R. David Yost was elected to the Tyco Board of Directors in March 2009. He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AmerisourceBergen, a comprehensive pharmaceutical services provider and has held a variety of leadership roles with the company and its predecessors over the last 35 years. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and earned his MBA degree from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Yost also serves on the Board of Directors of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers and the Board of Trustees of Penn Medicine.

Michael D. DiCandilo Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mike DiCandilo is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. He had previously been Vice President and Corporate Controller until being appointed to his current position in 2002. Mr. DiCandilo joined the corporate office of the former AmeriSource in 1995 as Vice President, Controller after serving five years as Regional Vice President of Finance in the Company’s Thorofare, NJ facility. In addition to overseeing the corporation’s corporate finance functions, Mr. DiCandilo also has oversight of corporate information technology function, and two of the Company’s subsidiaries, AmerisourceBergen Packaging Group and PMSI. Prior to joining the former AmeriSource, Mr. DiCandilo served eight years with Ernst & Young. Mr. DiCandilo serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Mr. DiCandilo is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas H. Murphy Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Mr. Murphy joined AmerisourceBergen in 2004 as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. A graduate of the University of Richmond, he brings to AmerisourceBergen more than twenty years of knowledge and experience in information systems and telecommunications in a large corporate environment, most recently as Vice President and CIO of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. In that capacity, Tom created the vision and gained enterprise approval and funding for the retooling of mission-critical systems that enabled the company to function and compete effectively. He also upgraded the company's warehouse, logistics and contract management systems and created a high-performance, customer-service focused team capable of rapid change to meet dynamic, shifting business priorities. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean in 1999, Tom spent fifteen years in the hospitality industry in IT positions of increasing responsibility. In 2002, he was named to ComputerWorld's Premier 100 list, which honors IT professionals who are considered to be exceptional leaders.

David W. Neu Senior Vice President, Retail Sales and Marketing Dave Neu is Senior Vice President, Retail Sales and Marketing for AmerisourceBergen Corporation. In this capacity, he oversees the strategic planning and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives in the retail chain and independent community pharmacy markets. Prior to the merger of AmeriSource Health Corporation and Bergen Brunswig in 2001, Mr. Neu was President, Retail Sales and Marketing for Bergen Brunswig.

Jeanne Fisher Senior Vice President, Human Resources Jeanne Fisher joined AmerisourceBergen in October, 2002 and was named Senior Vice President, Human Resources in January, 2003. Prior to coming to the Company, she was the founder and President of JFA, a human resources executive services business. Jeanne has over 25 years of experience as a human resources management professional, and prior to founding JFA held senior management positions at Jefferson Health System, Main Line Health System, and Rhone-Polenc. Jeanne holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University.

John Palumbo Senior Vice President, Health Systems Solutions John Palumbo is Senior Vice President, Health Systems Solutions for AmerisourceBergen, one of the largest pharmaceutical services companies in the United States. Mr. Palumbo leads the Company’s health systems sales and service initiatives and is charged with building and enhancing customer relationships. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen in October 2004, Mr. Palumbo was President and Vice Chairman of I-Trax. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at Siemens Medical Solutions, Allscripts, Inc., and Xerox Corporation. In 1986 Mr. Palumbo founded Healthworks Alliance, Inc., a technology company that pioneered health information networks to facilitate movement of patients through the healthcare delivery system. Mr. Palumbo is a graduate of Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Steven H. Collis Executive Vice President and President, AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group Steve Collis is Executive Vice President of AmerisourceBergen Corporation and President of AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group, a subsidiary based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Collis held the same position when the group was part of Bergen Brunswig Corporation. Bergen Brunswig merged with AmeriSource Health Corporation in 2001. Mr. Collis joined Bergen Brunswig in 1994 as a General Manager in ASD Specialty Healthcare, and was named President of the Specialty Group in 1999. Prior to joining ASD, he was a principal and General Manager of Sterling Medical in Irvine, California. Born and educated in South Africa, Mr. Collis earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He completed his articles of clerkship with Price Waterhouse and received his Charter Accountancy license, the South African equivalent of a Certified Public Accountant license. Prior to emigrating to the United States, Mr. Collis was a member of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He is an avid supporter of the American Cancer Society and other health-related charities.

David M. Senior Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development David Senior is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development for AmerisourceBergen Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Senior leads all corporate development and strategic planning initiatives. Prior to the merger of AmeriSource Health Corporation and Bergen Brunswig in 2001, Mr. Senior was Vice President, Business Development for AmeriSource Health Corporation. Mr. Senior has a wide range of experience across the healthcare marketplace. Prior to joining AmeriSource in 2000, Mr. Senior served as a manager at The Wilkerson Group, a health care management consulting firm acquired by IBM. Previously he held positions within Ernst & Young's National Health Care Strategy Consulting Practice and in hospital management. Mr. Senior received his bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University and his master's degree in public health from Yale University.

J.F. Quinn Vice President and Corporate Treasurer J.F. “Jack” Quinn is Vice President and Corporate Treasurer, AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Mr. Quinn joined the company in 2002, and was previously Treasurer of IKON Office Solutions. Prior to joining IKON in 1994, he served in several treasury management positions at both ARCO Chemical Company and Columbia Gas System Service Corporation. Mr. Quinn also spent four years with the accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Company. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Cash Manager, Mr. Quinn graduated from Villanova University and earned his Master of Science degree in Finance from Drexel University. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Finance in Drexel’s MBA program.

John G. Chou Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary John G. Chou is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Prior to being named to his current position in January 2007, he was Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary of the Company. Mr. Chou joined AmerisourceBergen in July 2002. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, he was a partner with the law firm of Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott. Mr. Chou has been practicing law for over 20 years and previously held senior legal positions with CIGNA Corporation and ARCO Chemical Company, where he was Chief Corporate Counsel and then Chief European Counsel. He started practicing law with a large New York law firm. Mr. Chou is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Tim G. Guttman Vice President and Corporate Controller Tim G. Guttman is Vice President and Corporate Controller of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Mr. Guttman joined the Company in 2002, and was previously Corporate Controller of Syncor International. He also held financial planning and financial services managerial positions at Disney Consumer Products, Pizza Hut, Inc. and PepsiCo, Inc. He also spent seven years with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Guttman graduated from The Ohio State University and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas.

Denise Shane is Senior Vice President, Drug Operations for AmerisourceBergen. She has been with the Company for over 20 years in various positions, including seven years as a Regional Vice President, three years as a Distribution Center General Manager, and ten years as a Regional and Divisional Controller. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, Denise held various senior financial positions at other firms. Denise holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton.

Richard C. Gozon Chairman of the Board * Age 70. * Chairman of the Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen since February 2006. * Director of AmerisourceBergen since August 2001. * Director of AmeriSource Health Corporation from 1994 to August 2001. * Executive Vice President of Weyerhaeuser Company (international forest products company) and Chairman of North Pacific Paper Company (a joint venture between Weyerhauser Company and Nippon Paper Industries) from June 1994 until his retirement in 2002. * Also a director of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., Triumph Group, Inc. and UGI Corporation and a member of the Board of Trustees of Thomas Jefferson University.

Mr. Hagenlocker joined Ford Motor Company as a research scientist in 1964. He was elected Vice President and named General Manager of Truck Operations in 1986, appointed Vice President of General Operations for Ford North American Automotive Operations in 1992, and appointed Executive Vice President in 1993. He was elected President of Ford Automotive Operations in 1994 and Chairman, Ford of Europe in 1996. He served as Vice Chairman of Ford Motor Company in 1996 and Chairman of Visteon Automotive Systems from 1997 until his retirement in 1999. Mr. Hagenlocker is also a director of AmeriSource Bergen Corporation and Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited.

Henry W. McGee President, HBO Video * Age 55. * Director of AmerisourceBergen since November 2004. * President of HBO Home Entertainment (distributor of videos and DVDs), a unit of Home Box Office, Inc., since 1995. * Held variety of other positions with Home Box Office, Inc., Time Warner, Inc. (the parent of Home Box Office, Inc.) and their predecessors since 1979. * President of the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation, Inc.

Dr. Henney serves on a number of Boards of Directors related to her work in Cincinnati, including UC Foundation, UC Physicians, University Hospital, Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, Hoxworth Blood Center, Medical Center Fund of Cincinnati, Bio/Start and OMERIS. She also serves on the boards of The Commonwealth Fund and the China Medical Board in New York City, AmerisourceBergen Corporation and CIGNA Corporation in Philadelphia and AstraZeneca PLC in London. Dr. Henney has received many honors and awards in her field, including election to the National Academy of Sciences Institute of Medicine, the Society of Medical Administrators and honorary membership in the American Colleges of Health Care Executives. She is the recipient of the Excellence in Women's Health Award from the Jacobs Institute, the Public Health Leadership Award from the National Organization of Rare Disorders, the DHHS Secretary's Recognition Award and, on two separate occasions, the PHS Commendation Medal. Dr. Henney has received honorary degrees from North Carolina State University, Manchester College and the University of Rochester. A native of Indiana, Dr. Henney received her undergraduate degree from Manchester College, her medical degree from Indiana University, and completed her subspecialty training in medical oncology at the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute and the National Cancer Institute.
