We are a leading wireless and broadcast communications infrastructure company with a portfolio of over 23,700 communications sites, including wireless communications towers, broadcast communications towers and distributed antenna system (DAS) networks. Our portfolio of wireless and broadcast tower sites consists of towers that we own and towers that we operate pursuant to long-term lease arrangements, including, as of December 31, 2008, approximately 19,600 sites in the United States and approximately 4,000 sites in Mexico, Brazil and India. Our portfolio also includes approximately 170 DAS networks that we operate in malls, casinos and other in-building applications in the United States and Mexico. In addition to the communications sites in our portfolio, we manage rooftop and tower sites for property owners in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. Our primary business is leasing antenna space on multi-tenant communications sites to wireless service providers and radio and television broadcast companies. This segment of our business, which we refer to as our rental and management segment, accounted for approximately 97%, 98% and 98% of our total revenues for the years ended December 31, 2008, 2007 and 2006, respectively. ...

Steven J. Moskowitz is American Tower's Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division. Moskowitz joined American Tower in January 1998, initially as a Vice President and General Manager of our Northeast Region, and was appointed Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast Region in March 1999. Ed DiSanto was named Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel on March 13, 2007. Tom Bartlett was named Chief Financial Officer on April 1, 2009. Prior to joining the company, Bartlett served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller with Verizon Communications. Steven Marshall was named Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division in March 2009. He initially joined American Tower as the Executive Vice President, International Business Development in November 2007. Prior to joining American Tower, Marshall was the CEO of National Grid Wireless, the market leading telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure provider in the United Kingdom. During this period, he also served on the boards of Digital UK, the government body responsible for analogue to digital switchover in the UK, and on the board of Freeview, the UK free-to-air digital broadcasting organization. Mr. Haag has 16 years experience in the architectural field. He comes from a strong CADD background. He started with Sigma Design testing Arris software in 1986. Steve is responsible for managing the CADD drafting pool and multiple projects. He is Project Manager for such clients as American Tower Corporation, San Isabel Telecom, and Verizon Wireless. Steve coordinates with the client and in-house production staff in the design and preparation of zoning drawings, construction documents and quality control. Steve has also conducted onsite construction observation consisting of evaluation and verification of work completed. Mr. Haag's experience also includes interior design, space planning, tenant finish and project scheduling. Steve was responsible for field verification, as-builts of all disciplines prior to any space planning. He was also responsible for the space planning and furniture systems design. Mr. Haag received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Housing and Interior Environment from Colorado State University and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Architectural Technology from Arapahoe Community College in Colorado.
