W. Randall Pittman has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2002. From 2000 to 2002, he was Chief Financial Officer of BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biotechnology company. From 1998 to 1999 he was Chief Financial Officer of ScandiPharm, Inc., a pharmaceutical company. He previously served as Sr. Vice President of MedPartners, Inc., (now Caremark Rx, Inc.), a pharmacy benefit management company, and Executive Vice President and Controller of AmSouth Bancorporation. Mr. Pittman earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1978. Mr. Pittman is a director of the Regions Morgan Keegan Select funds, the RMK High Income Fund, Inc., the RMK Advantage Income Fund, Inc., the RMK Strategic Income Fund, Inc., and the RMK Multi-Sector High Income Fund, Inc.

KeyCorp Vice Chair Beth Mooney leads the company's Community Bank, which includes retail, small business and commercial banking and the McDonald Financial Group (MFG) businesses. The Community Bank operates 950 KeyCenters, more than 2,100 ATMs and 55 MFG offices across Key's 13-state footprint. Mooney, who joined Key in April 2006, has 30 years of experience in retail banking, commercial lending and real estate financing. Prior to her most recent position as senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for Alabama-based AmSouth Bancorporation, Mooney ran its banking operations in Tennessee and northern Louisiana. Mooney also completed other line assignments of increasing responsibility at Bank One Corporation, Citicorp Real Estate, Inc., Hall Financial Group and Republic Bank of Texas/First Republic. At Bank One, she served as regional president in Akron and Dayton, and then as president of Bank One Ohio, managing major markets throughout the state. In 2006, USBanker magazine listed Mooney as fifth among the nation's top ten banking CFOs. The prior year, it rated her one of the "25 most powerful women in banking." Mooney graduated from the University of Texas in 1977, and received her master's in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1983. She is a trustee on the board of the Musical Arts Association and a member of The Financial Services Roundtable. When in Ohio previously, Mooney served on the boards of numerous civic and community organizations, including the Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges, Ballet Met and the Miami Valley Economic Development Coalition. She also held leadership roles in various civic and community groups in Birmingham and Nashville.

McCrary joined the company as an assistant project planning engineer with Alabama Power in 1973. He began his current position in 2001. Previously, McCrary was chief production officer for Southern Company and president and CEO of Southern Power. He has held executive positions at Alabama Power and Southern Nuclear as well as various jobs in engineering, system planning, fuels, and environmental affairs. Born 1951.
