, technical affairs and regulatory matters. Mark also serves the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia Convention of the United States as a member of the Board of Directors, Monograph Review Committee, Pharmacopoeia Revision Committee, Council of Pharmacy and chair of the Standards and Controls Committee. He is a board member, Treasurer, and past President of the American Association of Homeopathic Pharmacists, as well as a member of the National Center for Homeopathy, the American Pharmaceutical Association and the California Pharmacist Association. Dr. Mendenhall has over 30 years of pharmaceutical experience covering areas such as research, manufacturing and pharmaceutical operations. Prior to joining DURECT, during 1979 to 1997, Dr. Mendenhall served in a variety of roles for Hoffmann-La Roche Inc./Syntex, including in the areas of manufacturing, quality assurance, finance, planning and facilities, as well as provided technical assistance and support to Syntex Global Operations for marketed products and new product launches. Most recently prior to her joining DURECT, Dr. Mendenhall was an independent consultant for various pharmaceutical companies for in-house and outsourcing of pharmaceutical manufacturing, including development of manufacturing strategies and plans and development and training of personnel. Dr. Mendenhall received a Pharm D. degree from the University of California San Francisco, and is a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, the American Pharmaceutical Association and the Society of Cosmetic Chemists.

Dr. Gibson received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Dusquesne University Mylan College of Pharmacy in May 2000. Afterwards, she completed an APhA-ASHP Accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Gibson joined the Family Practice Residency program. Marks is chief pharmacist and president of Martin Avenue Pharmacy in Naperville, Ill., a community pharmacy he has owned since April 1973. He is a 1971 graduate from the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy in Chicago, Ill., with a bachelor s of science degree in pharmacy. During his career, he has won several awards including: the Innovative Pharmacy of the Year 2000 presented by the Illinois Pharmacists Association; and the Pharmacy Patron award by the Illinois Pharmacy Foundation. In addition, he is a Full Fellow of the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists and an Elected Fellow of the American College of Apothecaries. Marks is a member of organizations including the American Pharmaceutical Association, National Community Pharmacists Association, Illinois Pharmacists Association, and Du Page County Pharmaceutical Association. Serving independent, community pharmacists since 1981, Houston, Texas-headquartered PCCA provides the bulk pharmaceuticals, equipment, devices, Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education-accredited training courses and seminars, and technical consulting assistance necessary to allow compounding pharmacists the ability to compound unique dosage forms according to the patient s individualized medication needs and the physician s prescription. PCCA currently has more than 3,000 pharmacist members throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.

Dr. Alexander R. Giaquinto retired in 2004 as the Senior Vice President for Global Compliance at Schering-Plough Corporation. Dr. Giaquinto held a number of positions during his career at Schering-Plough including Associate Director of Pharmaceutical Research and Development, Clinical Manufacturing, Package Development and Aerosol Process Development and Director, Regulatory Affairs. Dr. Giaquinto also held positions at the Schering Plough Research Institute including Senior Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Regulatory Affairs. During his tenure with Schering-Plough, Dr. Giaquinto was instrumental in establishing the Development and Regulatory strategies for the approvals of 74 New Drug Applications (NDA) including Proventil, Vanceril/Vancenase, Rebetrol, Claritin/Claritin-D, Clarinex, Elocon, Integrilin, Temodar, Asmanex and Zetia; nine Biologic License Applications (BLA) including Intron, Peg-Intron and Rebetron; and 28 Abbreviated NDAs. In addition, he was instrumental in establishing the Rx to OTC strategies for Chlortrimeton, Drixoral, Lotrimin, Gyne-Lotrimin and Claritin. Dr. Giaquinto has served as a member of a number of industry associations including chairman of the Regulatory Affairs Coordinating Committee of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers Association, the Steering Committee of the International Conference of Harmonization, the American Pharmaceutical Association, the American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the American Society of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics, the New York Academy of Sciences and the Drug Information Association.

Dr. Divi holds a doctorate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kakatiya University, Warangal. He is a member of American Institute of Chemical Engineers, American Chemical Society, American Cosmetic Society and American Pharmaceutical Association. He has an extensive experience of over 30 years in the Active pharmaceutical ingredients industry. Dr. Divi has considerable expertise in implementing and managing bulk fine chemical manufacturing facilities conforming to GMP/ US-FDA standards. He has led R&D teams and developed efficient processes for speciality chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, herbicides and rodenticides and custom synthesis.
Wayne Payton Smith is the columnist of MEDICINE & YOU, a nationally circulated health column designed to provide practical, up-to-date medical tips for the African American community. Dr. Smith received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in the School of Arts and Sciences in 1980 and his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the Campbell University School of Pharmacy in 1990. He is a member of the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists, National Pharmaceutical Association, Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, American Society of Hospital Pharmacists, and the National Association of Black Journalists. Smith has served in several elected positions including Vice-President of the National Pharmaceutical Association-NC Delegation and chairperson of continuing education. He has also held faculty and research positions at both North Carolina Central University Department of Nursing and East Carolina University School of Medicine. Smith has been actively involved in advancing pharmacy practice throughout his career. He has given numerous professional presentations to a wide variety of health professionals and to the general public on a broad spectrum of topics. Dr. Smith has also co-authored several peer-reviewed research articles in immunology and pharmacology. In 2004 and 2005, Smith worked as a consultant pharmacist with the United States Public Health Service at Northern Navajo Medical Center in western New Mexico where he provided disease state management to patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. He has practiced in a variety of settings including retail pharmacy and long term care dispensing in West Virginia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Dr. Smith has been a clinical pharmacist at Tuba City Regional Healthcare Center in northern Arizona since 2006.

Bill Mader has over 20 years of pharmacy experience and possesses clinical pharmacy management experience in the managed care, hospital and retail environments. Bill is a lead consultant for all POS clinical projects. He is responsible for the development of pharmacy performance standards of the PBM industry, determination of the accuracy of the prescription dispensing process and the efficacy of the PBMs' clinical programs. He played a vital role in the team's ability to garner revenue and enhance the clinical professionalism of their work products. Prior to joining Pharmacy Outcomes Specialists, Bill was a pharmacy supervisor and manager for Forum Extended Care, specializing in managed care for the elderly and patients in long term care facilities and hospice environments. While in this position, Bill. was the pharmacist supervising other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians with the dispensing of oral, injectable and specialty drug pharmacy orders for home hospice and assisted living/senior housing patients. In this role, he often worked directly with physicians and patients to obtain consensus in changes with proposed drug therapies, formulary products and enhancements of overall patient care and health outcomes. Prior to Forum, Bill worked as the Pharmacy Manager for Winchester House, a 360-bed facility servicing Lake County, Illinois residents. At Winchester House, Bill was responsible for the pharmacy operations software and chaired the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Bill holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from University of Illinois, College of Pharmacy, and a B.S. in Occupational Education from Southern Illinois University. Bill maintains a pharmacy license in the state of Illinois. He is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP) and American Pharmaceutical Association (APhA).
