John Dodson, a farmer from Halls, Tenn., is a Vice President of the American Soybean Association (ASA). He is one of nine soybean growers who make up the ASA Executive Committee. Dodson is Chairman of ASA's Conservation Committee and a member of the Public Affairs Committee. He has served on the Public Affairs Committee for the last five years. During the 2003-2004 term he also served on the Investment Committee. As a member of the Tennessee Soybean Association for nearly 20 years, Dodson has served his state association in the positions of secretary, treasurer, vice president and president. For nine years, Dodson has also served as Chairman of Tennessee Soy Promotion. Dodson farms 600 acres of soybeans annually. In addition, he produces corn and cotton, and has a small cow/calf herd.

Richard Ostlie, a producer from Northwood, N.D., is President of the American Soybean Association (ASA), a position that puts him in line to become President in July 2006. He is one of nine soybean growers who make up the ASA Executive Committee. Ostlie currently serves as Chairman of the Public Affairs Committee. During the 2004-2005 term, he served on ASA's Trade Policy & International Affairs Committee. During the 2003-2004 term, Ostlie served as Treasurer of ASA and Chairman of the Finance Committee, and served on the Audit Committee and Investment Committee. Bob Rikli, a producer from Murdock, Neb., is Secretary of the American Soybean Association (ASA) and serves on the nine-member Executive Committee. Bob Metz, a soybean producer from West Browns Valley, South Dakota, is Chairman of the American Soybean Association (ASA). During the 2004-2005 term he served as First Vice President, when he served as Chairman of the Public Affairs Committee. Metz previously served two years as a Vice President of ASA. Gary, a farmer from Owatonna, Minn., is treasurer of the American Soybean Association. He farms 500 acres of soybeans annually, and also produces corn and hogs. Gary also sits on the board of the U.S. Soybean Export Council. As a member of the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association for more than 20 years, he has served his state association in the positions of secretary, vice president and president. Gary is a past board member of the Minnesota Agri-Growth Council. He was also on the board of the Steele County Farm Bureau from 1975 to 1999, and was president of that organization for two years. Mr. Jorgensen served as a director of NBP from 1990 until May 2006. Since 1974, Mr. Jorgensen has been a member of the American Soybean Association and served as its president in 1990. He is also a member of the Iowa Farm Bureau and Iowa Producers Cooperative, in each of which he has held numerous positions. Mr. Jorgensen has served as a director of our company since May 2006.
