Dr. Bruce S. Morra has been the President and CEO of SCOLR Pharma, Inc. since January 2009. He has been an independent consultant since February 2000. He was the President of West Drug Delivery Systems, a division of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., from April 2003 through December 2004. He served as the President, COO, CFO and board member of Biopore Corporation and Polygenetics, Inc., two related companies developing technology for drug delivery and medical devices for biomedical and industrial applications from 1998 through 2002, then served as Executive Vice President, Chief Business Officer and board member from 2002 to 2004. From 1993 through 2000, he served as President and COO of Flamel Technologies, Inc., a company developing, manufacturing and licensing drug and agrochemical delivery technologies and products. Dr. Morra previously served as director of Unigene from 2001 to 2003. He currently serves as a director for SCOLR Pharma, Inc. and InforMedix Holdings, Inc. Dr. Morra holds a Ph.D. in polymer science and engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a B.S.E. in chemical engineering from Princeton University.

Daniel O. Wilds , is our president and chief executive officer. From 1998 to July 2003, Mr. Wilds served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing immunotherapy products that safely generate and enhance immune system responses to effectively treat cancer. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Wilds served as president and chief executive officer of Shiloov Biotechnologies (USA), Inc. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Wilds served as president and chief executive officer of Adeza Biomedical Corporation, prior to which he served as president and chief executive officer of Medisense, Inc. and president of Baxter's Chemotherapy Service. Mr. Wilds has also served as president and chief operating officer of Travenol-Genentech, Inc., a joint venture between Baxter International and Genentech, Inc., and has held other domestic and international senior management positions in the biomedical and biopharmaceutical fields. Mr. Wilds currently serves on the board of directors of Helix BioMedix, Inc. Mr. Wilds holds a B.A. from California State University, Los Angeles and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.

Michael joined SCOLR Pharma in 2000 as a formulator and is one of the founding members of the Company's product development group. He is a graduate of Amherst College and is a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), the Controlled Release Society (CRS), and the American Chemical Society (ACS). Michael has published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals, presented numerous poster presentations at the AAPS and CRS national conferences, and is a frequent editorial contributor to numerous pharmaceutical industry publications.

Michael N. Taglich is a co-founder and has been President of Taglich Brothers, Inc. since its founding in 1992.
