Bob Klosterboer, Senior Vice President at ON Semiconductor has more than two decades of experience in the electronics industry. During his career, Mr. Klosterboer has held various engineering, marketing and product line management positions and responsibilities. Prior to joining ON Semiconductor in 2008, Mr. Klosterboer was Senior Vice President, Automotive & Industrial Group for AMI Semiconductor. Klosterboer joined AMIS in 1982 as a test engineer and during his tenure there he also was a design engineer, a field applications engineer, a design section manager, a program development manager, and product marketing manager.
Mr. Klosterboer holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Montana State University .
Charlie Lesko, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Mr. Lesko joined us in 2003 from
Broadcom Corporation where he was Vice President of North American Sales from July 2002 to May 2003.
Mr. Lesko has an extensive sales and marketing background in the semiconductor industry. Prior to workingwith Broadcom Corporation, Mr. Lesko was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Axcelis Technologies from
July 2000 to July 2002. Prior to joining Axcelis, Mr. Lesko held various management positions at
Teradyne, Inc. from July 1990 to July 2000. Mr. Lesko holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of
Dallas. He earned a B.E. degree in Engineering at State University of New York-Stony Brook.

Ken Dyck is a computer programmer who lives and works in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. He lives in the Beechwood neighbourhood of Waterloo with his wife, Mandy, and two cats. He works for AMI Semiconductor, developing Eclipse-based software development tools for a line of low-power digital signal processors. William N. Starling is Chairman of BaroSense, Inc.. Mr. Starling is also Chief Executive Officer of SyneCor, LLC (www.synecor.com), the business generator of new Life Science companies that incubated BaroSense, Inc. Mr. Starling began his 26-year career in the medical technology device industry in 1977 at American Edwards Laboratories (Edwards LifeSciences). He was subsequently part of the founding management team and Director of Marketing for Advanced Cardiovascular Systems (Guidant), and was a cofounder, Vice President and Director of Ventritex, Inc (St. Jude Medical). In 1992, Mr. Starling was a cofounder and Chairman of the Board of Directors and President/CEO of Cardiac Pathways Corporation (Boston Scientific Corporation), and was responsible for raising significant capital from the early venture capital period through an initial public offering. Mr. Starling has been primarily responsible for raising over $200 million in private and public capital for the companies that he has co-founded and the combined revenues of these companies exceeds $1 billion annually. In addition to the companies that he has co-founded, Mr. Starling has made private investments in the initial equity financings of over 40 startup companies and has served/is a Board member in over 15 early stage life science companies. Mr. Starling serves on the Kenan-Flagler Business School's Board of Visitors at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Kenan-Flagler Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Venturing's external advisory committee. William N. Starling received his BS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1975 and his MBA degree from The University of Southern California in 1977.
