Leonard R. Wizmur, a partner with the law firm of Wizmur, Gordon & Finberg LLP, with offices in Marlton, Trenton, Northfield and Vineland, has been re-appointed as a trustee of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting law-related education and giving all New Jersey residents a basic understanding of the legal system. A general practicing attorney since 1974, Wizmur handles diverse legal matters with an emphasis on consumer and business bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Wizmur is a past president of the Burlington County Bar Association and recently concluded six years of service as a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey State Bar Association. While on the Board, Wizmur served as Trustee Liaison to the Bankruptcy Section of the NJSBA. In addition, to his current State Bar activities, he is a member of the Camden, Burlington and Cumberland County Bar Associations, as well as the American Bar Association. In 1999, Wizmur received the Professional Lawyer of the Year Award from the New Jersey Commission on Professionalism. In addition to his professional activities, Wizmur has also been actively involved with a number of civic organizations, having previously served on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Relations Counsel, the US Selective Service Board, the Delaware Valley Chapter of the American Technion Society and as past president of the Mount Laurel Chapter of Rotary International. A graduate of the City College of New York, Wizmur received his juris doctor degree from Rutgers Law School Camden. He is a resident of Mount Laurel.

William L. Robbins, M.B.A. has more than 23 years of experience as a seed-stage venture investor, entrepreneur, start-up executive and manager in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology industries. Mr. Robbins is a founder and Managing Member of Convergent Investors, LLC, President of Convergent Management, Inc., and a founder and Managing Director of Calisra Ventures, LP. He serves as Chairman of the Board, President and CEO of Neurion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is also a co-founder and director of ORFID Corporation and Encode Bio, Inc. Mr. Robbins' international business experience includes Europe, Canada and Israel.
