Mr. Taiclet is American Tower’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Taiclet joined the Company in September 2001 as President and Chief Operating Officer and was named Chief Executive Officer in October 2003. Mr. Taiclet was elected to the Board of Directors in November 2003 and was named Chairman in February 2004. Prior to joining American Tower, Mr. Taiclet had been President of Honeywell Aerospace Services, a part of Honeywell International, since March 1999. From March 1996 until March 1999, Mr. Taiclet served as Vice President, Engine Services at Pratt & Whitney, a unit of United Technologies Corporation. Mr. Taiclet was also previously a consultant at McKinsey & Company, specializing in telecommunications and aerospace

Steven J. Moskowitz is American Tower's Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division. Moskowitz joined American Tower in January 1998, initially as a Vice President and General Manager of our Northeast Region, and was appointed Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast Region in March 1999. He was named Executive Vice President of the U.S. Tower & Services Division in January 2002 and named President in October 2003. Prior to joining American Tower, Moskowitz held a number of senior management positions in broadcast media and advertising, including Vice President, General Manager of Eastman Radio – a national leader in media sales. He was also a Vice President of Katz Radio, a division of Katz Media, the largest broadcast media representation firm in the United States, during his 13 years in the broadcasting and media industry. From 1983 to 1985, Moskowitz worked with MCI Communications while completing his undergraduate degree from Temple University.

Ed DiSanto was named Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel on March 13, 2007. DiSanto c ame to American Tower from Pratt & Whitney, a unit of United Technologies Corporation and a leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines, industrial gas turbines and space propulsion systems. DiSanto started with Pratt & Whitney in 1997 as Group Deputy Counsel and since then has held legal and business development roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Vice President, Global Service Partners Business Development. Prior to joining Pratt & Whitney, DiSanto served in a number of legal, business and operations roles at United Dominion Industries, Carrier Corporation and United Technologies Corporation. DiSanto earned his law degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University.

Jean A. Bua joined American Tower in August 2005 and was named Executive Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller in February 2007. Prior to joining the company, Bua was with Iron Mountain, Inc., a global records management and data protection services company, where she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Worldwide Controller. From 1993 to 1996, Bua was Corporate Controller for Duracraft Corporation, an international consumer products manufacturer. Prior to joining Duracraft, she was Assistant Controller for Keithley Instruments, a high-tech hardware and software company, from 1991 to 1993. Bua was previously a management consultant for Ernst & Young and an auditor for KPMG. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.

Tom Bartlett was named Chief Financial Officer on April 1, 2009. Prior to joining the company, Bartlett served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller with Verizon Communications. In this role, he was responsible for corporate-wide accounting, tax planning and compliance, SEC financial reporting, budget reporting and analysis, and capital expenditures planning functions. He also served as both Chief Compliance Officer and Principal Accounting Officer for Verizon. In his nearly 25 years with Verizon and its predecessor organizations, Bartlett held a number of leadership positions both in the U.S. and abroad. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Atlantic International Wireless, responsible for all wireless activities in Latin America, Europe and Asia, and was also an area President in Verizon’s U.S. wireless business responsible for all operational aspects in both the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Bartlett has also held roles as Senior Vice President and Treasurer as well as Senior Vice President in Investor Relations. He earned his MBA from Rutgers University and holds a degree in engineering from Lehigh University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Amit Sharma joined American Tower in September 2007 as the company’s Executive Vice President, Asia and President of its Asian subsidiary. Prior to joining American Tower, Sharma led country teams in India and Southeast Asia for Motorola, as Country President, India and as Head of Strategy, Asia-Pacific. He also served on Motorola’s Asia Pacific Board and was a member of its senior leadership team. Prior to joining Motorola, Sharma was with GE Capital, serving as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. Prior to that, he spent time with McKinsey, New York, serving as a core member of the firm's Electronics and Marketing Practices. He currently serves as a director of NIIT Technologies Limited and is on the India Advisory Board for NEA – a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm. Sharma earned his MBA in International Business from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MS in Computer Science from the Moore School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Steven Marshall was named Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division in March 2009. He initially joined American Tower as the Executive Vice President, International Business Development in November 2007. Prior to joining American Tower, Marshall was the CEO of National Grid Wireless, the market leading telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure provider in the United Kingdom. During this period, he also served on the boards of Digital UK, the government body responsible for analogue to digital switchover in the UK, and on the board of Freeview, the UK free-to-air digital broadcasting organization. Prior to this, Marshall was Executive Chairman of Intelig, the alternative national long distance telecommunications operator in Brasil; non-executive chairman of Silica Networks in Argentina and a non-executive Director of Manquéhue Net, Chile. Intelig was a joint venture between Sprint, France Telecom and National Grid Plc. Before these appointments, Marshall was responsible for National Grid Plc’s international business development. He has a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Building and Civil Engineering from Manchester University, England and an MBA from Manchester Business School, England.

Mr. Haag has 16 years experience in the architectural field. He comes from a strong CADD background. He started with Sigma Design testing Arris software in 1986. Steve is responsible for managing the CADD drafting pool and multiple projects. He is Project Manager for such clients as American Tower Corporation, San Isabel Telecom, and Verizon Wireless. Steve coordinates with the client and in-house production staff in the design and preparation of zoning drawings, construction documents and quality control. Steve has also conducted onsite construction observation consisting of evaluation and verification of work completed. Mr. Haag's experience also includes interior design, space planning, tenant finish and project scheduling. Steve was responsible for field verification, as-builts of all disciplines prior to any space planning. He was also responsible for the space planning and furniture systems design. Mr. Haag received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Housing and Interior Environment from Colorado State University and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Architectural Technology from Arapahoe Community College in Colorado.

Mr. Sharbutt has been a Director since July 2006 and was appointed to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee in May 2007. Mr. Sharbutt also served on the Audit Committee from May 2007 to November 2007. Mr. Sharbutt most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Alamosa Holdings, Inc., a provider of wireless personal communications services, which was acquired by Sprint Nextel Corporation in February 2006. Mr. Sharbutt had been Alamosa’s Chairman and a director since Alamosa was founded in July 1998 and was named Chief Executive Officer of Alamosa in October 1999. Mr. Sharbutt was formerly the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hicks & Ragland Engineering Co., an engineering consulting company, now known as CHR Solutions. While at CHR Solutions, Mr. Sharbutt worked with independent telephone companies in developing strategic, engineering and implementation plans for various types of telecommunications services.

Mr. Lara has been a Director since November 2004 and was appointed to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee in February 2005. Mr. Lara most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the Monsanto Company’s Latin America North division, a position he retired from in 2004. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Lara had worked for the Monsanto Company in various capacities for over 24 years.

JoAnn A. Reed, 53, has served as a Director of the Company since May 2006. She is an independent director and serves as an advisor to Medco Health Solutions, Inc. Most recently, from 2002 to March 2008, she was Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Medco Health Solutions, Inc. From 1988 to 2002, Ms. Reed served in several senior level roles at Medco Health Solutions, Inc. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s College of Notre Dame and a Director of American Tower Corporation.

Mr. Dolan has been a Director and member of the Compensation Committee since February 2003. In January 2004, Mr. Dolan was appointed to the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and in February 2005, he was appointed the Chairperson. Mr. Dolan most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of QUALCOMM Flarion Technologies and Senior Vice President at QUALCOMM until January 2008. Mr. Dolan had been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Flarion Technologies, Inc., a provider of mobile broadband communications systems, since May 2000, until its acquisition by QUALCOMM in January 2006. From 1996 until May 2000, Mr. Dolan was Chief Operating Officer of NextWave Telecom. Prior to joining NextWave, he was Executive Vice President of Marketing for Bell Atlantic/NYNEX Mobile. Mr. Dolan currently serves on the board of directors of NII Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Dykes has been a Director since March 2007 and was appointed to the Audit Committee in July 2007. Mr. Dykes most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of BellSouth Corporation, a position he retired from in 2005. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Dykes had worked for BellSouth Corporation and its predecessor entities in various capacities for over 34 years. Mr. Dykes currently serves on the board of directors of Burger King Holdings, Inc., and from October 2000 through December 31, 2005, also served as a director of Cingular Wireless, most recently as Chairman of the Board.

Jim joined Spectrum in 2002. He began his private equity career in 1997 at Citizens Capital where he supported equity and mezzanine debt investments. Jim is a member of the Investment Committee of Charles River School in Dover, Massachusetts.
