AMN Healthcare Services Inc.

Susan R. Nowakowski joined the Company in 1990 and has been a director since September 2003. She serves as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee and has been the Company’s President since May 2003 and the Chief Executive Officer since May 2005. Ms. Nowakowski has been employed at AMN in a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, since 1990. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Nowakowski worked at BioVest Partners, a venture capital firm, and at Hybritech, a subsidiary of Eli Lilly & Co. which was later acquired by Beckman Coulter. Ms. Nowakowski is a highly respected business leader with experience in healthcare services, life sciences and venture capital, and serves on the board of directors of Beckman Coulter (NYSE: BEC), the University of California San Diego Sulpizio Family Cardiovascular Center, Biocom and San Diego State University College of Business Administration. She served on the board of Playtex Products, Inc. (NYSE:PYX) from 2001 until they were sold to Energizer Holdings (NYSE: ENR) in October 2007 and was chair of the audit committee.

Bruce Carothers joined the Company as Chief Technology Officer in November 2001, with responsibility for all information technology functions. Bruce previously worked for San Diego-based technology firms Alitum (CTO, 2000-2001), Motiva Software (CEO, 1995-1999) and 4GT (CTO and COO, 1989-1994). At these firms, he launched new products in use by thousands of customers today, negotiated strategic partnerships with firms such as Autodesk and Microsoft Great Plains, and led successful merger and acquisition efforts. Bruce currently serves on the board of technology firms based in San Diego. He studied computer science at Coleman College, University of California, Berkeley and University of California, San Diego.

Marcia Faller, RN, MSN, joined AMN Healthcare in 1989. Currently Marcia serves as Executive Vice President, Operations, and the Company's Chief Clinical Officer. In this role in which she has served since 2004, she is responsible for the clinical quality, competency and continuing education of all healthcare providers represented by the company. Between 1989 and 2004, as Sr. Vice President and Vice President, Ms. Faller has been responsible for human resources and information technology, as well as sales and service divisions. Prior to joining AMN, Ms. Faller was in management and staff positions in nurse recruitment operations for Sharp Memorial Hospital. Her clinical background is in critical care nursing both at Sharp Memorial in San Diego and University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Arizona, a master of science in nursing from the University of San Diego and is presently pursuing a doctoral degree in nursing from the University of San Diego.

Beth Machado has been with the Company since 1988 and became Senior Vice President of Recruitment in May 1999, with responsibility for traveler recruitment, placement and retention, as well as order growth and management with hospital and healthcare facility clients. She served as the Company’s Vice President of Recruitment from March 1996 until May 1999. Previously, Beth was a national commodities broker at Multivest, Inc. She earned a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.

Denise Jackson joined the company as General Counsel and Vice President of Administration in October 2000. Ms. Jackson is responsible for the legal, corporate governance, executive compensation, government affairs and risk management functions of the Company. She was appointed the company's Secretary in May 2003 and Senior Vice President in November 2004. From 1995 to September 2000, Denise worked for The Mills Corporation serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel from 1998 to 2000. She holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arizona, a Masters of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelors of Science in Liberal Studies from the University of Arizona. Ms. Jackson is licensed as an attorney in California, the District of Columbia, Arizona and New York.

Stephen Wehn joined the Company in 1993 and has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Development since December 2004. His responsibilities include new business development and community and corporate relations. He served as Senior Vice President of Client Services from December 2000 until December 2004, Vice President of Client Service December from July 1997 until December 2000, and as National Director of Client Services from February 1993 until July 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Steve worked for Manpower, Inc., serving first as a manager for a healthcare staffing division and then as a district manager for two of Manpower's largest multi-office franchises. He earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Douglas D. Wheat, age 58, has served as a director of the Company almost continuously since November 1999. Mr. Wheat is the Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and also serves as a member of the Company’s Corporate Governance Committee and Executive Committee. Mr. Wheat is Partner of Southlake Equity Group, serves as director of Challenger Capital Group, Ltd., and previously served as Chairman of Foxbridge Partners, LLC and President of Haas Wheat & Partners, L.P.

Hala G. Moddelmog, age 53, has served as a director of the Company since February 7, 2008. Ms. Moddelmog also serves as a member of the Compensation and Stock Plan and Corporate Governance Committees. Ms. Moddelmog has been president and chief executive officer of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure since September 2006. Prior to joining the Komen Foundation, she served as CEO of Catalytic Ventures, a company she founded to consult and invest in the food service industry. From 1995 to 2004, she was the President of Church’s Chicken, a division of AFC Enterprises. She also held executive management and marketing positions at Church’s Chicken, Arby’s Franchise Association and BellSouth. From 2006 until January 2008, Ms. Moddelmog served on the Board of Directors of Fiesta Brands, Inc., and from 2006 to 2007 on the board of HyperActive Technologies. She served on the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Southern University Foundation from 2005 to 2008, and for Clark Atlanta University from 2004 to 2006.

R. Jeffrey Harris, age 54, has served as a director of the Company since September 2005. Mr. Harris also serves as Chairman of the Compensation and Stock Plan Committee. Mr. Harris served as Of Counsel to Apogent Technologies Inc. from December 2000 through 2003, and served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Apogent Technologies Inc. from 1988 to 2000. He served as a director of Apogent Technologies from 2000 until 2004, when Apogent Technologies was acquired by Fisher Scientific International, Inc. Mr. Harris served on the Board of Sybron Dental Specialties in 2005 and 2006, until it was sold to Danaher Corp. Mr. Harris served on the board of Playtex Products, Inc. from 2001 until it was sold to Energizer Holdings in October 2007. Since 2002 and 2004, Mr. Harris has been an investor in and Board member of Prodesse, Inc. and PhysioGenix, Inc., respectively, both of which are early stage biotechnology companies.
