Mr. Brown has been a director of the Company since May 2006. Mr. Brown serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and director of American Technology Corporation, a leading innovator of highly intelligible, clear directed acoustic solutions, a position he has held since September 2006. Previously, he served as President of Brown Thompson Executive Search, a financial executive search firm, since April 2005. From April 2001 to September 2004, Mr. Brown was Executive Vice President and Deputy President of the Information Technology division of Sony Electronics, where he was responsible for supply chain operations including Information Technology, Procurement, North American Manufacturing Operations and Finance. He continued to consult with Sony Electronics on its ERP implementation from September 2004 to January 2005. From April 2000 to September 2004, Mr. Brown was concurrently the Executive Vice President and President of Information Technology Division for Sony Electronics, where he was responsible for establishing the North American personal computer division. Mr. Brown is currently a director of American Technology Corporation. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Mr. Brown is also a certified public accountant.

Ms. McDermott is a financial executive with both Fortune 500 experience as well as supporting smaller, dynamic businesses through profitability improvement, public offerings, acquisitions, establishing international business operations and other strategic initiatives. She was the chief financial officer for National Pen from 2005 to 2006 and the vice president of finance for Lantronix, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. Ms. McDermott served in a variety of senior financial positions with Bausch & Lomb from 1988 to 1999 and began her career holding a series of increasingly responsible financial positions with a component division of General Motors from 1982 to 1988. Ms. McDermott holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the William E. Simon School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester.

Elwood G. Norris, a founder is also the founder, CEO and Chairman of NASDAQ traded American Technology Corporation which is engaged in pioneering new sound technologies. In 1988 he founded publicly traded e.Digital Corporation which is engaged in digital recording technology. Mr. Norris has developed more than 35 U.S. patents. His inventions include a transcutaneous Doppler, a concept that contributed to the evolution of today's Sonogram devices for imaging the human body. He invented HyperSonic sound, a method of producing sound in-the-air without a loudspeaker. He also invented breakthrough plasma antenna technology and jet engine noise reduction technology. Recently his innovative products have received awards including the 1997 Discover Magazine Award for technical innovation, twice earning a Product of the Year award from Popular Science Magazine, a Business Week Product of the Year award and an Eddy Award from MacUser magazine.

He obtained his accounting degree from the University of Utah in 1973. Mr. Hunter has operated his own law offices specializing in business and tax law for over 25 years. Admiral Smith is widely regarded as one of the Navy's most inspirational leaders. A Navy SEAL for 31 years, Admiral Smith achieved extraordinary success through focused, participatory leadership. During his four-year tenure as Commander of the 2300-men SEAL force, he raised personnel retention to a level three times the Navy average. As a Navy Captain, Admiral Smith led the Navy SEALs in Operation Desert Storm, conducting over 200 operations of strategic significance while incurring no casualties.
