David D. Ussery serves as vice president and managing director of Amway markets in Japan and Korea. When he was named to lead both markets in April 2005, Ussery was more than prepared: he ran Amway Japan Limited (AJL) from 2002 until 2005, and Amway Korea Limited (AKL) from 1992-95 and 2000-02. Together, AJL and AKL recorded sales of more than $1.7 billion in fiscal 2004. He was also the president and general manager of Amway Philippines from 1995 to 2000, successfully establishing Amway in the Philippines and adapting the Amway business to the Filipino culture. Prior to joining Amway in 1992, Ussery was a 30-year veteran of Avon Products Inc., most recently as the Chairman of the Board of Avon Japan. With Avon, he held many key management positions in Atlanta, New York City and Tokyo. Ussery graduated from Georgia State University while working full time at Avon in Atlanta.

Lorraine joined the MSIA Board of Managers in 2008. She joined Amway in 2002 and brought with her 18 years of Leadership experience in the Health Insurance industry, where she had a calling for merging, developing, and sustaining, Claims management, Customer Contact Centers and Quality programs for more than 130,000 subscriber households. In her role as a Disability Specialist at Amway she is responsible for management and administration of national benefits including, internal policies, federal and state regulations related to all paid and unpaid time off, including workers' compensation, short & long-term disability, Family & Medical leave act, unemployment compensation, ADA and various corporate sponsored time off programs. Lorraine earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from Spring Arbor College. She received her certifications in Workers Compensation and Human Resource Specialist from Michigan State University School of Labor & Industrial Relations. She plans on continuing her education in HR, Benefits, and WC through conferences in these related fields. Lorraine also serves on the Board of Directors for the West Michigan Certified Workers Compensation Alumni.

Paul was born in Grand Rapids and lived most of his life here where he met and married Neng (recently retired from Amway after 30 years of service in 2007). Paul also works at Amway for more than 25 years now, but he is not ready to retire yet. They have two grownup children, Paul Jr., and Alan.
