Mr. Meyer, age 40, has served as Chairman of the Board since April 2004. From October 2004 until August 2005, he served in the Company’s interim Office of the Chief Executive. Since 2003, Mr. Meyer has served as a Managing Member of Knightspoint Partners LLC, a firm which he co-founded, that is engaged in the business of acquiring, holding or disposing of investments in various companies. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Meyer served in various capacities in the investment banking department of Credit Suisse First Boston, including as a director in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Industrial and Services Groups in the firm’s London office. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Meyer served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ashworth, Inc, a golf apparel company formerly listed on Nasdaq. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Meyer served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Sharper Image Corporation, a multi-channel specialty retailer formerly listed on Nasdaq. Mr. Meyer received a B.S.E. from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford University.

John works closely with prospective clients as they consider the service offerings of Haggin Marketing. He provides a unique bridge between business development and sound direct marketing concepts and strategies. Having spent over 10 years on the client side with such preeminent retailers as The Sharper Image, Hammacher Schlemmer and the Herrington Catalog, John brings a fresh perspective to the challenges clients face. Most recently, John served as the principal director for the San Francisco office of Publicis Groupe, a global advertising and media conglomerate. This experience has given John the innate ability to create media-neutral approaches that effectively reach consumers.

Morton David joined our board of directors in August 2001. Mr. David served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Computer Corporation (later Franklin Electronic Publishers, Inc.) from 1983 to 1998. Mr. David currently serves on the board of directors of Sharper Image Corporation and previously served on the board of directors of Datek Online Holdings Corp. from 1998 until its acquisition by Ameritrade Holdings in 2002.

Richard Thalheimer is a member of the Board of Directors of the Sharper Image. Mr. Thalheimer established The Sharper Image in 1977, inspired by a $29 jogging stopwatch that he owned and other runners admired. After Mr. Thalheimer received the manufacturer's permission to sell the watch by mail order, he purchased a $200 advertisement in Runner's World. The advertisement's success made him realize the unlimited potential of a well-organized mail-order business and led to the inaugural distribution of The Sharper Image catalog in 1979. The first Sharper Image retail store opened during the Christmas season in San Francisco in 1981. The company became a public corporation in 1987 when its stock was offered on NASDAQ under the symbol SHRP. Continuing to identify emerging trends within the industry, Mr. Thalheimer launched the company's online Internet business, sharperimage.com, in June 1995, and in March 1999, The Sharper Image's auction site opened for business. Mr. Thalheimer served as the company's chairman and CEO until September, 2006. Mr. Thalheimer also serves on the Board of Trustees for the San Francisco Ballet.
