In addition to delivering pharmaceuticals on a just-in-time basis to tens of thousands of healthcare providers every day, we provide business support and consulting services to help our customers focus on their key strength?caring for patients. AmerisourceBergen is committed to the safety and security of the nation?s pharmaceutical supply chain. We purchase all branded and generic pharmaceuticals only directly from the product?s manufacturer, except in the rare instance that we are required to do otherwise either by the manufacturer or a government agency.

Dr. Henney serves on a number of Boards of Directors related to her work in Cincinnati, including UC Foundation, UC Physicians, University Hospital, Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, Hoxworth Blood Center, Medical Center Fund of Cincinnati, Bio/Start and OMERIS. She also serves on the boards of The Commonwealth Fund and the China Medical Board in New York City, AmerisourceBergen Corporation and CIGNA Corporation in Philadelphia and AstraZeneca PLC in London. Dr. Henney has received many honors and awards in her field, including election to the National Academy of Sciences Institute of Medicine, the Society of Medical Administrators and honorary membership in the American Colleges of Health Care Executives. She is the recipient of the Excellence in Women's Health Award from the Jacobs Institute, the Public Health Leadership Award from the National Organization of Rare Disorders, the DHHS Secretary's Recognition Award and, on two separate occasions, the PHS Commendation Medal. Dr. Henney has received honorary degrees from North Carolina State University, Manchester College and the University of Rochester. A native of Indiana, Dr. Henney received her undergraduate degree from Manchester College, her medical degree from Indiana University, and completed her subspecialty training in medical oncology at the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute and the National Cancer Institute.

R. David Yost President and Chief Executive Officer Dave Yost is President and Chief Executive Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation, one of the largest pharmaceutical services companies in the United States with fiscal year 2008 revenues over $70 billion. Mr. Yost was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriSource Health Corporation, which merged with Bergen Brunswig Corporation to form AmerisourceBergen in 2001. Mr. Yost joined an AmeriSource predecessor company in 1974, and he has served in a variety of operational, sales and executive capacities, including President; Executive Vice President, Operations; and Co-Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Yost serves on the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, the Board of Trustees of Penn Medicine, and is a founding director of the United States Air Force Academy Endowment Board. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned his MBA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Michael D. DiCandilo Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mike DiCandilo is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Thomas H. Murphy Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Mr. Murphy joined AmerisourceBergen in 2004 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Steve Collis is Executive Vice President of AmerisourceBergen and President of AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation.
