In addition, AMR Eagle Holding Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Co., owns two regional airlines which do business as American Eagle Airlines, Inc. and Executive Airlines, Inc. As of Dec 31 2007, Co.'s owned and leased aircraft in operation included 294 AMR Eagle Aircrafts.
