John Kosiba joined Hybricon in 2000 as Controller and in January 2005 he became the Vice President of Finance. He is responsible for directing the financial and accounting activities of the organization including budgeting, strategic planning, and all aspects of financial analysis. Mr. Kosiba's has more than 10 years of financial management experience. His previous experience includes Divisional Controller at Dynisco Instruments, Financial Consultant at Ross Systems and Financial Analyst for American Power Conversion. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, and an MBA in Business Administration from Boston University. He is a member of the American Accounting Association and Beta Gamma Sigma, National Honor Society in Business.

John Millar brings over 14 years of experience with technology companies to J.G. Millar & Associates both in business and engineering. As the Director of Business Development for Advanced Digital Information Corporation (NASDAQ:ADIC), he was instrumental in growing the company from net income of approximately $40,000 to a leading global provider of data management products. Mr. Millar's technical background includes Northrop Corporation, where he led software development efforts in the aerospace industry, and projects for both NASA and Case Western University. His background also includes Rexon Inc., American Power Conversion Corp., and Tecmar Inc.

Tom has over 20 years experience in sales and executive sales management for companies that include Compaq, Software AG and American Power Conversion. He has successfully led large sale teams with quotas exceeding $100 million and has received numerous club awards for sales excellence. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with both a BS and MBA in Business Management and Finance. In addition, he is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Worcester State College instructing in Business Information Systems, Business Management and International Business.

Mr. Gerson is a member of the Board of several public and private companies and civic organizations including Ciprico, Inc., I-Light Technologies, Zipcar, Inc. and VE Enterprises. He is also Chairman of the Board of Evercel, Inc. Prior to its 2007 merger with Schneider Electric, Mr. Gerson served as a Director of American Power Conversion Corp. Mr. Gerson was previously a Vice President of Fahnestock & Co., Inc. (now Oppenheimer & Co.) where he held a variety of positions in corporate finance, research and portfolio management.
