Peter Bowler was named President of American Eagle Airlines in September 1998. He was named Chief Executive Officer in 2006.
Bowler joined American in 1984 and has held a variety of staff and line positions in sales, marketing, human resources, and information technology.
At Eagle, Bowler has overseen the integration of three stand-alone airlines to form one of the worldās largest regional airlines, operating more than 300 regional aircraft on a network covering the United States, the Caribbean, Canada and Mexico with more than 1,800 daily departures. American Eagle carries in excess of 20 million customers annually and generates approximately $2.4 billion in āonboardā customer revenue in addition to connecting 10 million customers and associated revenue to American Airlinesā flights. Eagleās 12,000 employees perform every major airline operations, planning, administrative and sales function, while relying on American Airlines to perform most marketing, pricing and treasury functions.
During his tenure Bowler has led the acquisition and integration of Business Express Airlines, the purchase and integration of more than 230 regional jets, the negotiation of labor agreements with each of Eagleās three unions and the improvement of every major performance metric. Bowler also sits on the American Airlines Executive Committee, which meets weekly to set policy and direction for American Airlines. Bowler reports to AMR CEO and Chairman, Gerard Arpey.
Bowler holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees from St. Francis Xavier University and Queens University in Canada, and an MBA Degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business in the United States. Bowler is a member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Metropolitan YMCA, The Regional Airline Association (former Chairman), and The Montserrat Foundation. Bowler is a member of the Board of Governors of St. Francis Xavier University, where he chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.
He resides in Dallas, Texas, and has three children, Sarah, Anne and Sam.

Robert W. āBobā Reding was appointed Executive Vice President - Operations, reporting to AMR CEO and Chairman Gerard Arpey in September 2007. In addition to his previous duties, Reding is now also responsible for Airport Services.
Previously, Reding was Senior Vice President-Technical Operations for American Airlines since May 2003. His responsibilities include oversight of the carrierās Maintenance and Engineering, Flight Operations, Operations Planning and Performance and the Safety, Security and Environmental departments.
Reding, who has 30 years of experience as a pilot, previously served as Chief Operations Officer for American Eagle Airlines and as the Chief Executive of two airlines. He was responsible for all aspects of flight operations, operational planning and performance, and maintenance and engineering for American Eagle.
Prior to joining AMR Corporation, Reding was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Regional Airlines, the largest regional air carrier in Canada, as well as being responsible for Canadian Airlines Cargo and all ancillary business relationships. Before joining Canadian Airlines, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Reno Air and was a founding member of the management team that established and certified the company in 1992.
Prior to Reno Air, Reding served as Vice President of Flight Operations at Midway Airlines in Chicago and held various senior management positions at Air Florida, including Vice President of Flight Operations.
Reding is a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force pilot training program and served as an officer and pilot flight examiner with the United States Air Force from 1972 to 1979. He has an FAA Air Transport Pilot Rating for Douglas DC-9/MD-80 and Boeing 737 series aircraft and has accumulated over 10,000 hours as a commercial pilot.
Reding is an honors graduate from the California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering and received his master's degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. He is a member of the President's Council of the California State Polytechnic University and has served as a board member on numerous aviation, civic and charitable organizations.

Carmine J. Romano was appointed Senior Vice President ā Maintenance & Engineering in September 2007. Romano oversees all of American Airlines maintenance operations worldwide, including its major repair, overhaul and modification bases in Fort Worth, Texas; Kansas City, Mo.; and Tulsa, Okla.
Previously, Romano was Vice President ā Base Maintenance for American Airlines. He was responsible for all three of Americanās maintenance bases.
Romano was named Vice President ā Tulsa Base in June 2000. He directed activities at American's huge aircraft and engine overhaul base in Tulsa, Okla. Previously, Romano served as Managing Director - M&E Tulsa Business Unit 5/6, overseeing heavy maintenance for American Airlines' MD11, DC10, A300 and 757 fleets, and contract maintenance for other airlines.
Romano started his aviation career with American as a Line Mechanic at both JFK and LGA from 1968 to 1977. He then transferred to the Tulsa M&E Base in November 1977 as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician. He was then promoted to a Production Supervisor in 1981 on the wide body products. In 1986, Romano was promoted to Production Manager on the Wide Body Boeing 747 and DC10 fleets. In 1993, he served as the MD80 Product Manager and led the startup of the heavy and light maintenance programs for the MD80 fleet of 260 aircraft. He then went to the Managing Director position over Business Unit 3/4 to establish the Fokker 100 Maintenance program. In 1998, he assumed the responsibilities in Business Unit 5/6 which includes: six aircraft types, contract maintenance, modification, and interior shop support.
Romano served in the US Army from 1968 to 1971 and holds an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Army, majoring in accounting, clerical and business training at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Romano holds an A&P license and an Associate Degree from Monmouth College in New Jersey and a B.S. Degree from Oklahoma City University.

David L. Campbell joined American Eagle Airlines as Senior Vice President ā Technical Operations in June of 2007. Campbell is responsible for overseeing the Flight Department, the Systems Operations Control Center and all maintenance functions.
Before joining American Eagle, Campbell was Vice President of Base Maintenance for Alliance (AFW) and Kansas City (MCI). He was responsible for all operations at the Alliance Fort Worth Maintenance Base and the Kansas City Maintenance Base.
The Alliance Maintenance base performs major maintenance on American's fleet of Boeing 777 and Boeing 767-300 aircraft as well as contract maintenance on engines of several airlines through Texas Aero Engine Services Limited (TAESL), a joint venture between American Airlines and Rolls-Royce. The Kansas City Maintenance Base performs major maintenance on American's fleet of Boeingās 757-200, 767-200 aircraft and is also responsible for the Pratt 2037 engine.
Prior to his appointment at AFW and KCI, Campbell served as the Managing Director of Quality Assurance at American's maintenance base in Tulsa, Okla.
Campbell joined American in 1988 as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Tulsa. After promotion to Supervisor in 1989, he worked in production at both the Tulsa and Alliance bases before shifting to Inspection Supervisory work at Alliance. In 1992, he was named Manager-Quality Assurance at Alliance and later performed that function in Tulsa until being named the Director of Quality Assurance in 1996.
Campbell is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he served as an Aircraft Mechanic for four years. Currently, Campbell serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Make-A-Wish Foundation and the American Airlines Federal Credit Union.
A native of Sardis, Mississippi, Campbell is a 1988 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Jonathan D. Snook was appointed Senior Vice President-Customer Service for American Eagle in January 2004. In his role, Snook has responsibility for all of Eagleās airport operations, 4,000 customer service, field service, ground support and ramp employees as well as the carrierās 1,300 flight attendants.
He comes to Eagle with 18 years of experience in the airline industry, most recently as Regional Managing Director ā Central Division, leading a significant component of Americanās Customer Service team.
Snook started his career in the aviation business with Plane Cargo Ltd., joining American as an airport agent in 1986. Armando Codina, an active leader in civic and community activities, is currently the Chairman of Flagler Development Group. Mr. Codina was Chairman/CEO and founder of Codina Group, which in April 2006 merged with Florida East Coast Industries. Flagler Development Group owns, leases and manages approximately 12 million square feet of Class-A office and industrial space, has an additional one million square feet under construction and is a major landowner in the state.
Established in 1979, Codina Group, Inc. a Coral Gables, Florida based real estate investment, development, construction, brokerage and property management firm evolved into the finest full-service commercial real estate development corporation in South Florida and was recognized as the largest commercial developer in the State of Florida by Florida Trend Magazine.
Prior to establishing Codina Group, Mr. Codina was president of Professional Automated Services, Inc. (P.A.S.), a firm created in 1970 to provide data processing services to physicians. As a result of the firm's success, Mr. Codina is recognized as a pioneer in the development of comprehensive medical management systems including processing, accounts receivable, management reporting and multiple financial services. P.A.S. was sold in 1978.
Mr. Codina's commitment to the community and civic affairs is strong. In February 2003, he was appointed President of the VIII FTAA Ministerial and Americas Business Forum. He is āChairman Emeritusā of the Board of Trustees of Florida International University. He recently was Co-Chair of Community Partnership For the Homeless, a member of Florida Council of 100, the Councilās Partnership to Advance School Success (PASS program) and also served on the Advisory Board for the Panama Canal. Codina currently serves on the Board of Directors of AMR (appointed Lead Director on April 1, 2007), General Motors, The Home Depot and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Codina served on the Board of Directors of BellSouth for 18 years (1989 to 2006) until AT&T acquired BellSouth. At the time of the acquisition, Mr. Codina was the Lead Director of BellSouth. Also, Mr. Codina previously served on the Board of Directors of Burger King Corporation until April 1, 2007.
Over the past 15 years he has been honored by the Florida Council on Economic Educationās āFree Enterpriser of the Yearā Award, the Merchant Association Enterprise Medalist; Developer of the Year the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties; Entrepreneur of the Year by Florida International University; Office Developer of the Year, Shopping Center Developer of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year by Wharton School. He was inducted into the Building Association of South Floridaās Hall of Fame. He also received the Charles Whited Spirit of Excellence Award from Knight Ridder Newspapers, the Hispanic Entrepreneur Award from NCNB National Bank and the Silver Medallion Award from the National Conference of Christians and Jews, American Red Cross as its āHumanitarian of the Yearā Award and Honorary Doctor of Law Degree from Florida International University. In 2002, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce recognized Codina Group as the #1 Private Hispanic Company in Florida as well as in 2003, the Chamber honored Mr. Codina with the Lifetime Achievement Award āSand In My Shoesā. South Florida CEO magazine honored Mr. Codina with 2003 Business Leader of the Year and in early 2004, the Beacon Council honored him with the Jay Malina Award. In June 2005, Mr. Codina was awarded the Merage Foundationās National Leadership Award for Leadership in the Business Community.

Rajat Kumar Gupta is the Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company. He joined the Firm's New York Office in 1973, assumed leadership of its Scandinavian Offices in 1981, and Chicago Office in 1989. Mr. Gupta served as the Managing Director Worldwide of McKinsey from 1994 to 2003.
